I had never been before, so I didn't know their procedures, and was not given any guidance except where to sit. I was not told to pick my nail color from the display at the front, so I was asked what color I wanted, I had to walk across the floor barefoot to pick a color. When I decided to add a manicure, I felt so rushed that I had her pick the color. I was not offered anything to drink, i found out later that was a benefit they provide. I was not told, or offered any guidance how to use the massage chairs. When I went to pay, I was not told there was a charge for using a credit card, I would have paid cash. I only realized it when I was inserting my card. I asked to have the charge void, and was told NO the charge had already gone thru. When I got home a needed to trim 2 nails. I believe that was because of her time constraints. Bottom line: this should be a relaxing experience. I felt I was in a factory, there was nothing personal, all business.

I don't want to even talk about how David used his own ungloved fingernail to STAB at my cuticles and when I said 'hey that hurts could you use a tool or put on a glove" he said "you have a lot of skin" and just kept stabbing away with his own fingernail. We all showed up on time, and it seemed as though the nail salon had many other people make appointments at the same time as us, so after waiting an entire hour past the time, 3 of us were started-- one person with gel and the two with dip. 40 minutes before they closed, 1.25 hours into sitting around, and hadn't even begun on my acrylic refill, and we were notified only ONE staff could do design since everyone else was booked out. Incredibly disappointing, and clearly not coordinated. Nobody spoke to us, ignored us and grabbed others that came in after us and after our appointment slot and took care of them first. Had someone come to call only one of us back at 4:30, which would not have left enough time to get either of us done. Seems as though they have 2 good people who were booked out by others, but did not consider the large group that we'd called about a week ago. Vibes: The space was cute and professional-looking, which did not match the business practice whatsoever. I love supporting small businesses and I'm happy to see success, but the customer experience is overlooked. We were treated as if we were walk-ins without an appointment.
