Do not waste your time or money. I've been coming here for a while and had Gel X, not even a day later they broke off and I had to come in to get it fixed. While getting it fixed the guy told me that gel x doesn't work for long nails, which is fine I will do acrylic but why did you provide a rebase with builder gel knowing it will break off? (I was new to gel x and didn't know much about it) Today was my last straw, from the jump they were trying to get me to get a new set because my acrylic nails were "old" when they weren't at all. I am full cosmetology so I know everything about nails, hair, ect. Tina was extremely rude and my acrylic nails were way too thin. I told her multiple times and she didn't make them thick enough, I am a hairstylist so I need them to be strong and long lasting. I was furious when it came to check out and she didn't even know my name because she didn't talk to me once. So yeah I didn't tip and she was upset and asked if everything was okay. My toe nails are literally crooked and he cut and filed my toes so short and he kept filing them throughout the pedicure and there was nothing there! It was just hurting my toes and then he's cutting my cuticles, there's nothing there but he's still trying to pick at my skin and made me bleed. And I told him there's nothing there that's just hurting and he kept going saying I have something there. I get pedicures very regularly I take care of my feet. Please I HIGHLY recommend to not go here unless you want to waste your time and money.I specifically told the nail tech I wanted stiletto, I saw she was making them short and chunky thinking she would fix them with the nail file, but I was wrong. She didn't even cut my cuticle before.I stood up for myself because the shape was terrible, as well as the quality.I wanted to leave and they told me to pay and come back to get them fixed. From how awful it was I didn't want anyone to touch my nails anymore. They offered to take them off and I said okay. I said thank you as I was leaving, and the lady stopped me and said I had to pay. There are few times where I am treated with ultimate customer service that goes so above and beyond it deserves a gold star! TODAY was THAT day!!! I had exactly 20 minutes to spare today and figured I wouldn't have time for a gel manicure and requested for a regular mani just to clean up my nails and cuticles. Well, JEN was phenomenal and assured me that she can get me a great gel mani in under 20 minutes. I told her I didn't want to inconvenience her and she insisted she was capable. She completely delivered!!! I am so impressed at how careful and detail oriented she was with my gel mani and all within 16 minutes time. She did an awesome job accommodating me and my tight schedule. I look forward in coming back for a less hurried spa experience. It's been hit or miss. Been going here for about a year now. Cherry is amazing; she always does a great job. I have seen other technicians if I can't get in with cherry, and sometimes my nails look fantastic. Exactly what I asked for. But when they're bad, they're really bad. One time the technician ground my real nails down to the point of bleeding . Nails chip or pop off within days of them being done. I'm going to try another place out, after today (see photos), sadly. To be fair they did say that I could come back to have the nails from today fixed, and when they ground my nails down they gave me 10% off. But just don't have the time to go back today, and the fact that this keeps happening has me bummed. It's convenient to where I live, but I just can't find consistency when I go. The staff is friendly, and it's a nice salon. I wish it had worked out for me. read more

First time I went was not satisfied polished ran. Second time I went was a good experience nails lasted. Third time I went left in tears did not get the service I wanted paid more than I should have. My nail tech (who was obviously frustrated that I wouldn't just find a color) randomly picked a color and started putting it on my nails. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE TODAY. My young adult daughter & I came to celebrate her getting a new job. But I ended up having to leave my daughter inside to finish getting hers done & went outside to wait in the car and cry after the lady at table 8 yelled at me. She didnt understand what i asked her for 3 times & apparently the pic I showed her didn't help her either. I didnt bother sitting in there after this embarrassing misunderstanding. So when I came back in to pay, the manager apologized & offered me $5. He said "she was having some family problems... Blah blah". Seriously wtf. I'm having some serious life issues too but you don't see me taking it out on random people I don't even know, especially in my place of business. What a way to add insult to injury from the manager as well. And to top it all off my daughter wasn't happy with her nails. They're not filed right, they're crooked & uneven in some spots. I was looking forward to getting my nails done here. My mom made me and my sisters appointments for Mother's Day weekend. We thought it would be a great place to get our mani and pedis, as they served champagne for purchase. To begin, we were never offered any beverages. We had to ask. The deluxe mani and pedicure combo felt completely rushed. For the price, my nails do not look like they were done professionally and they didn't clean the edges. I am very disappointed with the customer service. Also, the man who was ringing us up, tried to overcharge us. He had a headset and appeared to be the owner or manager. When we confronted him and told him that our services did not total up to $1,000, he brushed it off as if he was joking. I asked for a combo service for myself and my niece, since it was cheaper as a combo on their service menu instead of separate services. The technician tried to bill for a higher price as separate services, and I said I wouldn't pay the higher price. I asked how the total cost was arrived at, and she couldn't really explain. They just picked a random number and tried to put it on my card. Then she finally came up with a reason, which was that they were charging everything as separate services, instead of the discounted combo. The manager argued with me for thirty minutes about their prices, and how I don't understand their service menu. She even told me to go ask all the other customers, total strangers, what "combo" means, even though English is clearly not her strong suit. Her assertion was that "combo" doesn't mean bundled services, but just multiple services and so she can bill it that way. She went on to demand why I didn't ask for clarification when I asked her for the combo...um, because I'm expecting the merchant to clearly list their services and prices... And "combo" was listed as a Mani-Pedi bundled service for $63 instead of $80 for each separately. I asked her to show me in writing where it said on the service list that by requesting the combo, I'd be billed anyway for the higher, individual prices. She couldn't, and then went back to how I just don't understand, and it's obvious to everyone else that this is how it's done. I refused again to pay her the higher price for misleading me. She then told me I needed to pay the higher price because this is a luxury nail service. It's average, trust me. I've paid less for a better manicure with free champagne and free chocolate, with much nicer people I might add, at the Four Seasons. She instructed a fellow technician to charge my card without my permission for the higher price, and I had to physically snatch my card back. She even threatened to force us to have the polish removed or she'd accuse us of stealing for not paying the higher price she wanted. She talked over me, was extremely unprofessional, and when she couldn't get me to agree to pay more, she started ignoring me and demanding money from my niece, trying to intimidate her. I'm going full Karen and reporting this place to the Loveland Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau. Don't waste your time. This place is garbage, and I think they're relying on the language barrier and confusion to get more money than what it's worth. read more

First impressions mean a lot! Called and made an appointment for 2 pedicures and a manicure. Arrived on time and checked in. A few employees made eye contact but no one greeted us which was fine I understand them being busy. However, another person walked in after we had been sitting and waiting for 5 mins and she was greeted right away and asked what services she wanted. I then stood up and told the male tech that greeted her that we had an appointment and have been waiting. He said ok. So I asked are we supposed to just walk back now and he said rudely to pick a color. That is not the way to treat any customer. If you care about a relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff do not come here. read more

I have gotten 2 full sets of acrylics here, and both times I was not impressed. the lady shaped them well both times and the color was stunning, but both sets popped off after a week of use. acrylics are supposed to last 2-3 weeks, and mine fell off after seven days. Super disappointed with my last visit here- decided to try the nail dipping for the first time at the recommendation of a friend. To start, the man doing it seemed to have no idea what he was doing- maybe in training? He filed my nails way too short and made a couple of my cuticles bleed. Here's the part that I'm most upset about: I paid 55 dollars for this, plus I tipped well. They looked amazing when I left the shop. I really wanted to like this place the location is awesome and it's pretty cute when you walk in. However, it looked like they were using the same tools on everyone - she swished the callous remover around in my pedi water to clean it and set it back down to use for the next person. Same files, clippers and buffers in a basket with several.... No cleaning soaks etc. Not sure what protocols are but I could tell it wasn't up to par. I've honestly never seen that in real life and wasn't going to write a review but it's just been on my mind since. She kept setting things down on the floor like the cups with the exfoliating scrubs before she used them on us. Three of us had scheduled these appointments for pedicures a month in advance. We were very much looking forward to having pedicures and drinks while relaxing and enjoying each other's company. We do our girl's nights once a month. Walking in, the place looks great! There's even a little drink menu with drink selections on a bar shelf on the wall. Cool! We are in the right place! We weren't greeted, we had to tell someone that we had appointments. We decided to look for our colors while we stood there waiting. We were finally seated but left alone for a full 30 minutes before anybody came to fill our foot baths (two out of three) - I know this because my massage chair's 30 minute cycle ended just beforehand. We had to ask if we could order drinks which seemed like an inconvenience. Finally my two friends had their techs come to start their pedicures while I waited another ten minutes before anyone came to me. She handed me the menu and pointed and I chose my basic choice 1 pedicure as did one of my girlfriends, while the other chose the next level up. My full pedicure was completed before either of my friend's and the tech left without saying a single word to me. All she did was rinse my feet off with water, very barely filed a few nails, and then painted. That was it! I could have done this at home. So I sat there chatting with my girlfriends as they finished up their treatments. I cycled my massage chair again and while chatting my wine glass fell onto the floor due to the chair's vibration. I was very quickly scolded by one of the nail techs who left his manicure customer to walk over to me and rudely tell me "that is why I put it there!" pointing to the bowl that's placed inside the large cup holder. I responded "that's where it was, I didn't knock it over, it was the chair vibrating" to which he scoffed at me and walked away. Nobody came to clean the glass or the drink and fruit that was now on the floor. Nobody asked me if I wanted another drink. Nothing. I sit for another 15 minutes or so while waiting for one friend to complete her lovely treatment. And now I'm drink-less too. Finally it's time to leave and I start to get out of my chair when another tech comes over to me to put flip flops on me so I don't cut myself. Thankfully! We walked to the front and sat ourselves down at the dryer station. The lights didn't work so we only had a fan. Oh well, just the final thing on our list of reasons we won't be back. Deciding it was time to leave we went to the front desk to check out. Honestly, we probably could have walked out the door without being noticed because none of them seem to care about their customers or business. We paid, we left, we will not be back. I got my nails done here 3 months ago and my nails are still recovering. I had gel on when I went in and obviously had to get it taken off. Rather than just doing the regular soak and scrap off, the man who did my nails used the electric file/buffer and made my nails so thin and fragile they have been breaking since. You can see the indentation of where he buffed them down so much compared to my newly grown in nail at the bottom that is much thicker and healthier. I knew I should have said something as he was doing it, but I thought I could trust he knew what he was doing. It was way over priced and my nails are still paying for it since.
