I love this place! They are super kind and accommodating. I've been going here for over a year now. I do a lot of intense sports such as kickboxing, rock climbing, running, to name a few, on top of being a fitness instructor. I am very active so my lower back is usually in knots and this place has helped me continue the things I love! Brian is my absolute favorite and go to masseuse! 10/10 He's incredibly intelligent about the human body/anatomy and incorporates some stretching! Seeing him has helped me prevent injury and has helped me continue the active lifestyle that I live! I always feel great leaving afterwards. Look, so I wrote a review for this place not too long ago, but I'v also gone again two more times, and the service is still amazing! The past two trips were great for helping all the injuries and pain that have been bothering me lately (getting old sucks). The first trip, I was seen by David, who did a full body massage but really focused on my legs, as I walk about 5-6 miles a day, and he helped put a bit of spring back in my step. My second trip, I was seen by Piyush. He is a great massage therapist, and if you want a very deep tissue massage, Piyush has the strength to work out every knot in your body! My back feels 100x better! He was so attentive to where I needed work done and was very communicative about pressure and pain levels so that there was a needed discomfort (but not too much) so that I felt amazing afterwards. As for the environment, it was very clean and they follow all Covid procedures. I am excited to go back here again, and I will keep you all updated if anything changes here. But all in all, I 100% recommend this place and if you need to relax or get some massage therapy for pains and what not, this is the place you need to go! read more

I am completely blown away by the results of my first massage at this amazing place. I haven't had a massage in a while and working from home has left me tighter than ever. Jordan worked WONDERS. I told him what I thought were my problem areas and he immediately went to work on the places I mentioned, but what's more is that he played attention to the areas he could feel were right even though I hadn't named them! I left knowing I'd be the best kind of sore and believe me I was, but I woke up this morning feeling like my whole body had been reset in the exact way I needed it to be. Husband attempted to set up a membership in April here. Reception lacked competence in doing this and he left with no membership. He decided to set up a membership with a different massage company as he was so dissatisfied with La Vida's incompetence. This was not the first time they had difficulty with what should be basic check out procedures. Flash forward 6 months to October. He recorded an email starting that La Vida was unable to process his payment. Obviously he called to find out why they we're attempting to charge him for anything. Turns out, they had charged his card 6 times for a total of 350 dollars for a membership that he never signed up for. Reception confirmed that they had no signed membership documents or authorization for these charges. They refunded the money. Save yourself the stress of what should be a relaxing experience. Frankie was amazing and her massage wax exactly what a massage should be. Excellent client service. ORIGINAL POST AS FOLLOWS Custom service - great. Atmosphere - great. Massage - worst I ever had. I feel like I wasted my money. In one hour I had my back rubbed and flipped over and had my neck rubbed all the while listening to his (questionable) Marine Corp stories. Nothing else was even touched, legs, arms etc. barely used some lotion on my back. I have had many massages over the years and never experienced anything like this. Don't feel any better today than I did before the massage. 2 stars because I'm not physically hurt from the experience, just my bank account. No way I am the first person to review this place....ok then. Good place. Loved my 1 1/2 Massage with (not gonna tell ya)! It was amazing and thorough and she kept up her pressure (I like it medium firm, don't bruise me man) and minimal talking. Room was the perfect temperature....she had more time and re-addressed some areas that she thought needed a bit more...she was spot on there! I promised myself I would go once a month, but alas, I have not done that...so sad. will do it though! I miss my massage with (___________). I believe if you are clear and communicate what you want to your therapist, they are more than willing to do their best to help out what ails you. First time there! Kevin gave a rushed, fast moving, friction heavy massage with cold hands and grumpy demeanor. Usually when I am massaged I want to enjoy the feelings of my muscles relaxing but thats hard to do with the road runner speed used by Kevin. He ended the massage early and to fill time applied pressure to my spine which felt like firm touch but had no benefit. Also he gave off a creepy vibe that made me uncomfortable. The prices are reasonable and I would go back but not EVER see him again. Oh, and when asked why he likes doing massage he replied, " Cause its fun, easy, I trade massages whenever I want..." The list of reasons went on and on then much later he said, "Helping people is a perk." It was obvious that the priority in the massage was not me. read more

My mom scheduled 2 massage appointments on the same day, one for me, and one for her. One was at 11:00 and the other at three. She had a family emergency come up and called in to cancel her appointment at 3:00. The next day I went in for my massage which was the 11:00 appointment. I drove 20 minutes to get there, waited in line, then was informed that they didn't have an appointment for me. I told them what had happened and the woman at the front desk informed me that whomever took the cancellation cancelled both appointments instead of just hers. They were fully booked, except for 30-minute appointments, mine was 75 minutes. They didn't try to rebook me, or offer anything for my trouble. It was incredibly disappointing to have your hopes up for a much needed massage-therapy session only to find out after wasting a lot of time that somebody messed up and it isn't going to happen. Those sort of mistakes are easily avoidable and every effort should be made to correct them as quickly as possible. The woman at the counter was friendly and kind. But nobody took any responsibility or did anything to try to make up for the snafu. I'm so bummed. read more

Disappointing to send your daughter in for a birthday massage to be majorly short changed on the time. I called and expressed my disappointment only to be told that "the fine print policy is that it is only 50 min hands-on, the other 10 are for undressing and dressing." Would've been nice to know, even with this unspoken policy, my daughter texted me 12 min shy of that hour saying she was finished. In reality I spent $60+ for 38-40 min massage.
