By far THE worst service I've ever gotten. And it was literally JUST a color/shape change. I told her I was going to a wedding, yet I still had to keep correcting her and telling her to clean the edges and file them a certain way. The paint was all over the cuticle and the skin and she was definitely rushing it. The nails were SO uneven, I had to keep telling her and she seemed annoyed. I even had a photo for reference for her. At one point she tossed the nail file on the towel in front of me and said "you can do them yourself if you want" Her name was Ivy, worst nail tech ever. Only gave one star for the nice receptionist and pretty ambiance. read more

G Nail Lounge - Flooded my cuticles. I'm expecting these to lift in about a day or two. Ivy is the worst nail tech ever, and extremely impatient. - Waxing Near Me - Greeley, Colorado

Tried for the first time and it's beautiful inside, everyone was nice and it was a quick wait before sitting with Tina at 7 super nice, quite, and honestly this lady was quick and made sure to ask me what I wanted and double checked everything with me. I really appreciated it. I spent 80 plus tip. Love my nails. read more

No one has even looked at my past review so I am writing again. Do NOT come here. The nail quality was horrific as well as the service. The front desk receptionist is one of the rudest, entitled, and patronizing people I have ever met. She was incredibly rude when I was unsure about a color, and boxed me around like a child. I came in 2 and a half weeks ago for a full set, when 4 days later half of them popped off. I came back in to get them fixed and she once again treated me like a child, bossed me around, and acted ridiculous when I asked if they did refunds instead of repairs. She pointed to the sign behind me, saying "well if you would read the sign it's a no". Literally the worst customer service I have ever seen. read more

At quick glance the nails seemed fine at first. she would throw my hand away like as if she was in a hurry. not a good vibe at all. $85 way way to much for what I got. I had to use a nail file to get off all the white nail polish she left on my skin trust and believe i got pictures. she set it so far from my cuticle that it looks like I need a fill already. wasn't going to leave bad review but ppl are noticing and it's embarrassing. In that gap she left of filled with white nail polish I couldn't get it out . All I wanted was a French tip. I was at station #16 read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and the service isn't bad don't get me wrong the people are nice but their work is horrendous. I had a guy named Tony and like I said I had no problem he wasn't mean or rude but his work is awful. I brought my own bow gems but not the single gems and he left glue all over my nails , the gems don't even match with the silver on the bows they are like holographic , the nails are insanely thick , he left nail polish all over my hands and to top it off CHARGED ME 95 DOLLARS . These people do this for a living every day they do multiple clients nails and still do a crappy job just look at the reviews I'm not the only one who's been screwed by them . If you want anything done I promise you go spend your money else where don't be like me I'm stuck with these for my birthday. JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I BEG OF YOU read more

I'm absolutely never coming back they do ok on pedicures but the nails came out crooked chunky and they didn't even bother filling in gaps between the nail polish this ruined my whole day some look like duck nails and the rest look horrible the fact that I have to leave a star they don't even deserve to review makes me even more mad the lady that did my nails worked there for years to read more

Went today for my first nail experience since moving to Greeley! It was not bad, and the nail tech was very nice. My nails looked exactly like I wanted. I do wish the nail techs were more conversational with the clients bs each other, but I understand this could be a cultural thing. Overall, felt it was clean and as a walk in I only waited about 15 minutes to be seen. The vibe was good as well, I enjoyed the addition of having 2 tv screens to watch and I will return. read more

The service was quick and friendly and it has a great vibe. But I don't know if the products they use are of less quality, but my nails chipped within 2 days of getting them done. As I was visiting from out of state, and left the day after I got my nails done, I wasn't in The area to have them re-done. This was the second time I went there and was disappointed with the product. read more

Staff is really nice but it's expensive and everything is an add on- it's $10 extra to have callouses removed, which is the whole reason to get a pedicure. I don't do polish on my nails and they actually felt rough to the touch after the manicure. Wouldn't recommend. read more

The WORST nail job I have ever received. The salon is bougie and staff are friendly, but I paid $84 for what looks like a kindergarten polish job. I asked the lady to fix a nail and she made it worse. They also charged $10 just to remove my old dip polish. Very disappointed. Will never cheat on K1 Nails again. read more

Great place and so talented professionals !! I had full set gel .. and I love that! I truly recommend this place!

So this has been my go to for a little while. I literally told someone yesterday that I like them but in less then a week I have had 4 nails chip. I paid $45 for this. Bobby complained about how the person before him made them to think but they didn't bbreak they lasted and the ones he did broke quick 1 in 1 day 1 at day 2 3rd one day 3 and the 4th day 6. Haven't even had them for a week. I'm going on a trip soon and won't even have nice long nails because his dip sucks! read more

Really upset because I was excited to come here and needed a new nail salon. I got dip and he hurt me multiple times and felt like he rushed it. My friend also went with me and got acrylic full set and also said the same thing as me, he hurt her multiple times and felt rushed. He barely filed my nails down, but when he did he burned me. do not recommend! read more

My nails look pretty good and I got in 30mins before my appt time which was great but there were a couple things that bothered me.. The tech who did my nails is Tommy. He did a good job but his coworker rushed him at the end and there are a couple little things that didn't get fixed because of it. The same coworker who rushed him was the guy that rung me up when I left. He was pretty rude. Didn't talk to me when I walked up to the counter and just pointed at the tablet they use to take payments. So I paid and once my card processed he just walked away. Tommy was great and I recommend him if you decide to get your nails done here because he did a good job. Otherwise, I probably wont go back but thanks to Tommy my nails look great. read more

My tech was very nice and the pedicure was good. A mani and pedi was 1:45 and I didn't expect it to take so long. Part of it was that I had to wait 20 min when another tech, Tuyet Snow, came over and took the polish I had picked an hour and 15 min earlier. Didn't ask- just took it. We were ready for it, too! She refused to acknowledge me asking for it back and looked up and laughed with her client. When she brought back she looked at me very smug and laughed. My tech kept saying "it's okay, it's okay," but it wasn't and she should've gotten it back. She submitted to the bully like she was afraid of her. I should've read the reviews about the rude techs before I went there. I wouldn't go back there if it were free for a year. read more

I've gone here three times in the last three months and every time an Asian person has been terribly rude with the worst demeanor, they're going to make nasty looks they're going to make you feel less or then, they're not going to be nice to you, I literally had a small Asian guy get so upset that my autoimmune nails were thin and brittle that he ripped one of them off and threw my hand back at me- I just can't take it anymore and it sucks because they've got great skill-if you insist on going just don't help them because we need their attitudes to change or they need to shut down. I am tired of being me dirty looks at being talked down to and being made to be feel like I'm annoying or that I should not speak or look at them, if you're racist against whites shut your shit down and close- The Blonde secretary is the only one being nice and having a kind demeanor and saving them what little business they have left- she literally makes excuses for them acting like animals- read more

Overall decent eyebrow wax and pedicure. There is a lot of up-selling, so you have to be ok with saying no thank you. The reason I wrote the review is to say that the receptionist is wonderful, every time I've been in she's been friendly, helpful and kind. read more

I had previously gone before for dip nails and results were great and needed to come back as my nails had gotten long. I regret coming as my nails have been destroyed, forced to get tips added out of guilt by my male tech telling me they were uneven, and they proceeded to ruin my nails more cutting me to the point of bleeding and making my nails look crooked from so much filing and then blamed me that my fingers were bleeding from his wrong doing read more

The worst set of nails I've had my entire life. Not only that but the guy that did them was rude and then charged me more than they said it was going to be. I'm more upset that they think what I left with was a good set of simple nails. I keep it simple because of places like this. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO A SOUL. read more

i've come here multiple times before for pedicures, and I love the place and the atmosphere! Visiting from out of state, I broke a nail. I found G Nail Lounge. I'm not sure what I was expecting but I think I was underwhelmed by this salon. The service was great. The gal who checked me in was professional and efficient. The space was giant, but almost to big and impersonal. I was bummed that I chipped a nail by the first day. But seeing as I am hard on my nails, I wasn't too surprised, but still disappointed. But the service was great! read more

Well... i saw a pic of set of nails that had been done here for someone else, I asked for the exact same thing. The nail tech told me that, "it's too much same I do only two this way." So she did four the way I showed her in the pic and the others in a different color. I explained I didn't like the "substitute" color and was told it's already on too late to change. After asking for her to shorten them multiple times I was told I was too picky. Paid way too much for a tech that was heavy handed and rude. I would not advise going. read more

Don't go here unless you want to pay for poor service from Phillip. An hour plus for a simple gel rebase turned into an hour plus of please make it stop. When I expressed my feedback, they did apologize and that is the only reason they get a two star.
