I went here forvthe first time a few days ago. I had a 90-minute combination body and pho massage, and it was wonderful. This place is really great; the location is so relaxing and quiet. The gentleman who worked on me was very gentle, but he asked if I preferred a firmer pressure. I opted for firmer, and he took his time with the massage. I called the store and talked to the manager Serena, she was able to accommodate me same day for a two hour deep tissue, full body massage. She was so polite and helpful, and her masseuse did such a fantastic job. One of the best foot and leg massages, I've had in a long time! He was so strong and professional, It feels like he got all of the knots out of my neck / shoulder area! I would highly recommend Serena and her team. I used to love this place. Wendy was my girl and she did an amazing job. It has been really hit or miss since she has left. The last time I got a massage my masseuse was texting and massaging me one handed majority of the hour. I decided to give it one more shot today and I had the worst massage I've ever had in my life. I asked him to stop halfway through it was so bad! He got Velcro stuck in my hair after trying to clip it up for literally 10 min. WOW! My best friend and I went here very spontaneously and we had no issue getting in. We both did the 60min foot massage...which was almost a full body cause they did work on almost every part of the body. And the price...it's a steal at $35! The guy who runs this place is as nice as can be and every time I've come, has given me a discount card to encourage my next visit (now if I could just remember to bring it every time). I opt for the foot massage and it is wonderful. You are comfortably seated and receive a face and scalp massage while your feet soak. Afterwards the foot massage is amazing. A word of caution: I love the foot massage, but not the body type massage that follows if you get an hour. However, if you do the 30 minutes, the body part is not part of it. I can't speak for the body massages that are done in private rooms, but a lady is on hand that takes care of those. Also, before I get there I looked the reviews and a lady wrote that they ask for tips... incredible but true! I gave $10.00 tip, but she told me if I will give only $5.00 tip, and I said no, I am giving $10.00 for her, then she told me that I have to pay $5.00 more because the massage is $60.00 when online says $55.00. The staff here is really nice but no matter your size, gender, etc. they massage you the same exact way. My husband and I have gone here twice - for full body (hoping our first visit was a fluke) and both times we tried multiple ways to ask them to alleviate the pressure they were using and we've never been able to effectively tell them..."this hurts" or "that's too hard." The next day after each massage, I am actually bruised and much worse off for several days then when I went to get the massage. If you have back pain, I would recommend going to licensed massage therapists - that most importantly check in with you throughout your massage to confirm that pressure is ok or if there are certain areas you would like them to concentrate on or to avoid. Even this most recent visit, I warned them of a large bruise I had just gotten on my leg to let them know it was sore but still she did her massage as usual. I think it's probably a combination of proper training and communication, but still wouldn't recommend and won't be going back. read more

Serina was my masseuse and she is strong, and knows how to work on problem areas on the legs, back and neck. I'm 14 and went to get my first massage ever. The lady when we got there told us there's only one person working for the day. As I was with my mom we didn't think anything of it. She typed on her phone she couldn't speak English very well. Both my mom and I wanted to get a 60 minute massage. I went first and my mom had left to run some errands. It was just me and the lady in the whole place. Right away she told me to take off all my clothes. I was not expecting and didn't feel comfortable doing that but I was to afraid to speak up. I toke of everything but my socks underwear and bra. She came back In and right away stripped everything I didn't take off and started slapping my butt. I told her no and put them back on. I was to get out as soon as possible but didn't know how to leave. When she was doing inappropriate massages in private places I kept saying no and she wouldn't laugh probably because she didn't understand English. She did weird stretches to me and didn't put on the towel most of the massage. Worst and most horrible and inappropriate experience in my life. DO NOT COME HERE! You can get vialated. We went to the police department as when my mom came back we were both uncomfortable and very angry. We will be having police come talk to them and will be filing a report to the state for the business. This was nasty and there doors need to be closed right away. read more
