Crystal permed my hair, which proved to be unexpectedly stubborn, and didn't hold the curl. She very kindly offered to redo it for me free of cost, and now it looks absolutely wonderful! Great service, and a very friendly atmosphere read more

I went in today for an appointment with Carly. I got a wolf cut with curtain bangs. The building was beautiful inside and Carly was so nice. It was so easy to talk to her and she left my hair perfectly. She was also so sweet as to give me tips on how to style my hair. I can't wait to come back :) ! read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had, I asked for a perm with Stephanie Gentry. It was all frizzy! And the next day I was told to wash it, it was all fried and damaged , my was falling out too! I cannot believe this service, she did not try to fix or offer anything!!! I will never go there again. That was NO perm, there was so much damage done! read more

Melisa did a wonderful job on my hair. I wear my hair very short and she came recommended to me for that purpose and I'm so glad I was!

Bonnie cut my hair and she's going to be my new go to! She was great. She did everything I asked. Asked questions to clarify throughout the cut to make sure I got just what I wanted. We had some nice conversation along the way. It was a very nice experience. Thanks Bonnie read more

I say the VERY least I am NOT a happy camper ,We live 2 hours away and made a appt with Gennae ,Worst mess I have ever seen in my 66 years I had long gray hair and wanted it shortened WITH layers and add a FEW low lights to add color ,It looks like she put a bowl on my head and cut around it !! I have been there many times and never had the mess I received today ,She also KNEW I had appt at 12.20 and took her time ,It was snowing and I left with wet hair and could NOT tell what a mess I had till I got home AND I paid 120 dollars for something my 10 year old Granddaughter could have done for FREE ,Also my hair is NOW BROWN ,I am so upset read more

I scheduled my appointment for 11am with Melisa and I was waiting over 40 minutes just to have to leave because my appointment was not served. This was very unprofessional and the excuse I had gotten was the intern didn't tell them. Shameful. read more

Gennae did an amazing job, she made my experience fun and relaxing. She really listens and the out come of my hair is great. read more

Brick House Salon - My awsowe hair - Hair Salons Near Me - Greeley, Colorado

I had an appointment scheduled for today and rearranged my weekend to accommodate it. I got a confirmation text from the stylist, Robin, this morning but didn't see it until about 2 hours later. Before I could respond, I got a text saying my appointment was cancelled. I called the number and the stylist got an attitude with me and made no offer to keep the original appointment (still an hour out). Highly unprofessional. I'm disappointed that I didn't schedule work for today and I was really looking forward to getting my hair done. I did speak to the owner who offered to reschedule me. The whole exchange got increasingly awkward, and I would rather start fresh elsewhere. read more

I always have the best experience here. I have been there twice and left happy both times. Very reasonably priced! The decor inside is absolutely adorable, it looks like a Pinterest board! read more

I have lived in Greeley for a year and have been searching for the perfect hair salon. I bought a groupon for another salon and not only did my hair not look the way I requested and I had to return to get it fixed, but I was charged another $50 to have my hair done saying it required extra color. I bought a groupon to try out brick house salon as well. My experiences at the two salons were night and day. My hair stylist did an amazing job at listening to what I wanted my hair to look like and confidently helped me make a decision. She was friendly during the entire visit and asked multiple times if I was satisfied in how my hair was looking. I had a relaxing visit that included a head massage during my shampoo. I was offered something to drink and a comfortable chair to wait in as my color was setting. I had just as much color applied as I had with the other salon, but I was not charged extra. The end result was amazing and I am not only completely satisfied but I feel refreshed and renewed. I will be returning to Brick House Salon and I highly suggest that you try it too! read more

Brick House Salon - Love it! - Hair Salons Near Me - Greeley, Colorado

Just went and got highlights and a cut, I absolutely loved what they did. My hair feels healthy and the style lays so nice and I barely have to do anything!! Thank you Jenni I will definitely be back. read more

I hadn't gotten my hair professionally cut in 7 years...it was definitely time but I had a hard time since I had a terrible haircut last time I went in. The reviews were all good so I booked an appointment with Casey. I had no clue what I wanted I just said around this length, whatever you think will look good, I don't have a lot of time to get ready so I need it to be something that doesn't need styled. She exceeded all my expectations. I couldn't have been happier and I will never go anywhere again!!! read more

Brick House Salon - Hair Salons Near Me - Greeley, Colorado

I've been looking for a new salon for longer than I'd like to admit and really needed something done with my hair for a new job. Melissa was able to schedule me asap and came in on her day off. I am extremely happy with my haircut and will be back. read more

Refreshing Experience! After reading other reviews, I decided to try this salon, being new in town. First, when I attempted an appointment elsewhere, the lack of a person answering stopped me going any further. When I called Brick House, I got a pleasant person who called me back when we were accidentally disconnected. I got a haircut just right, and brow wax, for a reasonable price. Very friendly and quality service! read more

I finally found a place in Greeley that does great hair at a great price! Loana listened to my needs and gave me not only a great cut but also color. I have been to two other popular salons in Greeley and left disappointed but not at BrickHouse. Great customer service, AWESOME prices and super sweet staff. To top it off I called after five on a Friday evening and Jenny promptly returned my call and was happy to squeeze me in the following day. The stylist called me directly and was willing to get me in first thing in the morning. Thanks Jenny for the wonderful customer service and thanks Loana for the great cut and color, I will being visiting you again! read more

5 Stars for sure! I called Brick House Salon after a google search revealed awesome reviews. I was In a desperate situation...a stylist from a different salon had put extensions in my hair and left for vacation. One shower... Half fell out, next shower , all but 4 were hanging on the towel rod. I had mere days before I was leaving town myself. I called and explained my predicament. Not only was Jenni (owner) sympathetic and understanding but she had me in her chair in less than 48 hours! I needed both a color correction and the extensions placed. She was very attentive and really took the time to make sure this experience was nothing like the one that took me to her. Also I found this salon to be clean, organized, inviting and comfortable. My experience was the best I've had in any salon since moving to the Greeley area 2 years ago. I've found my new place... You should make it yours too!! read more

I stumbled across this salon by accident but it was a happy accident! I wanted to cut my hair chin length after having it long for awhile. I brought a picture in and the stylist, Jella, gave me exactly what I asked for. She was able to also give me advice about what works best for my hair in terms of texture, product, face shape, and had lots of valuable knowledge that I didn't have. I got tons of compliments on my hair afterwards too! I will keep going back! read more

Apparently the salon doesn't need any new clients. Having just moved to the area, I called for an appointment and had to leave a voicemail. Over one week later I hadn't received a return phone call so I called again. Several days later I received a voicemail in response. I called back and was shuffled to a different person's voicemail. I never heard back. I am now a client with a great stylist in La Salle who actually wanted my business. read more

I had a great experience at the Brick House Salon. I went there based on the other reviews. For years, I've had a hard time finding hair stylists in Greeley that can handle my coarse hair (my stylist was Casey). They got me in right away, provided friendly service and did a great job with the cut. I'm happy with my results and I would highly recommend. read more

The ladies at Brick House are amazing! They do a great job. Lots of precision and listen to what you want along with giving their own professional opinion (respectfully). The price is right & the haircuts are great. Highly recommend! read more

This place is great! The atmosphere is so friendly and beautiful! The girls working there seem happy and proud to be working there. Scheduling my appointment was super easy and convenient! Christie cut my hair and she did such an AMAZING job! It's one of the best haircuts I've ever gotten. I was so nervous to try a new salon, but I'm so glad I did. I will definitely be returning! read more

I went here for a color correction. I called on a Friday and they got me in Saturday! I had purple hair and wanted something more "normal." Loana did an AMAZING job considering the purple absolutely would not lift completely out of my hair. She did a great job of helping me decide on color and she was EXTREMELY friendly. I'm very happy with the end result and will be going back when I need a change again. read more

Called today (super last minute) and Casey was able to squeeze me and did a fantastic job...and was so sweet doing it! Will definitely be going back. read more

I am very unhappy about Jenny's attitude after I asked her to adjust my haircut when the haircut she gave me was clearly uneven. Not only she is not a professional hair stylist, but also she doesn't have a professional attitude. I would like to upload a picture of my hair so people could see what she did with my hair, but unfortunately, there is no option to upload a picture with your review. read more

Ok so Robin cut my hair. she took me on a walk in and was in a rush squeezing me in before a color appointment, but she completley didnt listen to what I said. All I asked her to do was fade the sides and back of my hair. She decided she had to cut the top too which I had already done myself and loved the way it looked. So I explained that I cut it so it was shortest in back and gets longer as it goes forward with the longest point at the front right. She cut off the long point and evened everything. I am so pissed, my fault, Ive never gone to a professional and got the haircut i want. Ill stick to doing it myself. read more

Have gotten both my hair and my eyebrows done at this place and they have done a wonderful job on both, listened to what i was saying but also made sure it looked good. Bonnie cut my hair and i absolutely loved it and she was so sweet, she took 5$ off my cut because she had me wait for a short amount of time. I have had terrible eyebrows and tried to grow them out and went in to get them done and Robin did a wonderful job and made them look so good! Already have gotten some compliments. She was super sweet. Definitely will be going back. read more

I was seen today by Loana. I went it to have my hair done lighter, but after years of dyeing my own hair black, it was not getting lighter. Despite all her effort to try, it is maybe a dark brown. But she gave me many suggestions for the future on how we can handle this and make it to the color I would love. I left the salon feeling like a millions bucks. She curled my hair ( something I had never done, really) and it looked awesome. I can not thank her enough for what she did today, for the conversation that we shared and for the help that she provided. Thank you Loana, you are a true angel. I will definitely return to Brick House Salon. It is a great place!!!! read more

Loana is the BEST! I will never see anyone else. She opened the salon on a Saturday when they were closed just for me, and she did a meticulous job on the very difficult cut I wanted. I had a few ideas of what I might want walking in there and she helped me choose the best style for my hair type and face. Recommend her all the time! read more

I had my hair cut today and I am so happy with the results. Bonnie is amazing! I showed Bonnie some pictures and we talked about what exactly i wanted done. She nailed it! I am in love with my new hair cut! She is so talented and kind! It is a beautiful salon and has a very welcoming environment. This is my favorite hair cut yet! read more

Loana is a miracle worker! By far the best stylist in Greeley! I have very long, very thick hair which has always been problematic when it's time to get it styled. Time after time, various salons would completely botch my hair! No matter what I asked for, even the simplest of things, they could not do. Until I found this gem! Loana is the ONLY stylist to go to :) she is highly requested so you may want to call and book an appointment in advance. I have been to so many of the various salons in town, and will never go anywhere else from now on :) read more

Jenni did a great job! She was very knowledgeable, courteous, and honest about my hair. I will definitely be going back, The only reason I rated it a 4 and not a 5 is I felt a bit rushed with Jenni. This could be because I was a little early to the appointment, she was running a little behind, and more clients came in when I was in the chair (the salon is somewhat on the smaller side so just a handful of people makes it feel cramped). But like I said, I will go back and would recommend this place to others. read more

I was spending the week in Greeley and desperately needed to get my hair done last minute, Brick House got me in the very morning I called. Everyone there was very friendly and my stylist, Kayla, was amazing! She was very skilled and helpful, recommended different things to try with my hair and I couldn't have been happier with the results. I will definitely be back! read more

BEWARE!! My 18 yo and 15 yo daughters went into this salon in preparation for my older daughter's graduation party. My 18 yo blonde requested a color and my 15 yo requested a tone to lighten her brunette color. My older daughter received the color she requested; however, when it was my younger daughter's turn, it took just short of five hours. When my oldest daughter asked what took so long and why the bill was so high for her sister's hair, the stylist told her it was because she needed to do additional "treatments" - treatments that my youngest daughter never asked for nor knew she was receiving. My younger daughter was specific in her request but the stylist "Jella" took it upon herself to add additional treatments without either girl's consent. When my older daughter received the bill, it was $285 total. According to the salon's own website and pricing, my girls were overcharged by $125, conservatively. They are young and innocent and were clearly taken advantage of. It's despicable that someone could be so greedy to prey on young people just because they feel they can. Of course, as their mother, I called to try to rectify this situation. I spoke to "Jenny" who identified herself as the owner. When I explained the situation, she became defensive and declared the pricing is very transparent, acknowledging the website pricing is accurate. I replied, in that case my kids were very overcharged. She became belligerent and literally yelled at me to stop talking. She took my number promising to call me back with a resolution. Unfortunately, considering the treatment my daughters and I received from this establishment, I am unconvinced I will ever hear back from Jenny. I would advise anyone considering patronizing this salon, to be wary of their practices, as they obviously lack integrity and ethics. This is nothing short of robbery, PLEASE BEWARE! read more

Wow! I just went to see Loana today and I am so thrilled with her level of service! She is very kind, attentive and really works to make sure she is giving her clients what they want. Also, if your unsure she is the right lady to see! I just couldn't get a pic online to show her-I just said honey blonde and let me say she did to my hair exactly what I was picturing but unable to express. I told her she is a hair psychic! I have been to all those in and out quick and cheap places for years and I will NEVER go back them! I have found my "hair home" and permenent stylist! Loana took her time to make me feel beautiful and look it too. When it came time to pay I was shocked because it was a more than reasonable price for everything she had done. She is the perfect stylist who cares and does not nickle and dime everything she does. She even threw a little style in and I was on top of the world when I left Brickhouse. The owner knows what she is doing in hiring expertise stylist like Loana. Jessica worked the other booth and the girl having her hair done walked out grinning and beautiful too. Go to Brickhouse- it has to be the best in Greeley! Thank you Loana for making this teacher feel like a beauty queen! read more

This is a warning to everyone in Greeley, Colorado trying to get a haircut or a dye job. Brick House Salon, DO NOT go there!!! They are unprofessional, they don't stand by their work and the owner/manager claims no responsibility for the employees mistakes. My daughter's hair was ruined by the stylist Jessica. Haircut was lopsided and the color was all wrong. When a call was made to get this problem fixed, a refund was given and told her cut would be redone. The original stylist thought she would be fixing it, now why would you trust the person who messed up your hair in the first place?? Wrong!! We want the manager, Jenni, to fix her employees' wrong doing but the manager decides she wants payment to fix it. Claims she is "Donating"her time but will not do it without payment since she was not the one who did the haircut or color. Refuses to claim responsibility for her employees. Now what kind of owner/manager is this, since she is the one who hired this stylist. Bad customer care, bad for business, bad place to go to if you want to be treated like person and not just a walking dollar. I recommend going elsewhere. read more
