Fantastic massages!! The gal that did my massage was absolutely amazing. However, my waxer was unprofessional. Nice, but cussed during our session which I thought was inappropriate. First off, I want to begin by saying that Erica's massages are absolutely amazing. I always feel comfortable, and she listens to my needs, and I always leave feeling 100% better. Unfortunately, at my last appointment I had the worst customer service experience I've ever had anywhere. When I arrived, I was looking through the different products on the front counter that they sale. I asked the manager at the front desk how much the lip balm sold for. They were way overpriced, so I didn't purchase any. When Erica came into the room, I could tell she was very uncomfortable. The manager had seen me looking at the lip balm earlier and said one was missing. The manager requested that Erica tell me that I needed to pay for the lip balm that I had taken. Erica felt terrible having to tell me but was directed by her manager to do so. I let Erica know that I didn't want to purchase the lip balm, and I hadn't taken any off the shelf. I have NEVER been accused of stealing anything in my life. I was upset and in tears during the entire length of my massage. I couldn't get dressed fast enough so I could completely empty my purse to confirm that I hadn't taken anything without paying first. When Erica came back into the room, she let me know that another staff member had sold the missing lip balm. The manager had never looked in her sales system to see if someone else had purchased a lip balm before so blatantly accused me of stealing one. A few days later I went to talk to the owner of the salon to let him know what had happened. He did apologize but I was never offered a refund or a free massage or anything. I won't ever go back to Westside Wax for any services. I am sad because Erica does such an amazing job. After my experience I would not recommend Westside Wax to anyone. read more

Called and was able to get a appointment exactly when I wanted. Was greeted by Shannon who also did my wax. She was great and very friendly. Salon was very quiet and clean but Very difficult to get into parking lot. They use the blue wax which I love. I will be returning. read more

It does not feel like a very inclusive space. There are very limited supports for people with disabilities. For instance the tables are way too high. A raise lower table would greatly accommodate people with physical ailments. I also know that it appears that you do not have a lift for people in wheelchairs to be able to get out of their wheelchair and onto the table. This puts the Therapist at risk or a person with a disability cannot access your facility. The payment system is only set up for people who are not vision impaired. Overall inclusivity is what drives my interest in a business. I would be happy to pay more for a massage to ensure that all have equal access and to protect my therapist as well from injury or having to turn away a client. Please make your space more inclusive. read more

Staff was dressed in street clothes. I couldn't identify an employee from a customer. No name tags. No, professional apparel. not a great experience... Absolutely the worst customer service by people who don't honor appts. I made my appt for 5. Never got a text like she said. Gave her my name when I called confused me for my fathers name and totally cancelled my appt and gave it to someone else. No honor in this place whatsoever. Instead of finding a way to get me in because it was there mess up wanted for another date. Made that appt on that day for a reason because of work scheduling. Heard good things about them but when you actually deal with the unprofessional people like this it's ridiculous. read more
