They just opened up in Frederick. I have been waiting for them to open! What disappointment. I made an appointment and I was accommodated as soon as I arrived. I haven't had a gel manicure in awhile and I thought I would give them a try due to traveling this week. I was in and out in 25 Minutes and that was including 1 nail to be redone because it was too thick, they ALL are too thick. They were not busy at all when I was there. My cuticles hurt, actually hurt because of the fast service. Hand massage, nothing more than a 1 minute rubbing. The pricing, let's say they're more than $10.00 more from a place I've gone to 5 minutes down the road. I expected much more for a new place just opening up. I honestly believe I should have a free service due to what I paid and what I received. If this isn't honored I will drive 5 minutes more away for 10.00 less and a better service by far. Extremely disappointed! I am not one to leave reviews much but the public needs to know if they are going to charge a high end price we deserve a high end service. read more

I've been going here for some time and they do a good job but this is the 2nd time I have booked an appointment and they did not honor it. I accepted the first time as a mistake but not a second time, especially as the few customers in there helped mock the situation. In Estes park visiting for my birthday and chipped a couple of my toenails from the pedicure I received before I got here. Searched high and low for a full service nail Solon just for a basic polish change. Walked in and was greeted and instantly told to come back Monday. I informed them that I was out of town and my birthday was today March 4th and that I just wanted a polish change . They immediately told me they couldn't do it and to try someplace else. A toenail polish change takes all of 10-20 min at the least. Even if they would have offered for me to come back later in the day. I've never been to a nail shop where I was denied service on something so basic. Was in there and out in a matter of 2 min. Highly disappointed to say the least. I love this place. I rarely go back to a salon twice because I'm never satisfied, but this place blew me away both times. They are so professional, friendly, fast and clean and did an awesome job on my nails and toes both times with two different techs. They even offered to do a design on my nails without me asking. I have been going to this salon for several years. I get my nails done with the dipping powder technique and have finally achieved beautiful nails that I get compliments on all the time! I had multiple service done earlier today. Shellac pedicure and leg waxing. Previous posts are correct in that it is mostly clean except for the waxing table. The towels did not look fresh at all. Both Services were done well. I have no complaint. I did not leave a tip because I felt overcharged.$26 and up for leg waxing is on their brochure but I was charged 46 because my hair on my legs was long. I don't think it took extra time or extra wax. Shakedown.$$$$$ I Won't Go Back. Loveland nails does a much better job with customer service. You must make an appointment and I was in a hurry today. The last time I went and got my nails done here, I knew something wasn't right when I left. They were uneven and just didn't look good at all. Sure enough, after a few weeks I developed a fungus under my nail. I went in to talk to them about this and they all just looked at me like I was speaking another language! Ha ha I tried to address the problem right after I got my nails done, but of course they just turn their heads. Beware their instruments are dirty! read more

I've gone here quite a bit since I've lived in Loveland. It was kinda "my place" for a while. Lately though it seems like they are all newer nail techs and not very good. Recently I went in for shellac and they let someone in training do my nails so she could get practice and my nails looked horrible. =/ I would use a nail tech and really like him or her and then a month or so later he or she would be gone. Reasonably priced but not worth your money. I got acrylics here and after 2 weeks one of them had ripped off my nail. I went in and had them taken off but they destroyed my real nails in the process. They pried off the acrylics with tools and then sanded off the gel and most of my nail with it. Afterward my nails were super sore and in really bad shape. It took a couple months before my nails were back to the way they were before. Terrible experience. read more

I came here to get my nails done once before. The first time I loved the way they looked and lasted so I gave them another shot. Both times my nail tech did not talk at all.. This time he drilled into my natural nail while smoothing them out, my nails started lifting that day. I went in on a Thursday and by the following Tuesday a nail popped off.. I normally do my own nails but this time I wanted it have someone else do them for a change. Well I'm highly disappointed. I had to fix my nails I will never recommend this place to anyone. I was literally taking my nails off while waiting for my friend to be finished. Half way thru doing my nails, she moved me to someone else and told them just pink, and I repeat for the 4th time no I need them shortened and their will be little if no white left. She repeated just pink, she charged me 25 and had I already remove 4 of my nails clearly I was unsatisfied and she did not care. They never shortened them. read more

I went in just to get acrylics removed and the individual who did it completely ruined my natural nails while leaving a ton of the acrylic still on my nails somehow. My nail beds are extremely sore and I can honestly say I haven't ever had such an awful experience. I don't think I'll be able to paint my nails for months due to their current condition. I can barely even wash my hands under warm water without having pain. I wish I didn't have to write a poor review, however, I want to caution people to get their nails removed somewhere else. There's also an $11 charge whereas most places will not charge and I will just tip usually. This was such a painful experience and I don't recommend this place to anyone looking to remove their nails. read more

I went in to get a nail repaired that they had put on a week before as it came completely off. Lisa was extremely rude. She asked what color I had (I did not know) and told her that the person who did my nails last brought me a different color as the first color was too light. She responded that she "highly doubted that" and that I needed to remember my own nail color. I have been going to this place for a long time and will never go back. If she didn't have the time to fix the nail she should have said so. Very rude!!!!! read more

My daughter and I went on Saturday 8/23/14 to get a manicure and pedicure for a wedding. The pedicure water was COLD, the chair was dirty and had long black hair on it and in the water, all over my feet. Gross! The techs were using old nail files that hadn't been sanitized. During the manicure- she used a nail file so coarse it took off half my nails that I've been working hard to grow out. I asked her to stop and filed them myself. It was horrible. I had to ask three times for the gal to paint my nails correctly, as she just left the cuticle area and sides unpainted. The owners should be embarrassed at the quality of their employees, and train them properly both for skill and for hygiene. Don't waste your time or money here! read more

Absolutely do not spend your money here. I had an 'OK' experience here last year and a horrible experience with customer service here today. I only went today because my mother and sister live in Loveland and I was in town and my mother wanted to give them another try. My technician was the only male and he was so concerned about watching the front door that he was not paying any attention to what he was doing. I asked for no massage but a good clean up of my cuticles. He did not push back the cuticles and when I asked him about it he said he would "do it later" he then proceeded to paint my nails and did not complete my cuticles. I changed shellac color before he even put it on my nails and it was like the end of the world. The three of us got manis and pedis and each got shellac which is not cheap. Over a year ago, a tech here trimmed my toenail with a tool that had obviously not been disinfected properly. The toenail was trimmed slanted & it split. It bled, it hurt, it got infected. 13 months later, I have been to the doctor three times and still can't clear up the infected nail. Please, save yourself the heartache and doctor bills, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! (Sad side note, the tech that injured my nail barely knew English and could not even say sorry properly!!) read more

Yuck! I had a manicure and pedicure at this salon and would not go back. They were so unfriendly, it bordered on downright rude. My technician barely spoke to me, and the only smile I got was when I handed over the tip. The selections for lighter polish colors were the worst I've ever seen - almost nothing to choose from, and the polish I did select was so thick and old my manicure was damaged almost immediately after I left the shop. I would definitely go to Diva Nails, much better quality and service for the same price. read more

I will never go here again and would never ever reccomend it to anyone. They false advertise stuff they do. I did the Nova lashes which is a well known lash extension line. She had advertising in there that she did Nova. My eyelashes looked good the first day and then they started to fall and clump together to the point i had to go back in there to tell the girl she needed to fix it for free because they were falling after 5 days. There supposed to last 5 weeks. Finally it they were getting stuck t my bottom lashes so i called again and told her she needed to remove them for free because they looked terrible. I called Nova to make sure she even had her license and they have never heard of her nor the salon. Nova has been trying to reach her and she wont call nova back. To me that sounds fishy. So i called and told her i wanted my money back and she was a complete bitch. So from here im going to contact the better business bureau to make sure they get investigated. read more
