I would say I am a fairly regular patron and have rarely been disappointed with the quality of the services. My shellac lasts about two weeks and the color selection is broad, almost to the point of being overwhelming. My hang up is with the owner, The gentleman who sits at the front of the store. He is rarely courteous, in fact for the 1+ years that I have been coming to the salon, his behavior and demeanor is probably closer to rude and than courteous. Most recently a bridal party of which I was a part, made an appointment for 10. Most were planning on getting manicures and pedicures. The bride explained that we were part of a bridal party only to show up and have virtually every single chair in the salon full. Apparently calling in for an appointment FOR 10 is pointless. No apology, no explanation, just a curt "it will be 10-15 minutes." No less than 25 minutes later half of the party left to go to another salon. Poor poor demonstration of customer service. The stars are for the quality of work. Certainly having second thoughts about continuing to patronize this place after the experience today.
