Good pedicures and overall experience for a very affordable price. We called around 3:15pm to make an appointment for 4pm on a Thursday afternoon. It was not particularly busy and we were taken right at our appointment time. The pedicures included foot soak, nail trim, cuticle maintenance, dry skin and callous removal, moisturizing/massaging of feet and calves, brief hot towel, and polish application. All of that took around a half hour, and then we waited for about twenty minutes while our toes dried. Would recommend as a more casual pedicure experience as it wasn't a particularly fancy spa vibe, but that's not as important to us and did not negatively expect our experience. read more

I walked in today (sign on door says "walk- ins are welcome"), there was a lady drying her nails, no other customers. The man said that he could have his wife do a pedicure, but not a manicure, as I would need to make an appointment for tomorrow. I understand, they may have scheduled appointments coming in? So, I proceeded to get my pedicure from the woman.. She was very rude, asking me why I don't choose a nail salon closer to my home (she asked me where I normally go & I said a salon that was closer to my home) and telling me my nails were very thin and brittle and it would be hard for her to even do a good job... what's weird is I had been there a couple months ago for the first time and she was very friendly and nice talking about things that we both had in common, etc. and never once mentioned how "horrible "my toenails were! I was very offended and grabbed my purse, in the middle of it and walked out! these people obviously do not want your business, unless you have an appointment, then that may be iffy also?? very very rude woman, the guy actually apologized. I typically like to leave good reviews, but I also like to help folks know what they're in for. I walked in for a pedicure at 1:20 pm and was done at 1:45 pm. I would not recommend this place if you want a relaxing pedicure. There was no menu to select what type of pedicure and the polish she used was so thin she had to put on 4 coats! (I'm sure this will chip off in a week or so!) I would only recommend this place if you're in a hurry or desperate. My nails look nice but that's the best I can say about this experience. read more

This shop owned by an older Vietnamese Buddhist couple who commute from Golden, CO except on Sundays is a dishonest enterprise. I bought several pedicures (no polish, I am male) but found the woman could not file the end of my big toe nail down enough to get on 74-year old black support hose on in the store. So I would but them on later, avoiding contact with burrs on the big toe nail. At the time, I thought the price was right at $30. Typically I called from Colorado Springs for an appointment later in Loveland. When the my voice mails were not returned, I expected their leave on vacation to the homeland, but when I visited the shop on May 25, 2024, Saturday, I was surprised to learn the following. There was nothing wrong with their phone or messaging. The woman told me she had too much business. I said, "Do you mean you do not want my business?" She said, "Yes." I said, "Thank you for being honest and not calling me back." The invective was missed by them, but at least two Loveland matrons in the shop heard the exchange. It turns out the reason for not calling me back to save my repeated calls and to save me the time and effort of physically visiting the shop was that I paid their stated price in cash, never with a receipt offered, but I did not tip. Now I am pleased I did not tip them. The same day I found another VN nail shop across the street for $25. When I asked those if a tip was required was required, they said no, only at customer discretion for superlative service. The lesson learned is that honesty is not a requirement for the VN Buddhists at Loveland Nails; in other words, if they claim to be Buddhists, then why don't they start acting it. read more

Every time I've gone to this nail salon: I walk in and there's literally 2 nail techs TOPS, each with a customer. They ask how they can help me, I tell them I need a refill and they respond they're too busy. Well yesterday I went in around 1pm, and was told there'd be a 15 minute wait to which I agreed to do so... and boy do I wish I hadn't. My refill was done by the male tech and were horrible. The acrylic was sloppy and super thick (which I hate), they' were not flush with my cuticle line, the gel polish job was also left to be desired, and worse they charged me an extra FIVE bucks bc my nails are coffin shaped. They weren't even doing the original coffin shape! All they had to do was clean that part up since it was a refill! Ugh. Never again ladies- and you've been warned. read more

I brought my mom and 2 daughters in for manicures today. Bob & Judy did a great job and the prices were very reasonable. This was my 3 and 6 year olds first mani and they really enjoyed it and loved showing off their nails! I will definitely come back here the next time I want a mani/pedi! I love this place. Make sure you make an appointment and keep it. Bob and Judy will give you the best service because they are not trying to hurry to get as many customers in as possible in a short period of time. The "walk-ins welcome" sign is confusing. It boils down to this - if someone is a no-show or cancels at the last minute they will have a time slot but only in that scenario. Always call ahead. Personally I think Bob should take the sign down as it's misleading and potential customers get angry. Bob and his wife are the only people who provide services and they do a wonderful job. I'm so happy with my faux nails and Bob is so attentive and wants his customers to be very happy; just make sure you have an appointment! ;) read more

This is still Loveland Nails. They did not change their name. I have been taking my father here for months now. He finally talked my mother into going. She hates to have people see or touch her feet. Mom LOVED it! Both my parents are older and they both have special needs. They are treated like royalty here. This salon is clean, comfortable, it doesn't smell like a nail salon (which I like because I hate being overwhelmed with toxic fumes), and you couldn't ask for nicer people. I had been going to another nail spa in Centerra for years and was very unhappy with my shellac manicure. In less than a week, the polish was lifting and peeling off my nails. Even after I returned and had them fix two of the nails, the polish was still not staying on. I decided to try Loveland Nails and popped in for a shellac manicure - it was great. My technician started the manicure with having me remove my watch and rings. She soaked my nails in a warm bowl of water before trimming my cuticles. My cuticles look great - she was very careful and detailed and didn't trim too much off. With a shellac polish, the prep and cure times are the most important part, otherwise the polish will lift off (as noted above). My tech was very thorough on making sure my nails were clean and dry before the polish went on and made sure my nails cured under the UV light for the proper time. After the polish was cured, she rubbed my hands and forearms with lotion and wiped them down with a nice warm cloth. It felt great and was a nice extra touch. The salon itself isn't so glamorous - it's pretty basic, but the seven pedicure massage chairs appeared to be newer and in good condition and the nail tables and chairs were in good condition and comfy. The instruments and utensils used were clean and she told me they were disinfected and sanitized. I liked the large flat screen TVs on the walls and the wait time was short. The price was reasonable ($30) and I'm very happy with my nails. The only suggestion I have is that I wish they had more shellac colors to choose from. I'll be back! read more

I have been going to Loveland nails for 2 years. Bob and Judy do excellent work. I get lots of compliments on my nails. The prices are reasonable. Many complaints about not taking walk-ins which they usually can't because they have regulars WITH APPOINTMENTS all day long. If you come in as a walk-in and they don't have an appointment coming in, they will take you. Their regulars come first. Come in and make an appointment and then see what you think of their work. I usually get pedicures at Loveland Nails. Such a treat. They do a great job on my feet and it's so relaxing. My french pedi looks great for a long time and that's really important to me. Occasionally I'll get a mani and they've look great. A couple times I actually grew my fingernails out a little and got them shellacked. It lasted a long time also.
