DO NOT GO HERE. I came in, just needing nails removed and a manicure. The young man who did this service was rude, and bizzarly violent with the nail removal. He filed so hard it burned my fingers! I told him multiple times that he was hurting me and he didn't care! Instead of soaking my nails off like a normal person, he chose to apply this product that made the top layer soft. A process that took longer to achieve my goal than doing this service like a real professional. Even an older peer of his told him to soak the nails and he refused. When he FINALLY got the nails off, he filed my natural nails down so thin they split and broke! I bled! It has taken two months for my nail beds to fully heal, and now they're warped and lumpy because of the injury. read more

Long time customer and will never go back- STAY AWAY!! Went in for pedicure and asked simple question about why Vi (1 of two males there) didn't do exfoliation as was listed to be included in service and have always had before. He proceeded to lecture me about why he didn't do exfoliation for about twenty minutes, continued to grow louder and other customers were laughing and/or getting awkward until the point I just said I wanted to leave from embarrassment and another worker stepped in to offer to finish. He then hovered over us the entire rest of the time, kept trying to take pictures, and had referred to massage as "should I punch you" and even other staff were telling him to be quiet but they seemed scared themselves. STOP! I went in yesterday and sat in the blue water for so long that it turned by skin blue. The nail tech scrubbed my skin with the pumice stone to get the blue coloring off my skin , which resulted in cuts and scrapes all over my feet, ankles and legs. Aside from the pain, my pedicure doesn't meet standards. I went in to show the owners my injuries and to let them know what happened so they wouldn't make the same mistake with someone else, and was told that my skin must be sensitive. Very disappointed in this salon. I should have known better. Used to go there but got so discouraged with them that I stopped going for a couple years. Found a great girl but she was too busy to get me in before I left on trip. So unfortunately decided to go back to Crystal Nails. They got 3 star rating because the guy who did my gel manicure did a good job. But the guy (young guy with a man bun) did a mediocre pedicure even though I paid for Deluxe pedicure. Came home with rough skin on heels and big toe. Did foot massage with two fingers on top of my foot only. He never touched the bottom of my feet. He barely used brush on bottom of my feet. I never get manicures so I don't have very high expectations. Today I went in and asked for a very simple dip manicure and was highly disappointed. Each nail is a different shape and pretty wonky! Manicurist didn't even start with cleaning up the nails first, just went straight to starting to apply the dip. Disgusting and rude. If you want COVID and a shitty manicure go here.. they have the plastic shields up, but they are caked with funk. They do not clean stations between clients. Everything is sticky and funky. A friend or family member of the business sat up front and sneezed the whole time I was in there. Not one person had a mask on. When my last coat of gel polish was done curing, my nail tech said YOU DONE! No wiping my nails, no filing, no lotion, no oil. This was my 4th or 5th visit. I haven't had the same person twice except for Vincent who did an excellent job the first time and not so great the second time. This final visit was a young woman whose name I do not know, but all I can say is it was not even close to an acceptable experience. It is less than a week later and my polish on my hands is completely chipped and my cuticles were no better when I left than when I walked in. I get my nails done very regularly but I travel so I do not use the same place twice very often. I was here on business and I can honestly say this is the worst place I have ever been to in the country. I had fake on and got them off. I asked her to cut the nail shorter and round the corners but she told me no it's too short, left them longer with sharp edges so they catch on everything. I took my daughter and granddaughter to get their nails done. They both got gel nails. This is where it gets confusing...the total was $105 and where it says tip, I put $20. My bank then showed two transactions of $105. My husband went to crystal nails and they refunded one of them. Then today, two transactions for $125. My husband went to clear it up but what they did was leave both of the $125 plus the $105 and handed him a $20 bill. Now he's going to the bank to try to straighten this out. I only noticed it because they looked dirty and used. Luckily I had someone fetch a new and sterilized set for me. Secondly, I received a manicure but had to return to the shop a day later to get 5 nails re-done because they had chipped. I got the Deluxe pedicure (middle of the road). My big toenail was cut unevenly and callus removal was a joke. He used a pumice stone and then put cream all over my feet to make it look like heel calluses were removed. I got home and had to redo the heels on my own. We made an appointment and we got there and they weren't ready. After we finally got to sit down, they told us we could pick 2 colors. I chose my two colors and the lady told me I could only have one. Okay, so we get settled into our seats and they make us rearrange all over the place. The best part about the experience so far would be that they gave us a baby size free bottle of water. There were no manners. They sat there and texted and to the other reviewer who said, "They don't talk about you in another language," THEY DO! So many Vietnamese words were just spoken about me.
