Great massage. I like a real deep tissue massage and they never fail to disappoint. I usually walk-in and ask for a 90 min or hour. Sometimes they don't have time for a 90 minute, which is understandable for walk-in's when they are busy. And they always suggest to make an appointment in the future to ensure the longer times. Great massage for great price. I've never felt pressured to tip. They are happy with the 20%-25% I usually give. I have been here a half dozen times and will continue to go. read more

Great Massage, But Aggressive Tipping Pressure Ruined It I walked in for a 90-minute massage at WFS Massage and was greeted politely by Tina, who showed me to the room. She returned about 15 minutes later (apologized "for being late"), and while the actual massage was excellent--one of the best I've had in years--it ended roughly 10 minutes early. The session felt rushed toward the end. The real issue came with tipping and payment. The advertised rate is $100 for 90 minutes (plus tax, making it $105). I tipped $50--a generous 50%--but Tina seemed very disappointed and pressed for more, saying she usually gets $60 tip for an hour (implying even more for 90 minutes). She became confrontational, comparing me to her other customers who tip higher. When paying at the counter, there was confusion over change (language barrier didn't help), and the manager/owner? joined in, escalating things. They positioned themselves in a way that felt blocking, and despite yielding somewhat, paying well over the service cost (total around $175+ including the large tip), they still pushed for more with overflowing sarcastic "thank yous" as I left. A strong massage shouldn't come with guilt-tripping or high-pressure tactics over tips. Standard tipping etiquette for massages is 15-20% (higher for exceptional service), and $50 on $105 was already well above that. If the business relies so heavily on outsized tips to make up for low base prices, they should be upfront about expectations. I won't return, and I'd advise others to clarify all costs--including expected tips--before starting. There are plenty of legitimate massage options in Greeley that treat customers with respect and transparency. read more

I was in town to visit some relatives and had a been feeling a bit worn out and was recommended to check this place out by my cousin. Came in and was immediately greeted by one of the ladies, I believed her name was Linna. She was very professional and friendly. She asked me what kind of massage I wanted and I told her where I was feeling some pain and knots and she recommended the full massage which I agreed to. I was directed to a room and the ambience is as you would expect from any normal massage place and after preparing myself she proceeded with the massage. Professional throughout the whole process and kept conversation to a minimum. After the massage, I was told the price and told that if I paid with credit card, there would be a surcharge, which is pretty standard nowadays. I paid and tipped her and thanked her for the excellent service and great experience. I personally recommend coming here. The staff are very professional and courteous and I love supporting small businesses. Some others may not have had a good experience and sometimes that may be due to a misunderstanding but I always recommend coming to check it out for yourself. I will be coming back again on my next visit to Colorado. read more

Visiting from California had a full body massage and she was able to really work out the kinks.

I was traveling with my husband to CO to visit some friends and decided to get a massage with friends here. Surprisingly, this place left me with a great impression. Not only the masseuse was very nice and professional, and the price was decent too! If I had a chance to come to CO again, I would definitely come back here! read more

I highly recommend she got me in fast and she was amazing. I will definitely go back loved the service.

Visiting from CA. I Requested 1hr full body and was told they only had time for 30m. No other customers and it was mid-day on Fri. Only upper back was massaged so 15m in I asked if she'd be massaging arms, legs, feet? She said "later". 5min left she massages feet. Worst massage ever. I paid but left no tip. She stopped me to ask about her tip and I stated I paid for a full body and got only my upper back massaged. Super disappointing. read more

This is a soothing place to be at & really good service best place to relax and take your mind off things great place !!

I was in the area and saw their sign so I stopped in because my lower back needed attention. Too much driving and sitting at the computer lately. This place looks like it has been recently remodeled, looks and smells fresh, like new. My masseuse was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable about relieving muscle discomfort for us senior citizens. When I left and drove home and forgot the discomfort I had previously. I would recommend WFS Massage. read more

I came in for a 90 minute Deep Tissue Massage with Lilly. My massage was amazing. Great pressure with great technique. The cupping and hot stones were great as well. I wish I could come every week. The facility is really new and is very nice and spacious. I found my new go to for a massage. I had the opportunity for a 4 hands massage here as well. AMAZING!!! They did some traditional massage techniques along with stretching and back walking, all was fantastic. I rate this facility a 10 out of 10! read more

Wonderful atmosphere, attentive service, detail oriented. I have visited Wfs massage multiple times throughout my recovery from a severe musculoskeletal injury. Now that I am fully recovered, I still come in monthly to reduce strain from work. All of their masseuses are thorough and gentle when need be. I can not recommend them enough. read more

Went in for a massage and had not the best experience. The woman who helped did not ask me what kind of massage, what areas I wanted worked. No communication at all. I paid before the massage, and she demanded a tip (which I would've happily left after the massage) and then proceeded to tell me I HAD to tip 20%. I have no problem with tipping, but the experience was horrible. I will not be going there again. read more
