So I went in here after a horrible experience at another salon. I specifically noted this in the notes section of my booking. The girl who did my hair is new and honestly she was very sweet, I do believe she did the best she could. My issue is with the owner, her horrible customer service and the fact she is not capable of simply admitting when something is not as it should be. She for some reason is under the impression she can treat people however she wants and I'm assuming that attitude is why almost everyone who worked there has now left. I spent 855 dollars to have my hair done. I had k tips and tape in extensions installed. Attempting to cover the fact the other salon had burned my hair off with a horrible bleach job. I also had my hair colored to try and have everything blend better. I was there all day. I have never had k tips so I was not aware how they should look or be installed. Long story short the girl who installed them had not done them before ( like I said almost all the stylists here have left, most likely due to the owner) so she installed them incorrectly. My hair was pulled in odd directions and the partings were not clean so hairs were pulled and then stuck with keratin, I woke up the next morning in pain. I tried to just not think about it thinking this was normal. I was unable to brush or wash my hair properly due to the large pieces of keratin in my hair. This was in the very top front of my head. Not only was it painful it was very obvious to look at. There are so many more issues I've had after this original appointment I could write a book I've now reported the owner to DORA and the bbb. She refuses to refund my money even tho I had to have another salon remove ALL the hair that BelloHaven installed not even 2WEEKS later. I sent pictures of my hair I sent documentation of all the money I've spent fixing the mess they made. And the owner continues to refuse to acknowledge that what I paid for isn't what I got. Going to file in small claims on Monday. The extension hair they have here is decent at best..there's plenty of other places to get hair tho. Just don't go here. The owner thinks she's above basically everyone. There's a reason why almost every stylist that was working here has now left. They are over priced, and the work isn't good period. The owner will just completely ignore you if you reach out with any concerns. I spent almost 1000 just to be in pain and then have to take all the hair out not even 2 weeks later. read more

Liz did an amazing job on my I-tip extension maintenance, and fit me in since the stylist I originally scheduled with, was sick. This salon primarily does hand tied extensions and they have a large selection of different methods and colors. The salon itself is spacious, bright and beautiful. The energy was so positive and relaxed. There were also a ton of mirrors for selfie opportunities which I really appreciated, and nobody pushed me to buy products. Overall loved my experience there and will go back for maintenance and color! read more

I've never left a review on anything in my life but I felt the need to do so after two of my experiences here. I made an appointment with Sydney a protege stylist here to get a balayage done on my black hair I have been using dye and 20 volume from Sally's so this isn't cheap box dyed hair. Before we started she evaluated my hair and told me that because my hair is dark it would be more of a caramel balayage I was already expecting that and I was fine with it. Took her about a hr in half to do my whole head she took out my bottom before my top cause it was already on for a hr... she then put me under a heat lamp and I sat there for a while brought me to the sink washed it. Fast forward to the end she burned my scalp while blow drying and I asked to add in a couple short layers and trim my side bangs nothing crazy she put the scissors to my head maybe 5 times and totally jacked it up everything was uneven and she did not know how to fix it and blamed it on the girl that cut my hair prior here "Paige" when that was completely false.. she was frustrated when I asked her to fix the pieces and whatever she was doing it was just not working. So I counted it as a loss whatever.. however I get home and wash my hair it starts FALLING out breaking apart around my face and is like rubber bands. I talked to the manger on the phone although she told me to come in for treatment she didn't sound happy to help. I get there and all the girls as soon as I walk in are starring so uncomfortable the manager comes over to look at my hair and says it's not bad I tell her you can only tell when it's wet..she still seemed annoyed to even be dealing with me honestly instead of fixing the problem. So they wash my hair and then the other manager along with the first one are looking at my hair I show them it's clearly like a rubber bands she's says that's not the stylist fault.. so who's is it? My hair has been fine my whole years of getting my hair professionally done. My hair was literally crumbling from being over processed.. they give me a deep conditioning treatment and when I was done the stylist went to go get the manager to see the results after the conditioner and she pretty much said no and never came to check my hair. 300 dollars for my hair to fall out and to be damaged. So there's that and 60 dollars for a shitty haircut and for her to put the scissors to my head 4-5 times. read more

For one, I never write reviews. But I feel very inclined to for here. When I say I had a bad haircut, I mean BAD! As dramatic as I sound, I hated looking in the mirror. I felt so far from who I am because I was truly and extremely unhappy with me Hair. Especially being I myself am a hairstylist for Aveda and my own hair I often use as a canvas for my creativity in this field. Kendra transformed not only my hair, but the way I view myself. I would like to start by saying I have no issue with the girl who did my hair. I like how it came out and she was very sweet. I have an issue with the pricing and how every time I come here they add on extra charges without mentioning them to me. It is like they are trying to be sneaky and make it as expensive as possible. When I made the appointment I called later and asked how much it would be and I was told a price that was almost 100 dollars less than the price they said it would be as I was leaving. I was charged for the products they used in my hair, which I would have asked them not to do if they had mentioned to me that it was extra. In my opinion that's ridiculous to charge someone for detangler when your prices are already insane. I was also charged 65 dollars for my toner. I have been getting my hair done for ten plus years and I have never been charged such a large amount for toner. I'm just outraged at how much they upcharge people. I had planned for a few months to come in today and get exactly what I had budgeted for and then ended up paying about 100 more than planned that I could not afford. They make something that should be a fun thing so stressful. That being said I will definitely not be returning to this salon. read more

When I first came to this salon my hair was a mess. The last person who did my hair really didn't do a good job and I absolutely hated my hair cut. I felt like I had a mullet. I went to Kayla and she worked miracles on my hair! I was so happy with what she did I cried. Every time I leave I feel my absolute best. Not only is she amazing at hair, but she's an amazing person! I went into my appointment with Regina at Bello Haven yesterday and left very frustrated and disappointed with my experience. I went in with the hopes to have my hair lightened and the stylist kept pushing for me to go darker because I have green and purple tones in my hair. She made zero changes to my hair, wasted three hours of my time, and still charged me. I ended up paying for services the stylist wanted that I didn't ask for. The stylist wasn't even confident in the color remover removing my fashion colors and then pushed me to add a pointless toner on top of what I walked in with. If she had known she wasn't confident in lightening my hair at my consultation, then I should've been given to another stylist before scamming me out of my money. read more

Decided to try a new salon, Got here 10 minutes late because google maps doesn't recognize the location. Tried calling to get a better location and give a courtesy running late notice but per usual the phone just rings and rings till it goes to voicemail. Arrived & the front desk girls can't figure out where my appointment slot is. It took the front desk 15 minutes to figure out that whoever set the appointment made it for "Kathie" (wrong name) by the time they figured out that it was me and somebody else messed up the name they went to go get the HairStylist...another handful of minutes goes by and the HairStylist comes up and tells me "because you're 30 minutes late I can't fit you in anymore because I have another client coming. I can only do a cut but that's it", not what I made the appointment for. I told her that I had been there for 15 minutes because & she just said and unapologetic sorry. I've received better service at 7-11. Will not be coming back. read more

Should be zero stars. Do not get your eyelash extensions done here! Had mine done here and ended up with a horrible reaction and on antibiotics for a week. The lash house in Windsor helped me try to take them off. So much glue it took forever to get them off. What a nightmare experience. Please do your research before trusting any salon to touch your eyes. read more

This place is absolute trash. Looks so nice inside. The first appointment I had I waited over 30 minutes because the client before me was late. Not my problem. Received zero apology from staff. 2 weeks later after taking excessive caution with my extensions they completely fell out. I was told that the beads werent placed tight enough and it was fixed without charge. I felt that was more than fair. 2.5 weeks later my extensions came undone AGAIN with gentle brushing. This is the biggest waste of money and time imaginable. I am a busy person and expected this to be a 2 month maintenance. Not 2 weeks. read more
