Always get a great massage! I come down from Cheyenne to get my massage here. I used to live in Loveland, but moved to Cheyenne, but they always give a great massage! Their foot massages are great also! read more

Ru Yi Massage is the best massage around! I love their one hour foot massage, they cover the whole body!

Had a couples massage. The guy taking care of me FARTED in the middle of the service. It smelled so bad that the other guy left the room. Neither worked spoke good English. read more

Amazing real Thai massage. Unbelievably good and maybe the best I've had outside Thailand.

Amazing foot massage. I miss that now that I don't travel to China, but now I get my fix here.

Stopped in here for a 90 minute massage. Great massage and great price, definitely will be back!!!

Wow I love this massage place. I've tried several places looking For the ultimate massage. This is it. Today I tried the walk on back massage Which is why I stopped in to see what it was Like.the gal suggest that my back needed More attention and suggested I get cupping. I saw the price and said yes please. I've had friends try cupping and love the Outcome. Well worth it and my body feels refresh. Wish Ru Yi was in Kansas. I've looked for similar massage places And haven't found one. I will visit again on my next visit When I come back in a couple months. Thankyou Ken L read more

Same day massages always available and the quality of their work is top notch! My partner and I get couples massages frequently and we've had several massage therapist there, they are all amazing. The Thai combo massages are better than any other work I've had done on my hip post surgery a few years ago. Highly recommend this place read more

Had a great experience, massage was relaxing and perfect for a first time client, will return!

Clean, professional, and relaxing. Have had a couples massage and chair massage, each time they've taken great care of us. I have chronic injuries and Fibromyalgia and they've always have helped a great deal w my pain and stress Forgot to mention if you're not used to Thai massage then DO NOT opt for it. It's so much more intense than Swedish massage and includes stretching and the therapist placing you in awkward poses to stretch your muscles... I had never had Thai massage and didn't know it including this crazy stretching... if you're used to it then it's probably good but I was shocked and felt beat up... The regular deep tissue massage is awesome and way less intense! read more

Both massages were great. We did the couples massage. Great pressure and prices I can actually afford. I love it when I can feel a massage in my muscles afterwards. read more

Real professional and positive set of workers. Requested only a foot massage and they were incredible enough to do a full body massage. Super kind and really great all around. read more

Best massages and best prices in Fort Collins. This place has been around for a long time and it's obvious they are doing well because they have expanded over the years. Their prices have stayed almost the same though which is awesome. Typically you can call right before you want a massage and they can get you in. There are a wide variety of massages you can get. The chair and 30 min foot + 30 min back are my favorites. I highly recommend this place! read more

Great massage. Had the full body. Will for sure be back. Great for post flight muscle relaxation

This place is amazing. I have taken so many friends here and they love it! Just know when you go that this is a Chinese Reflexology massage, not a typical massage place. They speak very little English. But they are amazing and the prices are so affordable. It is hard to find Chinese Reflexology places in Northern Colorado, I have only found one other place in Ft Collins and I would not recommend it. They offer chair massages here, the traditional Chinese Reflexology and also full body massages. read more

This is my FAVORITE place ever! Such a great place for a quick massage. I love getting a 30 minute foot massage. The prices are very affordable, the staff is sweet, and the business is very clean. I have had a full body massage, chair massage, foot massage, etc and it was all excellent. Such a great way to relax!! I HIGHLY recommend Ru Yi! read more

Great massages, reasonable prices. Lots of options. I recommend call ahead for availability

Want to feel better when you walk out of a massage place? This is the place for you. They don't mess around with pretentious ambiance and gentle massages, they get to the issues you are having and relieve them. Working out every knot, kink and tight areas with a natural knack for it. Highly recommended! Then walk next door to Young's Cafe and get a bowl of pho read more

I've been going to Ru Yi massage for 4 years. Some of the therapists have changed but the quality of the massage has remained excellent throughout. Prices have gone up like everything else in society but you still get a great massage for the cost. It can sometimes be a little noisy if you're in a room close to the entrance but that's about the only negative I can mention with Ru Yi. read more

I have been coming here for several years. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is easy to schedule a massage and all the therapists are professional and knowledgeable. I have tried many massage businesses, but for quality and value Ru YI is my go to place when I need a great massage! read more

Although they took me 30 minutes after my appointment, their massage therapists always do an amazing job! Hot rock treatment for free with a 60 minute massage love this! I'll say this, they were packed and don't like walk ins. Make an appointment. If they're busy they are not interested in walk ins and kind of blow them off. I saw people doing walk ins walk in today and walk out because after they said they didn't have an appointment, they were completely blown off with no customer service at all. read more

I never thought it possible to actually say it was a horrible massage. I had visited this place several times before and have decent massages. Tonight, I got it I massage until the male therapist exactly where I was hoping for focus and relief (my legs and feet) oh what he did was rub on my upper back and shoulder blades...over and over ....and over and over again. i prompted him during the massage several times that I did not want any more back massage....but PLEASE my legs and feet!!!! I have never done this before, but about 45 minutes into the massage I actually stood up off the table and pointed at my feet and ankles to PLEASE massage feet. I was on my feet all day long I was hoping for a relief. Then he started repeating 'No English no English no English'. That's not a problem for me as the human language of pointing and touching my legs and feet needed no language skills. I laid back down He rubbed my calves a little bit. Never turning me over during massage and in the end not one time did even touch my ankles or feet! . The pain and fatigue I've been on my feet all day found no relief. This is absolutely the worst massage ever. I don't care if he speaks English or not, but it's very clear that he had NO idea how to even give a massage?!? My partner also got one and reported the same results, his guy just rubbed the same spot repeatedly over and over for 1 hour. Neither of these guys even flipped us over to hit the spots missed during the face down. I've been to this business several times and I've generally gotten decent massages. This time it was absolutely horrible and I feel completely ripped off. Then when I was paying even laughed. 'No English' ...... which is irrelevant from the human language pointing and actually rubbing on the parts of my legs that I wanted him to work on. Whoever owns this business needs to pay better attention. You have lost us as customers, and I'm quite sure others having the same experience will never return either! Terrible and ripped off from $100 read more

Not your typical foo foo massage studio but it is a typical reflexology/ Asian/Thai massage place. This is the real deal and something your body will thank you for. Excellent "Combo" massage. I was a walk in on a Sunday afternoon and received prompt service. The $39 combo massage consisted of 30 minutes in a typical communal massage room with a foot soak, scalp and face massage, shoulder, arm and hand massage, then the best foot and calf massage ever. This part you are fully clothed and in an open room so wear loose pants you can pull the legs up to your knees and preferably a tank top so your lower legs, arms and shoulders are accessible. Then they give you a pair of slippers to wear as you are moved to a private room to disrobe from the waists up. You are covered with a towel and then enjoy a wonderfully deep tissue back massage for the next 30 minutes. It hurt so good and was definitely overdue. My masseuse asked several times if the pressure was okay to make sure I was comfortable. $39 is a steal and I left a huge "Thank You" tip on my way out. I will definitely stop here again each time I am in town. If you need a massage give them a shot. read more

Not for me. They sat you get what you lay for, but No matter what the cost-this is not worth it. I must have had an off experience because I found this place through excellent review. I called and was able to make an easy appointment for a deep tissue massage. I have had probably 50 deep tissue massages in my life, and even had Thai massages in Thailand and this was the most painful, unrelaxing, unsafe experience of my life. Two days later and the headaches haven't stopped. The pressure was so heavy and rough. Not slow, or relaxing, or working up to it, just rapid very hard movements. And by hard I mean the pressure was so hard my throat actually hurt when I left from my face being pushed down. I have had deep tissues in the past where I was disappointed they did not go deeper, but this was just plain painful without any comfort. The technique was odd and when the employee started stretching my body, it felt incredibly unsafe. I have never been stretched during a deep tissue. Literally felt like my arms were going to snap. The pressure was never checked in on and when I was asked two questions, there was a language barrier and I just said, "I'm sorry I don't understand. I was cringing in pain and lifting my limbs and the masseuse kept going. I don't like my legs massaged but was never asked so I kept moving them but it didn't matter. I could not relax because I was just breathing through the pain. Then came the hot towels. My back today felt burnt and I woke up in so much pain. I am not sure the training or technique here, but finding a knot and pushing on it as hard as you can and beating on it is not a deep tissue massage. There are no waivers or anything you sign. There is no discussion to indicate what you may not want or to select a man or woman. The staff was very nice and the place was very clean, but I woke up in ten times more pain then when I walked in. Also never had a massage without a head or hand rub. But, at that point I was just counting down the minutes. read more

My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage today and got the best massage we've ever had! Hidden Gem: Found Ru Yi Massage a few weeks ago and have tried several of their services without disappointment. They offer back, feet, whole body and cupping massage. It's a small place so it's best to make an appointment. The prices are VERY reasonable and the massage service top notch! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great massage to relax and recharge for the week. There is a slight language barrier so be patient in ensuring you've explained what you want. I haven't had any problems making sure I got exactly the massage I was looking for. read more

Ru Yi Massage is AWESOME! I'm so grateful it's here because it helps manage my muscle tightness from work. It's very easy to schedule and to get in at the last minute if you need to, although they prefer that you call to make an appointment, even 15 minutes. The massage therapists are friendly, and many of them have been there for a long time. I like the 1 hour foot massage. You'll be fully clothed for that one, just make sure you wear pants that you can push up or roll up over your knees. There's a bit of a language barrier, so if you want more or less pressure, you can ask for "harder" or "softer" and the therapist will adjust the pressure. read more

My boyfriend and I travel a lot for business and we often try to find a good place for a massage. This place was over the top wonderful for both of us. We both treated ourselves to 2 hour massages. We both added on ear candling which I highly recommend. The prices here are well worth every minute. Highly recommend to all, you will feel like Gumby when you leave. read more

I have relatives that have gone here, but had never myself until recently. I was suffering from extreme pain on the portion of muscle from neck to right shoulder, and in a miraculous hour, it was fixed! An added bonus was that as I was walking up to the door - (Yes, I was a walk-in) the placard outside announced a $39 special for a combination of a foot massage and a back massage. I was taken into the side room where a number of people were reclined in chairs getting massaged on their arms, hands, calves, and had their feet soaking in buckets. It turns out that a head massage and all the above are part of the foot massage! It lasted 30 minutes and was wonderful! Next, I was led to a private room where I was asked to disrobe my upper body, lie down, and put a sheet over me. I communicated that I had the shoulder/neck pain as best I could . (No one seems to speak English) The massage was wonderful! It was rather intense, and I had to ask for a bit lighter. At one point, hot rocks were used and it was so much relief to my muscles! I felt as though stress and tension just melted away. The next day, I was sure i had bruises all over, and actually asked someone to take a look, but there were none. The following day, I felt nothing but great, healthy, vibrant and alive! Pain free! These are the masters of their craft! The reason I did not give 5 stars, is that I felt having someone explain everything to me in English, like, what would happen, how long each step would take, what was included, if I had any areas of concern, etc. would have been a great help. read more

Been here a few times. Consistency could be improved but you can't beat the price. Will be going back soon.

Very great staff, extra friendly staff and safe feeling environment, the staff energy is very calm and centered so you know there not adding any negative energy back into you, so only releasing and rejoicing because you feel amazing after, the place is very well loved maintained and spiritual so if you are a spiritualist of some sort this place is defiantly safe, thank you for reading, love you all, God bless you all, Namaste read more

Made an appointment and after the 30 min foot massage was told... oh sir so sorry we too busy. No back massage today. Basically three customers came into the store and said they wouldn't wait and the owner decided three paying clients trumps one.. Then she said I didn't make appointment, I have never been treated so badly by any business in my life! Plus it smelled like a dead rat in there today. This place is unethical period!!! read more

$15 for 30 minutes $30 for 60 minutes $60 for 90 minutes for combo Better than the LA (Rowland Heights, San Gabriel Valley) or SF places (Milpitas, Sunnyvale) that I've been to in terms of both price and performance. Definitely a good value that I did not at all anticipate. Would most definitely return if I'm back in the area! read more

You get what you pay for - the prices are extremely low for the area, but it is noticeable in their service. I got a 30 minute foot massage since it was my first time and I wanted to try it out. They started rubbing my whole face before anything else which was rather odd. My masseuse either didn't speak English or didn't want to talk, as I never got her name, never got asked if pressure was ok, or if I had any spots I wanted focused on. After the face rub down she did a bit of shoulder massage and then onto my feet. For a "foot massage" I was not impressed... I came in with bad foot pain and she didn't apply much pressure at all and never asked. The center of my foot was barely touched (where I have pain) and she spent more time pulling my toes than massaging. Finally there was a brief leg massage and then she pulled a cover off my eyes and gave me a thumbs up and left. The massage was a little under 25 minutes long, and they have a sign at the front asking people to tip $8-$10 for a foot massage. No thanks. read more
