I have a spine condition called Kyphosis, and I have been going to monthly massage therapy for about 7 years at various places. With that being said, I can tell you that Kristen is by far the best massage therapist, and is one that I absolutely trust when it comes to working with my condition. When I met her a year ago, she knew exactly what areas to pinpoint with my condition, where I was feeling the most strain, and gave me stretches to help relieve pain outside of therapy. She also introduced me to a technique called "cupping," which has given me the most relief I've experienced in all of my years receiving massage therapy. I see Kristen for massage related to upper back/neck issues I have as a result of many years of bad vertigo. She's attentive to my weird vertigo-related problems and works with me to creatively address any issues I'm facing. I've also had her treat some shoulder pain I had earlier this year from swimming and she did a wonderful job with that.
