I have very light parts of my brows, a scar on one, and two very different shaped hooded eyes. Well, she did the tops. I told her not to. That the hair is light and it won't look right. Please don't. She said she'll just, "clean it up." Again, I said she didn't have to and please don't. She went ahead and did what she wanted to do. She even plucked the tiny hairs in my forehead! Not sure what she was doing up there, but she scratched me along the way and my face hurt for two days. The end result wasn't the worst I've gotten, but it wasn't what I wanted and they aren't right. Because she did the tips! So one looks great and the other is... not so great. I know they'll grow back. And that's not my deal. She didn't do what I asked her. I'm 34. I've been getting my brows done for a long time and it's taken a long time to know what's right for my face.

A little scary to hear. My wax did not last very long with hairs growing in fast. I will say the sugar did not hurt and no redness or puffiness. The business seems much more suited to Brazilian waxes if that's your jam.
