Came to this location two weeks ago with my husband. I needed a rebase and he got a manicure. They said they could get us in right away so they sat us. We sat in the chairs and waited 45 minutes until they started. The entire process took about two hours. I returned today, thinking it may have been a one off day and they were busy. I arrived on Friday at 10. I requested a pedicure and a rebase. They sat me in the pedicure chair, where I waited an hour just letting my feet soak in water until someone finally came by. The pedicure was fine, not great not terrible. I then wanted french tips on my nails, we talked about doing a pink color underneath to make it look natural. These are probably the worst french tips I've ever gotten. No pink in sight, definitely tan. My fingers are incredibly messy, I have acrylic all over my skin and under my nails. I most likely will not be returning after this. So frustrating because I payed over $150 for these two services and was very disappointed. read more

Friday 9/25: 8 of my 10 fingers had my cuticles absolutely massacred, to the point where multiple fingers were bleeding while she did her service. She did not open any new tools for my hands or take any tools out of a solution that they were soaking in to be cleaned. Super unsanitary, I hope she threw away the buffer block and Dremel tips she used on me as my fingers bled on them. There were no cosmetology licenses to be seen at any of the stations. This seems super sketchy and I wouldn't trust this place with my health. Overall super poor experience and honestly the worst mani pedi I've ever received, my fingers look horrible in photos and I'm attending a wedding Monday. Can't believe I was charged $112. I would urge everyone to save their money and go elsewhere. UPDATE Sunday 9/27: I'm including a photo of the gel layer that peeled off one of my nails. The gel layer underneath is not fully dry in that when I touch the layer you can see the imprint of my finger print on it. In case no one knows this is how you develop an acrylate allergy, which can affect your ability to not only get this service done in the future. But affect future medical and dental services that use acrylate bonds. I'm 8 months pregnant and I have decided to remove this manicure I spent $112.20 on. I hope this ignites some corrective action at this salon and results in a full refund for the poor service and danger to my health. read more

When I first entered the Nail Bar I noticed how clean it was. And the atmosphere was very comforting. I had made an appointment to get my acrylic nails filled in (re-base) as well as a full face wax at 4:00. I chose the first person available. My nails and wax were done by Von. She was running a tad late but it wasn't enough to bother me. She did a spectacular job! She did everything I asked for. She did my nails exactly as I wanted. She spoke very good English. She understood everything I asked to have done. She also did my full face wax. She was very talkative throughout the whole encounter. Which I really appreciated. There was no awkwardness. I had come from getting my nails done with someone who didn't speak a word to me. And I'm a talker. I made an appointment for two weeks from that day. I typically love this place since I live nearby and come here often, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. My sister and I had a 2:45 appointment on Sunday for pedicures (which cost over $100 per pedicure). We were seated right away, but then waited about 20 minutes before anyone even started on me. What's worse, no one attended to my sister until an entire hour after our appointment time. By then, both of our foot baths had gone completely cold. Unfortunately, it didn't end there. The next day (Monday), my toes started hurting, they were swollen, red, and oozing. Tuesday (today) I had to go to urgent care and pay $165 for antibiotics. My friend and I spent over $200 to get luxury pedi's which were really nice. However, we got them on Sunday and it is now Wednesday and both our nail polish is chipping off. My pinky toe nail polish was the first to go on Monday and today while I was putting on my shorts, more nail polish came off the whole toe. It's very frustrating getting $40 pedicures that the nail polish last months on while spending over $100 on just mine to not last even three days.. What I will say is the pedicures were absolutely amazing. The nail techs were very kind and welcoming. They say they offer drinks, but neither of us were asked if we would like a drink. And I didn't know that they offered complementary drinks until after the visit when I saw a sign. I would rate them two stars for the overall issues we had and are having with our nail polish not lasting but giving them three stars because they were so kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, the pedicure experience was not worth the hassle this has become of needing touch up polish, and spending that much money for something that just isn't lasting. I would've thought it to be my issue that my toenails polish were falling off, but the same thing is happening with my friend so that is no coincidence. I'd like to change my review to one star for the fact that my toe is extremely infected that started on Wednesday / Thursday. read more

So...I usually do my own toes and fingers, today I decided to go to D'OR, I loved the pedicure message, not gonna complain about that but...I just needed my fingernails shaped and painted. I'm going on vacation and didn't wanna deal with doing it myself, mistake, big mistake my toes look like a child painted them and my fingernails were trashed immediately. I spent almost 2 hours there and don't have the time to go back. I ended up doing my own fingernails with the exact same stuff they were using and they look great. He didn't put a dry top coat, I sat there for 20 mins with a tiny fan drying them and hours later they still were so painted that they still hadn't dried.
