My toe was hurt when she was filing my toenails. When I jumped because it hurt she said she didn't do anything. ImShe didn't remove the gel correctly and used an electric filed instead. My toe is still red and the polish is too thick. I will not go back. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for the past three years. I had a horrible experience about a year ago with one of the nail tech but decided to stick it out for the great pedicures. Today was the day that I learned if you have gel on your toes, they will change you $20 fee to take it off. Mind you I've come in here before with gel on my toes and was never told this. I'll preface this with the fact that I've had maybe five manicures total in my life. This one was the most superb of all five! My friend had a gift card that was set to expire, and it had enough on it to treat the both of us to the deluxe manicures. We put on our masks and headed inside where they directed us (through plexiglass) to fill out paperwork listing if we had experienced any COVID symptoms or contact with any symptomatic people, then sent to the back to wash our hands. After choosing our colors, we sat down in the cushy, freshly sanitized roller chairs six feet apart. The nail specialists (who were also sitting behind plexiglass with a gap for our hands underneath) were using tools that were in a sealed and sterile bag. After clipping my nails into squared-off ovals, I was treated with a luxurious cuticle soak and trim, forearm and hand massage, and a beautiful manicure which I changed halfway through after deciding I wanted a separate color for my ring fingers. The nail specialist helping me was very gracious about the change, and she did a fantastic job! If I do decide to get another manicure in the future, this place will be my go-to! read more

I have been there several times now and generally have raving reviews. The salon is clean and very nice. State of the art chairs and lash beds. Great system for checking in and out. Super friendly management who walked around asking everyone if their time there was worthwhile. Out of the 10 times or so I have had 8 extraordinary visits and two that were just OK. One of the "Meh" visits was when the nail tech didn't say a word to me and didn't try to enage. The other was today and the tech cut my toe and made it bleed. She kept trying to hide the blood from me and kept asking me to put my foot in the water to wash the blood away. She barely apologized for cutting me, and when I told her it hurt when she put alcohol on the cut there was a hint of an eye roll. For such an amazing salon, I would give a little more guidance on the customer experience from the nail techs...especially when you make a mistake. I came in for a full set French tip with chrome on top. Kathy was my nail tech, and took over an hour to even get to laying down the acrylic, she cut my cuticles in multiple places with the electric nail file and one cut under my natural nail with a manual nail file. The actual full-set itself is so bad, it is very thick acrylic that tucks under the bottom of the nails, and the polish was supposed to be a medium thickness French tip, but instead looks like I have half white half pink nails. The only thing that I can give the location itself is that it is very clean, and Kathy was very sweet but unfortunately that can not make up for the results. read more

I went in to get a rebase on my nails on a Sunday. Once I set down and showed the tech what design I wanted the tech got up and left, then assigned me a different tech. When the new young lady sat down in front of me her and two other techs discussed how to do the design for a half hour before even starting to work on my nail. Once she did started it took her three hour to complete my rebase. I was charged $110. Two days later my nails are chipping and breaking. I went in to have them repaired the mess they made and was told I would have to pay another $10 to $15. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. I had a favorite place for acrylic nails with gel along with gel on my toe nails, back in southern California. I live in Loveland now and tried one nail place here that I didn't want to go back to. (That owner had me soaking my fingertips in solvent or whatever she used to get my acrylics off before doing dipping. My finger tips ended up painfully dry with cracks) Yelp reviews made Foco sound like my best option. I called today, on Monday 1-8-2018, and got appointments for this afternoon. Cathy took her time to make my acrylic fills just right before she very carefully applied layers of gel. I was amazed at how careful she was and how she took her time to do an excellent job. I've never experienced that kind of service before. She did a perfect job. She listened to me and made my finger nails exactly how I wanted them; short and oval. Flawless! Sreyneth, Cathy's daughter in law, did my toe nails, then. She was just like Cathy, taking her time to do an excellent job. She had to remove the gel first before redoing it with the same color Cathy used. Once again, I'm extremely happy with the results. I did pay more than I used to in Foothill Ranch, California but it is so worth it. Instead of being in and out for both in about 1 hour and 30 minutes, it was more like 2 hours and 20 minutes. I believe the pedicure with gel was $45 and the gel/acrylic manicure was $40. It was worth every penny! I'm so glad to have new ladies I can rely on for a great experience. read more

They're just waiting to break!!!) I Yelped "nail salons" and came up with Foco Nails. Ok. If I lived here, I'd be at Foco Nails for mani, pedi, and eye lash service. Jasmine was understanding of my problem, fixed the hurting nail (is now sturdy and feels great), built them into a pleasing and even dome, and is efficient and organized. Great great job. I don't get my nails done often, this was a splurge to do a trial for my wedding. I called to make an appointment over a week out, and asked for someone who was experienced in ombre dip nails. They assured me they could take care of it. Got there and they sat me with someone and I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She seemed confident and said she could do it. Obviously it is not her expertise. She had to redo it so many times the nails are incredibly thick. They don't look good at all, they are filed crooked, they just look gross honestly. My nails were in horrible shape, and FoCo nails was able to fit me in to their last open slot the next day (Sunday). The salon seemed busy and my tech was very sweet. Unlike other salons I've been to, the dip manicure was very no frills, and I was a bit disappointed to miss out on the massage I'm used to. But my nails looked much better, so I got over it fairly quickly. 4 days later, my nails have already chipped and have visible cracking. Every other dip manicure I've ever gotten has lasted at least 3 weeks, so I'm a bit annoyed that I'll have to spend another $45 so soon.
