She explained how every product would work to achieve the best results. I, like most people, don't love needles, but honestly, it was not a painful experience. She had me apply lidocaine on and around my lips and another numbing agent in my cheek and chin area. Carrie injected Kysse Restylane filler into my lips and that had a bit of a sting to it, but it wasn't painful. I highly recommend Carrie at Facette! I can't wait to see my full results in a few days. I'll include a picture of my lips. I love, love, love them! No more tiny, thin lips for this 54 year old!

I'm not sure where to start. The salon is pretty clean. The techs tables are not very clean; old dried acrylic powder and polish, as well as accumulated nail dust. Their handwashing station is messy and slightly disgusting. The last time I had my nails done there, the tech, Brian, didn't take out/off any of the lifted acrylic and two weeks later when I went to another salon, green fungus was growing under two of my nails on the right hand (yuck!!!!!). He used super glue on a few of the corners to fix a little bit of lifting and that was it. That's laziness. They over charge as well. If you have a pedicure and get gel polish? Plan to spend an extra $25 on top of the $40 for the pedicure (I haven't been to any other salon that does this). The techs there can be rude and talk about the clients between themselves, in front of the clients. All salons are supposed to display the licenses of the techs. They do not. I have seen salons with 'training rooms' in the back. I can't help but wonder how many of the techs were trained on site and never licensed. It's sort of a pretty place but don't be suckered if you're a one time customer especially. read more

Recommendation: I went and got a pedicure and acrylic set done here today for the first time. I booked with Taylor. For the pedicure I got the signature organic called lavender eruption and the experience was wonderful. I was skeptical about getting a full set because I had been told that it's a hit or miss so I did check reviews but nothing was really sticking out to me. As I was booking, I took a chance on Taylor and decided to trust it. She did a fantastic job. She did both the pedicure and full set and was very quick. My toe nails are very well done and my feet feel great. For the full set I got French tips and a little heart and they are just absolutely so cute and a very good shape. Personally, I prefer minimal conversation and she seemed totally okay with that but I could tell that she is open to conversation if it's wanted. If you're looking for a good relaxing service that's quick and good, I absolutely recommend seeing Taylor! read more

Was only in town for one day, Salon seemed like a nice option for quick break. Front desk associates were ver kind. I believe David was technician that completed my pedicure- He did a nice job. I asked for a shellac manicure- with ombré color design. The technician seemed very rushed and almost annoyed to help me. A lot of the ombré color ended up on my finger tips and not just nails. Technician told me it would wash off in a couple of days. Not sure why the shiny coat finish didnt appear to cover the nail. Some were matte, some shiny, some spots of both. Salon mentioned a 10 day Policy or chips and breaks, But why have this policy when the first effort was really poor. I paid over $50 for shellac manicure and I was very disappointed. Cutting me? Really? First off I want to preface that this is a place that I used to frequent when getting acrylics. I have since stopped for the health of my nails. Today I took my little cousin to her first pedicure. They did a great job painting the nails for both of us. The gentleman who did my cousins nails was gentle and kind to her. Props to him for that. However, the gentleman doing mine was very rough when filing my nails and using the sugar scrub on my skin. So much so that I was left with cuts. I do not think I will be coming back. I went to the location on harmony, and absolutely loved it. They were able to get me in with late notice, and are so friendly. I had Jolene do my nails, and she was amazing. She was so helpful with picking out the color, and kept asking me if I liked the shape of the nails and the colors we picked out. I will definitely be going back again. read more

I will never go back here again!! I had gotten them done on Saturday the 13th and my nail already started lifting and getting caught in my hair and now today the 15th one of my nails just broke. So no I do not recommend going here, they are over priced and don't do quality work. read more
