Diane decided I needed more highlights and lowlights She proceeded to put bleach on already bleached hair, put me under a hot dryer for 30 to 40 minutes without checking my hair once. Finally she laughs and says you're white. After shampooing out which left soap at the back of my head, blows out my hair which is dried out and fried.
