This was the worst experience I've ever had, I asked for a perm with Stephanie Gentry. It was all frizzy! And the next day I was told to wash it, it was all fried and damaged , my was falling out too! I cannot believe this service, she did not try to fix or offer anything!!! I will never go there again. I had an appointment scheduled for today and rearranged my weekend to accommodate it. I got a confirmation text from the stylist, Robin, this morning but didn't see it until about 2 hours later. Before I could respond, I got a text saying my appointment was cancelled. I called the number and the stylist got an attitude with me and made no offer to keep the original appointment (still an hour out). Highly unprofessional. I'm disappointed that I didn't schedule work for today and I was really looking forward to getting my hair done. I did speak to the owner who offered to reschedule me. The whole exchange got increasingly awkward, and I would rather start fresh elsewhere. read more

I have lived in Greeley for a year and have been searching for the perfect hair salon. I bought a groupon for another salon and not only did my hair not look the way I requested and I had to return to get it fixed, but I was charged another $50 to have my hair done saying it required extra color. I bought a groupon to try out brick house salon as well. My experiences at the two salons were night and day. My hair stylist did an amazing job at listening to what I wanted my hair to look like and confidently helped me make a decision. She was friendly during the entire visit and asked multiple times if I was satisfied in how my hair was looking. I had a relaxing visit that included a head massage during my shampoo. I was offered something to drink and a comfortable chair to wait in as my color was setting. I had just as much color applied as I had with the other salon, but I was not charged extra. The end result was amazing and I am not only completely satisfied but I feel refreshed and renewed. I will be returning to Brick House Salon and I highly suggest that you try it too! read more

Refreshing Experience! After reading other reviews, I decided to try this salon, being new in town. First, when I attempted an appointment elsewhere, the lack of a person answering stopped me going any further. When I called Brick House, I got a pleasant person who called me back when we were accidentally disconnected. I got a haircut just right, and brow wax, for a reasonable price. I have been to two other popular salons in Greeley and left disappointed but not at BrickHouse. Great customer service, AWESOME prices and super sweet staff. Over one week later I hadn't received a return phone call so I called again. Several days later I received a voicemail in response. I called back and was shuffled to a different person's voicemail. 5 Stars for sure! I called Brick House Salon after a google search revealed awesome reviews. I was In a desperate situation...a stylist from a different salon had put extensions in my hair and left for vacation. One shower... Half fell out, next shower , all but 4 were hanging on the towel rod. I had mere days before I was leaving town myself. I called and explained my predicament. Not only was Jenni (owner) sympathetic and understanding but she had me in her chair in less than 48 hours! I needed both a color correction and the extensions placed. She was very attentive and really took the time to make sure this experience was nothing like the one that took me to her. Also I found this salon to be clean, organized, inviting and comfortable. I went here for a color correction. I called on a Friday and they got me in Saturday! I had purple hair and wanted something more "normal." Loana did an AMAZING job considering the purple absolutely would not lift completely out of my hair. She did a great job of helping me decide on color and she was EXTREMELY friendly. Ok so Robin cut my hair. she took me on a walk in and was in a rush squeezing me in before a color appointment, but she completley didnt listen to what I said. All I asked her to do was fade the sides and back of my hair. She decided she had to cut the top too which I had already done myself and loved the way it looked. So I explained that I cut it so it was shortest in back and gets longer as it goes forward with the longest point at the front right. She cut off the long point and evened everything. I am so pissed, my fault, Ive never gone to a professional and got the haircut i want. Ill stick to doing it myself. read more

Have gotten both my hair and my eyebrows done at this place and they have done a wonderful job on both, listened to what i was saying but also made sure it looked good. Bonnie cut my hair and i absolutely loved it and she was so sweet, she took 5$ off my cut because she had me wait for a short amount of time. I have had terrible eyebrows and tried to grow them out and went in to get them done and Robin did a wonderful job and made them look so good! Already have gotten some compliments. I was seen today by Loana. I went it to have my hair done lighter, but after years of dyeing my own hair black, it was not getting lighter. Despite all her effort to try, it is maybe a dark brown. But she gave me many suggestions for the future on how we can handle this and make it to the color I would love. I left the salon feeling like a millions bucks. She curled my hair ( something I had never done, really) and it looked awesome. Loana is a miracle worker! By far the best stylist in Greeley! I have very long, very thick hair which has always been problematic when it's time to get it styled. Time after time, various salons would completely botch my hair! No matter what I asked for, even the simplest of things, they could not do. Until I found this gem! BEWARE!! My 18 yo and 15 yo daughters went into this salon in preparation for my older daughter's graduation party. My 18 yo blonde requested a color and my 15 yo requested a tone to lighten her brunette color. My older daughter received the color she requested; however, when it was my younger daughter's turn, it took just short of five hours. When my oldest daughter asked what took so long and why the bill was so high for her sister's hair, the stylist told her it was because she needed to do additional "treatments" - treatments that my youngest daughter never asked for nor knew she was receiving. My younger daughter was specific in her request but the stylist "Jella" took it upon herself to add additional treatments without either girl's consent. When my older daughter received the bill, it was $285 total. According to the salon's own website and pricing, my girls were overcharged by $125, conservatively. They are young and innocent and were clearly taken advantage of. It's despicable that someone could be so greedy to prey on young people just because they feel they can. Of course, as their mother, I called to try to rectify this situation. I spoke to "Jenny" who identified herself as the owner. When I explained the situation, she became defensive and declared the pricing is very transparent, acknowledging the website pricing is accurate. I replied, in that case my kids were very overcharged. She became belligerent and literally yelled at me to stop talking. She took my number promising to call me back with a resolution. Unfortunately, considering the treatment my daughters and I received from this establishment, I am unconvinced I will ever hear back from Jenny. I would advise anyone considering patronizing this salon, to be wary of their practices, as they obviously lack integrity and ethics. This is nothing short of robbery, PLEASE BEWARE! read more

Wow! I just went to see Loana today and I am so thrilled with her level of service! She is very kind, attentive and really works to make sure she is giving her clients what they want. Also, if your unsure she is the right lady to see! I just couldn't get a pic online to show her-I just said honey blonde and let me say she did to my hair exactly what I was picturing but unable to express. I told her she is a hair psychic! I have been to all those in and out quick and cheap places for years and I will NEVER go back them! I have found my "hair home" and permenent stylist! Loana took her time to make me feel beautiful and look it too. When it came time to pay I was shocked because it was a more than reasonable price for everything she had done. She is the perfect stylist who cares and does not nickle and dime everything she does. She even threw a little style in and I was on top of the world when I left Brickhouse. The owner knows what she is doing in hiring expertise stylist like Loana. Jessica worked the other booth and the girl having her hair done walked out grinning and beautiful too. This is a warning to everyone in Greeley, Colorado trying to get a haircut or a dye job. Brick House Salon, DO NOT go there!!! They are unprofessional, they don't stand by their work and the owner/manager claims no responsibility for the employees mistakes. My daughter's hair was ruined by the stylist Jessica. Haircut was lopsided and the color was all wrong. When a call was made to get this problem fixed, a refund was given and told her cut would be redone. The original stylist thought she would be fixing it, now why would you trust the person who messed up your hair in the first place?? Wrong!! We want the manager, Jenni, to fix her employees' wrong doing but the manager decides she wants payment to fix it. Claims she is "Donating"her time but will not do it without payment since she was not the one who did the haircut or color. Refuses to claim responsibility for her employees. Now what kind of owner/manager is this, since she is the one who hired this stylist. Bad customer care, bad for business, bad place to go to if you want to be treated like person and not just a walking dollar. I recommend going elsewhere. read more
