I took my 2 granddaughters for pedis. The younger one is 11, and the pedi menu stated children up to 12 pay $27 plus $15 for gel. They charged me $50 each. I also paid a tip on that amount. It bothered me that they over charged me so I went back a few hours later to see why. They said since she was TALL they charged the adult price even though I told them she was 11. There were 3 employees yelling at me, that she is TALL, so it takes more product and work!! It is their policy they were not honoring! They did refund $8. read more

Went in today for a basic manicure with regular polish. The woman's name was "My" (I'm probably spelling that wrong) she did such a nice job! I'd gone a color route that wasn't looking great but I'm not one to have someone start over just because I made a wrong color choice. She insisted we start over and make it something I'd like better, so she did! She started over and redid the base color like a pro. She said my being happy with the result was her goal and she didn't mind at all to fix something I didn't like. I really appreciated the extra time and care. Worst experience I have ever had I have gotten my nails done for over 15 years and this is by far the worst place I have ever gone to! They are rude disrespectful and overbook themselves by 3 people so you end up waiting 2 hours for an appointment you had.. I ended up getting a fungus under my fingernail due to the lack of sterilization and cleanliness just disgusting, when I went back to get the dip powder taken off he rolled his eyes and sat back with his arms crossed while it soaked off as I'm in excruciating pain due to infection from their tools, it was so bad I was placed on antibiotics! WOW!! Id just like to say- I'm pretty reasonable. I understand it's a Saturday, but I CALLED ahead of time, to make sure they could take me. When you only have FIVE people working on a Saturday, that in itself is a problem. So, Almost TWO hours later, & $35 later.. I'm disgusted. I called ahead to see if they could fit me in for a full set, and a pedicure. They said yes if I could be there in 15 minutes- I was there a few minutes earlier. I was told to "wait a few minutes". No problem! So I sat. And I sat. And I SAT. A half hour goes by, and finally, they have me sit in a chair. The girl was very sweet, but very shaky. I asked her if she was alright, genuinely concerned, and she said her hands were just very tired. No biggie- I understand being tired. Beeeelieve me! Lol. So we started talking, & she convinced me to do shellac, saying she had the same colors I picked out originally, in that polish- I've never done shellac, so I figured- why not. She then couldn't find the colors, so I bent down to help her, I could see the colors I wanted. A man shooed her away, and took over. I just wanted some sparkles over the colors, and the man said I couldn't do that, I'd have to use the shellac sparkles. Which would've been no big deal- if he hadn't been so.. SNIDE with me! I left it alone, and opted out of the sparkles and the shellac, just doing a regular nail polish. He seemed very unpleased with my decision. He hastily applied 2 coats of polish, without having my dry my nails, and put me in a pedicure chair, Never having me dry my nails. Not lotioning my hands, or cutting my cuticles. Not cool.. I sat in that pedicure chair, for 45-50 minutes before finally walking out. NOT worth $35, I will not be back, and I certainly won't be bringing my sales team into here. read more

I've been seeing Kay for 2 years. I always call for an appointment ahead of time (she's a popular gal- for good reason!) she's extremely meticulous when shaping my nails which I appreciate. I'm always pleased when I leave. Sometimes (rarely) they get a little too busy and I have to wait regardless of having an appointment but I'd rather wait than see anyone else. Also AWESOME pedicures. I made an appt and ended up waiting 45 min to get started. Kevin ripped my powder nails off with a false nail tip and it was very painful. I told him this and asked him not to! Then he attempted French gel manicure which was horrible and he didn't even file my nails to be uniform! He was rude and done within 29 minutes. i've gone to happy feet and nails and they have always been very sweet to me. they used to be such a good business that did really great nails. but recently, they have started to be careless. Kay, Kevin, and Brian are all excellent at acrylic nails and they always turn out well. the first picture is the set kay did on me a while ago and they look gorgeous. meanwhile, vicky did my nails this past time and it may have honestly been my last straw. she never put a base coat on my nails, so they peeled off almost instantly. and i have no clue what she did to my cuticles, but they are peeling and they are very painful. she also nicked me when she was using the electric file on almost every single nail. i do work in food service so i never expect my nails to be perfect at the end of the two weeks, but they should last at least a day. i'm very disappointed and i now have to get them redone sooner than expected. not to mention she did the wrong colors even though i kept the picture up on my phone so she could reference it read more

I had some time yesterday afternoon so I decided to get a pedicure. I popped in at 1pm and was told it would be "just a couple minutes". I waited 40 minutes and was finally sat in a chair. It was then 150 when someone came to start and I needed to be at my nieces school at 245 to pick them up. I had to get the basic pedicure with no polish as I wouldn't have time for it to dry. Usually places will try and get you in and out and not let you relax but I was able to enjoy my pedi with her. Really confused on what to give them, had great pedicure big came back into to get my nails repainted because it was like they used old old nail polish that never dried down. Came back (cool someone cares) well then they have me seated and I'm waiting with my sisters who are getting theirs fixed as well. They get theirs fixed by the ladies who did theirs. I didn't ask for the nails to be taken off but rather to be refilled in. when she was finished i went to wash my hands and the cotton and alcohol would not come off my hand. A big jewel fell off and I have a gap where u can see paint wasn't applied far enough down. My real nail is poking out the side of my thumb as well. 65$ wasted. Pissed. This used to be my go to for a gel mani and pedi. Lately I have left this spa with painful nail beds with the drilling that they do to get the gel polish off. Gel is a soak off polish NOT a drill off polish. Using drills bruises and damages your nail beds. The last 2 times my cuticles were cut with the trimming and abraded with he coarse file. I left with red inflamed and painful cuticles. I then asked for a French tip gel design with the glitter polish, very simple but the nail tech did not understand what I wanted even after showing her a picture. Left with a horrible gel color. The pedicures are just as painful. The last 2 times they abraded my feet with the callous file, literally had abrasions that scabbed up and took a week to heal. When I asked the tech to not scrape so hard she just told me I had bad dry feet and needed it. No! A mani and pedi are never painful. I am now going elsewhere for my services. read more

I went in at 6pm for a pedicure and shellac nails and I made sure to ask if I had enough time and they said yes but then at 6:15 they started turning off all the music, TVs, and display lights even the open button when the sign says they are open till 7pm! So it was a very awkward and silent hour. Then I felt like my procedures were rushed through. My shellac doesn't even cover my full nail it cuts the corners. I've gone here before and really liked them but this time was super disappointing. I'm still a paying customer who deserves good service even if you close in an hour. After 6 days I had one nail chip and another completely pop off! It's now been 9 days and three nails have come off and three are chipped. The three that are chipped are separating from my nail so I know it's just a matter of time before they come off too. So disappointed! I will never go back there. My 17teen year old daughter went a week and 1/2 ago for a full set and they were very bad. We took her back and they just reshaped them. She had 5 pop off the next week. We went back yesterday to talk to them they said "don't worry it will be free to fix them". I sent my daughter by herself to get them fixed and she called me because they charged her 40.00 , 5.00 for every nail that came off so in a week 1/2 she spend 90.00 on nails there . I called them. UNSANITARY!!!!! This is by far the WORST nail salon I've ever been to!!! I went in to get a shellac manicure and the lady who started doing it had no clue what she was doing when she went to give me the manicure she used a cuticle tool from her drawer so it wasn't sanitized or clean and then when she went to do the actual shellac she didn't shape my nails, file them or anything. she just started putting shellac on my nails I asked for a French manicure and she tried telling me that my nails weren't strong enough to just have a French tip and I needed to do a full color when I couldn't decide on a color she's like never mind forget it I'll just do white tip maybe I'm wrong and you'll be fine she kept looking at her watch like I was taking up all of her time and she was too busy or wanted to leave when I was finally done with everything they looked awful!!!!
