Worst experience ever. I walked in and told them what I wanted, I was asked to sit down. A lady started working on my hands, then a gentleman took over. No one explained anything, said nothing, and I wasn't given any treatment--no cuticle oil, no lotion on my hands. I was just treated like a bum. Very disappointing. I send until I took a vacation and they were shut down for a few weeks. I came back today, but the service was the worst ever. Made a last minute nail appointment with Hannah. Got a dip and pedicure. Only had to wait less than 10 minutes. Hannah did an amazing job. She was quick and proficient. I also got my eyebrows done and omg she did an amazing job and I mean an amazing job. normally, I come to the salon and I get beautiful nails and they take their time and it's lovely. Today I called ahead 30 minutes before I needed to get in and I needed a few minute fix for a teeny chip on my nail. I told her exactly what time I would be there and I was there even before that. I waited 35 minutes before someone even helped me. The repair on my nail took one minute. It was done sloppily. The color was wrong and there is still a dent in my nail. The service was atrocious. I needed a quick fix and I sat for 30 minutes and when I finally got my was ugly and the wrong color. read more

if you like being treated like cattle and having 3 different people do your pedicure / this place is for you / a one minute massage and 5 interruptions. it doesn't matter if you've got an appointment and if the tech that is doing nails stops and answers the phone and checks out someone then comes to you at the foot basin - all with the same gloves - warning! the polish was rough...never again! read more

I have been going to Magic Nails since they opened in Greeley pre-Covid. I get the best manicures I've ever had. I use to get gel which would start to peel after a couple weeks, but, they recommended trying the Dip and it lasts 4-5 weeks! I have overheard other customers say they followed them to Greeley because they couldn't find anyone in Loveland or Ft. Collins that did as good of a job as this family of nail technicians. I have referred 3 friends who all agree it's the best they've ever had. They stay very busy, because they are so good, so I'd recommend making an appointment. I've only been going here since the fall but I love my nail technician. She is very thorough and I have been delighted with the results. The beat part is a quick hand massage at the end! Also had a pedicure a few mos ago and have not had trouble with my big toenails since (never mentioned anything to her but had trouble with them in the past with how nails grew out). Do not go here! I have been getting my nails done for years and after 2 days these already started lifting. When I went in to get them fixed the guy said it was because of my cuticles. I have NEVER had this issue before. I guess when you go up to a nail salon and it is empty you should probably walk away. The nails are thick and not even. No stars!!!!!!! Terrible customer service!!! We tried getting our nails done by a professional, the lady couldn't fix my daughters nails, she got so upset she started drilling her nails so bad my daughter got up from the chair. I kept asking the manager to please fix my daughters nails and he refused, then I told him that I wouldn't pay for hers because they weren't fixed, looked terrible and weren't finished. He then locked us in, screamed at us, came at us with clippers trying to pry her nails off. He almost physically attacked us, but good thing I didn't let him anywhere near my daughter. I paid for both sets, and told him to open the door immediately!!! Called the police and they did nothing. they said that they couldn't do anything about the way he conducts his business so I guess he needed to physically assault my daughter in order to have something done. Don't ever go there!!!! Plus they don't sanitize nor use new files on customers. absolutely discussing behavior by both employees in there. read more
