Hello everyone During my business trip in The city, I stopped by Crystal Nails to get a pedicure and manicure. When I first walked in, I can tell how sterile and clean the salon was, especially during COVID-19. The manager came over and greeted me politely. The staff were very professional and treated me with care. They also provided water and snacks as well. I would greatly recommend Crystal Nails for anyone looking to get amazing care for their nails and overall well being. I hope this business blossoms and people are able to support this business during this time! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I came in, just needing nails removed and a manicure. The young man who did this service was rude, and bizzarly violent with the nail removal. He filed so hard it burned my fingers! I told him multiple times that he was hurting me and he didn't care! Instead of soaking my nails off like a normal person, he chose to apply this product that made the top layer soft. A process that took longer to achieve my goal than doing this service like a real professional. Even an older peer of his told him to soak the nails and he refused. When he FINALLY got the nails off, he filed my natural nails down so thin they split and broke! I bled! It has taken two months for my nail beds to fully heal, and now they're warped and lumpy because of the injury. read more

Always great service at Crystal Nails. I loves their work because simply last longer than other place. read more

Need to work on design skill especially vie. I showed them a picture they said they could do it and completely ruined my nails. Not to mention cut me with the e-file MANY times. read more

Long time customer and will never go back- STAY AWAY!! Went in for pedicure and asked simple question about why Vi (1 of two males there) didn't do exfoliation as was listed to be included in service and have always had before. He proceeded to lecture me about why he didn't do exfoliation for about twenty minutes, continued to grow louder and other customers were laughing and/or getting awkward until the point I just said I wanted to leave from embarrassment and another worker stepped in to offer to finish. He then hovered over us the entire rest of the time, kept trying to take pictures, and had referred to massage as "should I punch you" and even other staff were telling him to be quiet but they seemed scared themselves. Never had an experience like that - be warned! read more

I love Crystal Nails! My nails Have gotten so long and have the best designs thanks to Tina! The entire staff is top Notch! I won't go anywhere else! read more

STOP! I went in yesterday and sat in the blue water for so long that it turned by skin blue. The nail tech scrubbed my skin with the pumice stone to get the blue coloring off my skin , which resulted in cuts and scrapes all over my feet, ankles and legs. Aside from the pain, my pedicure doesn't meet standards. I went in to show the owners my injuries and to let them know what happened so they wouldn't make the same mistake with someone else, and was told that my skin must be sensitive. They wrote down my name so that next time they "could take better care of me." read more

Very disappointed in this salon. I should have known better. Used to go there but got so discouraged with them that I stopped going for a couple years. Found a great girl but she was too busy to get me in before I left on trip. So unfortunately decided to go back to Crystal Nails. They got 3 star rating because the guy who did my gel manicure did a good job. But the guy (young guy with a man bun) did a mediocre pedicure even though I paid for Deluxe pedicure. Came home with rough skin on heels and big toe. Did foot massage with two fingers on top of my foot only. He never touched the bottom of my feet. He barely used brush on bottom of my feet. Had to ask him to cut my toenails. Could have done what he did myself at home. Well learned my lesson. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. EVER!!!!! read more

Went there for a color change, was $35??? The girl cut my fingers multiple times and the application was not consistent so looked patchy.

This is my favorite place. They have so many colors to chose from and always do a great job. I've had hands and feet done here. My favorite is the gel colors because they last much longer than regular polish so I don't have to go in as often. read more

amazing service!!! I've been going for years. Never disappointed. Always prompt. they care a lot about having returning customers

I have been here a few times and always leave extremely happy! They take really great care of their customers and take extra time when needed. They don't nickel and dime for every little thing and don't over charge for their services at all. They are friendly and welcoming and the shop is clean and welcoming. This is my mom and I's new regular place for pedicures. I may even try a manicure soon. read more

Friendly staff, very good at what they do. Definitely would recommend! Today I got acrylic tips and it was my first time in. Will be coming back. read more

Crystal Nails - Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Loveland, Colorado

I never get manicures so I don't have very high expectations. Today I went in and asked for a very simple dip manicure and was highly disappointed. Each nail is a different shape and pretty wonky! Manicurist didn't even start with cleaning up the nails first, just went straight to starting to apply the dip. I kindly went back in 2x to ask to reshape a couple of nails and then finally just went back in to ask for a refund which they did gladly. read more

Worst pedicure ever! She was in a massive rush, I was the last one to be seated, yet I was the first one done by at least 15 minutes. She ran out before was even done! She trimmed my nails so short it hurts when I walk--and she didn't shape them at all! It looks horrible! It'll take months to grow out to look normal again! The nail polish is done so sloppily I redid it once I was home. I cannot caution you enough to avoid this place! As you can see, my left big toenail jacked and completely wrecked. Do NOT let them touch your nails. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! I'm hoping this place gets shut down. read more

Crystal Nails - Crooked, uneven, poorly shaped nails. Polish is atrocious. - Nail Salons Near Me - Loveland, Colorado

Worst set of a acrylic nails ever. Went in to get full set I had a girl named Tina. VERY rough.she kept hitting my cuticles with dremel. she put on acouple of nails crooked.did not file them down good.I had to go to different place to get them filed and fixed. My nails are very sore from her carelessness. Would not reccomend to anyone.a very painful experience. read more

Disgusting and rude. If you want COVID and a shitty manicure go here.. they have the plastic shields up, but they are caked with funk. They do not clean stations between clients. Everything is sticky and funky. A friend or family member of the business sat up front and sneezed the whole time I was in there. Not one person had a mask on. When my last coat of gel polish was done curing, my nail tech said YOU DONE! No wiping my nails, no filing, no lotion, no oil. I've worked as a cosmetologist for 15 years, and that's not how a gel manicure ends nor how any type of salon should be ran sanitation wise, or lack there of. And my nails look like shit. read more

My nails were beautiful. I loved them! I came in a bit skeptical coming from California. But I was very pleased.

This was my 4th or 5th visit. I haven't had the same person twice except for Vincent who did an excellent job the first time and not so great the second time. This final visit was a young woman whose name I do not know, but all I can say is it was not even close to an acceptable experience. I had a pedicure and gel manicure and not in all my years has ANY nail tech finished both in under an hour. It is less than a week later and my polish on my hands is completely chipped and my cuticles were no better when I left than when I walked in. There is more I could add in regards to overall service, but I think I will just stick to how my nails came out, as that is what I came in for. Needless to say I will never return. read more

I get my nails done very regularly but I travel so I do not use the same place twice very often. I was here on business and I can honestly say this is the worst place I have ever been to in the country. I had fake on and got them off. I asked her to cut the nail shorter and round the corners but she told me no it's too short, left them longer with sharp edges so they catch on everything. I got gel and with in 2 HOURS the gel was cracked on the nail. Now 3 days later it looks as if I got my nails done two weeks ago. To top it off very rude and a waste of $45. read more

This is great nail salon. The manager is a great guy, and awesome nail artist. The prices are good, and the place is clean. I took my daughter and granddaughter to get their nails done. They both got gel nails. This is where it gets confusing...the total was $105 and where it says tip, I put $20. My bank then showed two transactions of $105. My husband went to crystal nails and they refunded one of them. Then today, two transactions for $125. My husband went to clear it up but what they did was leave both of the $125 plus the $105 and handed him a $20 bill. Now he's going to the bank to try to straighten this out. Who in their right mind would charge a total of $470 for two young girls to get gel nails? read more

I had an appointment for a pedicure and waited 25 minutes and finally got up and left. Common certify would be to not take an appointment if you can not follow through. read more

I gave them a try because they are close to my house. The pedicure was just okay but the nails were so badly applied I just took off the polish when I got home. She also cut my cuticle to bleeding. And now i have a bunch of hang nails from it too. A waste of $50 for a job i could have done better myself. Very disappointing. I would not go back even if it was free. I hate to give bad reviews but people should know what to expect. I appreciate when people are honest in Yelp. Could be who i had but will not chance it again. She got others to just paint while i dried and I felt bad for those people when i left after seeing my nails. It's too bad. read more

First time here a couple days ago and I'm very pleased! Kenny did my nails. He took the full set of acrylic nails I had off with patience and then did my Shellac. Everyone was very friendly, talkative and joked with me. Especially Kenny. I absolutely recommend it here. My service was $20 so the prices are great too!! I like nail salons where I can voice my opinion about what is being done to my nails since I am PAYING FOR IT and the nail techs definitely allowed me to do so without making me feel like it wasn't my place. read more

This place was very good they took there time and made sure things were clean! The lady that did my mani/pedi was very quite but she was so nice and kept asking me if I liked my nails, very consistent. I paid 70$ for two pedis and one shellac french tip. They offered my husband and I am water. The massage chair was a plus! The only reason why I gave them a 4 star was I had to ask them for a fresh nail filer. I will go there again for sure my husband and I have been to other salons and they charged us 90 for the same thing I paid 70 here! read more

So here's the scoop: I have been a long time customer of another Loveland nail salon and they do a great job but while I was there I met Hy (pronounced He). Hy is the BEST nail tech I have ever had! After more then 25 years of nail techs I would take my advice. Hy is now the proud owner of his own nail salon along with his lovely wife and I would follow him anywhere! read more

We made an appointment and we got there and they weren't ready. After we finally got to sit down, they told us we could pick 2 colors. I chose my two colors and the lady told me I could only have one. Okay, so we get settled into our seats and they make us rearrange all over the place. The best part about the experience so far would be that they gave us a baby size free bottle of water. There were no manners. They sat there and texted and to the other reviewer who said, "They don't talk about you in another language," THEY DO! So many Vietnamese words were just spoken about me. They didn't use clean tools either. Way over priced. The prices that they have on their website are incorrect. Update: you can see in the picture that she made my index finger bleed. Also, for $30 we all didn't get the same service. Ex: I got a hot towel, my sister didn't. read more

Two complaints on this place based on my first (and last) experience here this past Friday. One: the person that did my pedicure (old man) attempted to use nail kit that was not sterilized. I only noticed it because they looked dirty and used. Luckily I had someone fetch a new and sterilized set for me. Secondly, I received a manicure but had to return to the shop a day later to get 5 nails re-done because they had chipped. A day later my nails are still chipped despite waiting for them to dry for 15minutes. For $35 for a mani/pedi- save yourself the agony and go somewhere else. read more

I got the Deluxe pedicure (middle of the road). My big toenail was cut unevenly and callus removal was a joke. He used a pumice stone and then put cream all over my feet to make it look like heel calluses were removed. I got home and had to redo the heels on my own. I don't see the point of a pedicure if I have to work on my own heels. read more

This was my first visit. Since it was a Saturday, I guessed they'd be busy so I made an appointment. So glad I did! They got so many walk-ins and phone calls, their wait time was over an hour. (This was at 2pm). I had a mani/pedi done by Liz. What a sweet girl! Very professional and caring. She took her time and I didn't feel rushed. But I noticed that with all the techs. They really pay attention to their clients. This is now my go-to place for nails. read more
