I am deeply disappointed in this business. I booked an appointment for a same day color/cut. In driving to this studio, there was an absurd amount of construction traffic so I called and let them know we were about 10-15 mins behind. I was told this was fine and nothing else was mentioned about me running late (no terms of service, etc.). Upon arriving, I was told they double booked my slot and they attempted to move me out 1.5 hours due to being 15 mins late. I was 15 mins behind on the dot. Please note - I am two weeks postpartum, attending the appointment with my husband and newborn, AND called to ensure my later arrival was okay for the salon. Had I known I would be disregarded for my original appt time, I wouldn't have booked the slot. This information was not given over the phone when outreached. The only reason I am giving a star is because they at least refunded my deposit amount. I will not be coming here again and would not recommend this service to others based on my experience. read more

She helped me find a place of comfort with my natural hair and I always left her chair feeling better than when I first sat down. I cannot recommend Elizabeth H. at Studio BE Salon in downtown Loveland enough! As a first-timer with hair extensions, I was a bit nervous, but Elizabeth was there every step of the way. She patiently guided me through the process, offering so many helpful tips on how to care for my new look. When we found the extensions weren't blending perfectly, she didn't hesitate--she uninstalled and reinstalled them with incredible care and attention to detail, completely free of charge. I came here to get my haircut and trimmed a bit but my Stylist did not know at all what she was doing at all like what the hell! Left my hair so half done and didn't bother to take what I was telling or nor cared for my reference photos because I got a complete different end result to what I wanted. I couldn't say much cause by the time I realized I didn't like how it was looking she'd already cut most of my hair and I didn't realize she didn't even bother fixing my side burns, nor the back of my neck. She didn't even have proper equipment to be cutting men's hair you'd figure a salon would have them but apparently my stylist didn't. I come in wanting to get my hair fixed up for an event I was going to but now I'm not even sure if I want to go cause I'm not sure my hair will grow sufficiently to makeup how dirty I was done here. It gets better I asked my stylist for a Mod haircut and she had 0% clue what I was talking about, also they make you pay in advance when booking so there wasn't much that could've been done. Telyssa is fantastic. She is so sweet. She takes care of my teenage kid. She really listens and cares. She wants to get the haircuts just right every time. I don't get my hair cut often and the last time I did she asked all the right questions to make sure I was happy at the time of the cut as well as months later. read more

Stopping in town on a short visit and decided to try this salon close to our hotel. The online reservation system was very convenient. Randomly chose Jessica to cut and style my hair. I moved to Denver after college and she is always worth the 1-2 hour drive every few months. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! From the moment I stepped into the Loveland location I felt at home. Everyone is so welcoming and extremely client first. I got the pleasure of first meeting Rebecca, and let me start off by saying she is absolutely AMAZING. She transformed my hair from dull, broken and boring to absolute sunshine. I have had my brown basic hair for years and needed a change. I expressed to her how I just didn't feel good about myself & wanted to feel confident again. She listened to my needs and looked at the millions of Inspo pictures I had and created art. We traded in my old clip in exstentions for permanent ones & let me tell you I will never go back to clips. I even went on my first date in years because of her help in transforming not only my hair but also In being my somewhat push to get me back out there. THANK YOU REBECCA for going above and beyond for me. You have helped me in more ways then just turning my dull to sunshine, you helped me gain my confidence back. Rebecca new how busy my work life is and influenced me to come in for blowouts. I have never had a blowout before and can I just say blowouts are life changing. I met JACQUI on my third blow out and absolutely fell in love with her. She listened to my needs knowing i have excema in my scalp and ever since seeing her I do not have breakouts on my scalp. JACQUI is such a talented stylist and makes me feel like i can take on the world with her beautiful curls. I see her once a week now for blowouts and am so grateful for that. With that being said I want to also say thank you to JENNNA for influencing me to go with the 22inch exstentions, I remember meeting Jenna on my first appointment with rebecca and she has the most beautiful spirit, she is always complimenting those around her and makes everyone feel beautiful. I payed almost $400 for half of my hair to be highlighted. My hair is a light brown color naturally. I did like my hair and my stylist was sweet but I went in hoping for a full head of highlights and almost fell over at the price, so had to settle for half of my head to be done. My hair pulls brassy blonde so I had to pay an extra $70 for toner. It's super crowded and I feel like for this price it should have been a more luxurious spa style experience, not buffet style hair care. If i could give zero stars i would. Hair cut quality is very average/ borderline mediocre, nothing you cant find anywhere else from a standard, trained stylist. Each time i have gone, my hair has not been styled in a way that is flattering, and i have not liked the way layering has been cut framing my face as it doesnt sit correctly, nor did it resemble reference photos i gave- was is a wasted use of heat on my hair due to poor styling. i then have to wait to shower and restyle it. But thats not even the worst of it unfortunately.I also have longer parted bangs that frame my face- they were not even trimmed symmetrically!! The left side is noticeably 1/2" shorter than the right. They dont lay the same as a result. I am not happy with it. Feels like an amateur mistake. Im not sure how that explains the surprise pricing tier increase any better as a result. Aside from not even managing to receive a haircut im actually happy with- they also push additional services on you each time you go in by wasting single use physical paper sheets (who still uses paper?) to clients listing added services. If i didnt book it- dont suggest it to me the day of. Additionally- if you can get a (normally $40) treatment service for free just for leaving a good review, perhaps a simple added wash treatment for free during the washing process- isnt worth $40?? Over priced unnecessary add-on services. They push additional product purchasing as well at checkout. If you are the kind of person who likes to shop undisturbed, you wont appreciate them trying to get you to purchase more than you came in for. Pricing is also deceptive. I received an email prior to my appointment that there would be a $5 increase in services (which is fine) , however to my surprise when i arrived, my typical service increased by $15 (an extra $10) to accommodate for my usual stylist rising in experience tiers. While i have no problem paying someone what they are worth, i did not appreciate only learning of that surprise upon arrival. If i were to cancel due to that change i would then have to incur a 50% cancelation fee which is outrageous. Feels deceptive and misleading on top of already pushy tactics. Salons also shouldnt have a 24 hr cancellation rule if they arent willing to be open 7 days a week. As a small business owner myself- this is bad business practice and not the way in which i would ever choose to communicate with clients. Additionally- you cant cancel an appointment online, but you can schedule online? They make you call if you need to change an appointment even if its weeks in advance. For a salon that seems to claim a more modern identity, thats not a very modern system. The text reminders to confirm your appt leading up dont seem to matter either - they wont reach out if you dont confirm your appt via text regardless. Before my last appt i come to find out i was incorrectly scheduled for an additional appt with a stylist ive never seen, for a service i never have done. I had to call to get that cancelled since i couldnt cancel it online, or i would have been charged a no show fee for an appt that was their error? THEN the appt i ACTUALLY had scheduled- apparently was made on a day my usual stylist no longer works. They claimed they left voicemails trying to reach with me to move it- but i have no call or voicemail history on my end. So i again had to call them myself to move my appt last minute. They also claim you can reply to text messages, but then tell me they didnt receive my text response? As a business, if you enable texting, the messaging should reliably go both ways because i dont have an issue sending/receiving texts to or from anyone else. So i dont believe that was an error on my end. Overall terrible communication and service as a whole. Unprofessional and sloppy just to have a simple routine hair trim appointment. Will not be going back to any location under this salon brand and would not recommend to anyone. Not worth the multiple headaches caused. Go (literally) anywhere else. This is an honest recount of my experience with this business. read more

I had a great first experience at Studio Be Salon. I am a soon to be mom, so I wanted something that was going to be easy to maintain and not require too much upkeep. My stylist Jacqui A. was very understanding of my needs and gave me a wonderful full highlight and cut. The whole experience was more than I expected, especially the washing session - Studio Be Salon has a separate room for washing, which was nice, quiet & had comfy chairs which made for a very relaxing experience. I went in for a full highlight/lowlight service at the Loveland location on 5/27/22. It was a less than perfect experience. I didn't write a review until now however, because I was assured by staff my hair would fade to the color I wanted after a couple washes. The stylist I was scheduled to see, Paulina, was running late and I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time to even speak to her. Once we started, she told me that they automatically do a toning treatment with color services, but she didn't tell me it would be an extra $40! I only discovered this when I went to pay. Paulina also told me that she wanted to apply a deeper color at my roots so that the color would look natural as it grew out. This sounded good so I agreed. Once my hair was done I noticed the roots looked too dark compared to the rest, but she told me the color at the roots would drastically fade in one or two washes. Well unfortunately the color at the roots has not faded at all, and now it looks as if I haven't had my hair done in months because the roots are so much darker than the rest of the length. The greatest disappointment was the color itself. We picked swatches together, but my hair came out a dingey strawberry blond instead of the copper we had agreed upon.
