I have been there several times now and generally have raving reviews. The salon is clean and very nice. State of the art chairs and lash beds. Great system for checking in and out. Super friendly management who walked around asking everyone if their time there was worthwhile. Out of the 10 times or so I have had 8 extraordinary visits and two that were just OK. One of the "Meh" visits was when the nail tech didn't say a word to me and didn't try to enage. The other was today and the tech cut my toe and made it bleed. She kept trying to hide the blood from me and kept asking me to put my foot in the water to wash the blood away. She barely apologized for cutting me, and when I told her it hurt when she put alcohol on the cut there was a hint of an eye roll. For such an amazing salon, I would give a little more guidance on the customer experience from the nail techs...especially when you make a mistake. The sincerity of the apology can really make all the difference. read more

The workers are rude and after discussing with them that I didn't feel comfortable with their safety measurements, they laughed and said it's fine. Wouldn't recommend this nail salon for this reason alone. The actual lady who did my pedicure did great overall. read more

Stopped by for 2 pedicures on a Monday morning for me and my daughter and was able to get in right away. Nice color selection (some colors are a $5 upgrade) and a clean, comfortable space. The service for the nails was great, the massage was nothing special. $100 for 2 basic pedicures. read more

My toe was hurt when she was filing my toenails. When I jumped because it hurt she said she didn't do anything. ImShe didn't remove the gel correctly and used an electric filed instead. My toe is still red and the polish is too thick. I will not go back. read more

The quality of work was poorly done. I could have done my nail polished at home. Kathy was pretty lazy, didn't trim my nails nor clean it before applying the nail polished. She used the pusher and touched my nails without actually accomplishing anything. I just don't get it. For sure, I'm not coming back. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for the past three years. I had a horrible experience about a year ago with one of the nail tech but decided to stick it out for the great pedicures. Today was the day that I learned if you have gel on your toes, they will change you $20 fee to take it off. Mind you I've come in here before with gel on my toes and was never told this. That is absolutely ridiculous and a complete rip off. Most places do charge a fee, but not $20!!! read more

Don't understand the positive reviews. Was taken in by them but my actual experience was very negative. Asked for specific handling of my arthritic foot issues and was told by the lady doing my nails: "I am very experienced and I don't need to be told what to do." Wow ‍ read more

I'll preface this with the fact that I've had maybe five manicures total in my life. This one was the most superb of all five! My friend had a gift card that was set to expire, and it had enough on it to treat the both of us to the deluxe manicures. We put on our masks and headed inside where they directed us (through plexiglass) to fill out paperwork listing if we had experienced any COVID symptoms or contact with any symptomatic people, then sent to the back to wash our hands. After choosing our colors, we sat down in the cushy, freshly sanitized roller chairs six feet apart. The nail specialists (who were also sitting behind plexiglass with a gap for our hands underneath) were using tools that were in a sealed and sterile bag. After clipping my nails into squared-off ovals, I was treated with a luxurious cuticle soak and trim, forearm and hand massage, and a beautiful manicure which I changed halfway through after deciding I wanted a separate color for my ring fingers. The nail specialist helping me was very gracious about the change, and she did a fantastic job! If I do decide to get another manicure in the future, this place will be my go-to! read more

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! I booked a basic manicure and my technician was Jasmine. Walking in the people were so kind and the place was very clean and organized! They were very timely which was great! Nice music as well. Very calming environment. Jasmine was so lovely and easy to talk to! I have always been anxious when it came to cuticle work because I've had bad experiences but this was the best one I've had! No cuts and no pain! She was such a perfectionist which I appreciated. The color selection was great! I went with one of the infamous OPI red colors. Had an amazing experience, extremely happy with the service, and loving my nails!!! Highly recommend! read more

My daughter and I came in for pedis. It was a girl's getaway so we needed some pampering. This was a fabulous stop. We both had wonderful techs. Our toes are still beautiful a week later. The salon is well lit and clean. There is a great selection for gel nails. Always get gel on the toes, it lasts! There is plenty of parking. I highly recommend making an appointment as they are quite busy. Plan ahead. read more

Kath did a horrible job on my regular mani and pedi!! Not only did she cut me on 4 fingers and 1 toe, but her paint job was absolutely horrible- look at this. I don't know if she can't see of what her deal was, but I'm super pissed. $55 plus tip and it was a total waste of money. The only positive to this place was its super clean inside. I won't be back - another Fort Collins place that can't give a decent manicure!! read more

I came in for a full set French tip with chrome on top. Kathy was my nail tech, and took over an hour to even get to laying down the acrylic, she cut my cuticles in multiple places with the electric nail file and one cut under my natural nail with a manual nail file. The actual full-set itself is so bad, it is very thick acrylic that tucks under the bottom of the nails, and the polish was supposed to be a medium thickness French tip, but instead looks like I have half white half pink nails. The only thing that I can give the location itself is that it is very clean, and Kathy was very sweet but unfortunately that can not make up for the results. read more

The nail tech was not the friendliest and didn't make me feel comfortable and argued about my nail length with me... also had a full set and shellac and it peeled within two days and I have never had issues with shellac ever. The nail shape, the atmosphere, the service, the job done was by far from ideal and very disappointed. It says something when the sign at their stations say they don't fix nail police after 24 hours. Will not be back. read more

This is my favorite place to get my nails done! I love that they don't accept walk-ins or try to up-sell services. It makes the experience so relaxing and enjoyable. The prices are reasonable too! I went in to get a rebase on my nails on a Sunday. Once I set down and showed the tech what design I wanted the tech got up and left, then assigned me a different tech. When the new young lady sat down in front of me her and two other techs discussed how to do the design for a half hour before even starting to work on my nail. Once she did started it took her three hour to complete my rebase. I was charged $110. Two days later my nails are chipping and breaking. I went in to have them repaired the mess they made and was told I would have to pay another $10 to $15. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. I would not recommend this nail solon to any one. I give this place zero stars. read more

When I walked into Foco Nails it was with the worst nail job I've ever had. Cathy and I talked about what to do, try to fix what was there or to start fresh. She proceeded to carefully remove the mess that was on my fingernails and then applied a beautiful set of dip powder nails. I'm a Foco Nails girl now, no more wasting time and money at other salons. read more

I had a favorite place for acrylic nails with gel along with gel on my toe nails, back in southern California. I live in Loveland now and tried one nail place here that I didn't want to go back to. (That owner had me soaking my fingertips in solvent or whatever she used to get my acrylics off before doing dipping. My finger tips ended up painfully dry with cracks) Yelp reviews made Foco sound like my best option. I called today, on Monday 1-8-2018, and got appointments for this afternoon. Cathy took her time to make my acrylic fills just right before she very carefully applied layers of gel. I was amazed at how careful she was and how she took her time to do an excellent job. I've never experienced that kind of service before. She did a perfect job. She listened to me and made my finger nails exactly how I wanted them; short and oval. Flawless! Sreyneth, Cathy's daughter in law, did my toe nails, then. She was just like Cathy, taking her time to do an excellent job. She had to remove the gel first before redoing it with the same color Cathy used. Once again, I'm extremely happy with the results. I did pay more than I used to in Foothill Ranch, California but it is so worth it. Instead of being in and out for both in about 1 hour and 30 minutes, it was more like 2 hours and 20 minutes. I believe the pedicure with gel was $45 and the gel/acrylic manicure was $40. It was worth every penny! I'm so glad to have new ladies I can rely on for a great experience. read more

This place has the best ratings in Fort Collins so I thought I would check them out. It was my first time and I made an appointment. Upon walking in I was greeted by name from one of the employees. From then on I was treated so well. The basic pedicure was great. But the ombré dIp manicure was amazing. The pictures barely due them justice. Jasmine was very detailed oriented. Once agin I land in Fort Collins with a nail disaster brewing - broke one below the quick (ouch) and very unhappy with my previous nail tech. (Who puts nails on with a dip in the center? They're just waiting to break!!!) I Yelped "nail salons" and came up with Foco Nails. Ok. If I lived here, I'd be at Foco Nails for mani, pedi, and eye lash service. Jasmine was understanding of my problem, fixed the hurting nail (is now sturdy and feels great), built them into a pleasing and even dome, and is efficient and organized. Great great job. So happy I could have hugged her. Can I give her 6 stars? Plus, the place is cute, cute, cute. read more

Had my nails done on Tuesday . It is now Friday and the gel is peeling off. Do not get nails done at this place.

I don't get my nails done often, this was a splurge to do a trial for my wedding. I called to make an appointment over a week out, and asked for someone who was experienced in ombre dip nails. They assured me they could take care of it. Got there and they sat me with someone and I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She seemed confident and said she could do it. Obviously it is not her expertise. She had to redo it so many times the nails are incredibly thick. They don't look good at all, they are filed crooked, they just look gross honestly. It took almost 2 hours and for the trouble of not getting the right look, I got $5 off. Here I am $70 later with nails I want to take off. read more

My husband, daughter and I had a very nice pedicure. It was so relaxing and did not feel rushed. I especially liked how long they kept our heels in the softening gel. The gel was put on our heels before they painted our toes. They left the gel sit until our polish was dry. My feet felt like baby feet. My heels so soft. The owner has been in the nail business 20 years she told us. I would highly recommend this salon read more

I am AMAZED! I got my nails done the first week of November and it is now a month later. My nails haven't come off and none of them even feel loose which is crazy! $5 up charge to buff my fingernails instead of polish them??? I don't think so. No way!

My nails were in horrible shape, and FoCo nails was able to fit me in to their last open slot the next day (Sunday). The salon seemed busy and my tech was very sweet. Unlike other salons I've been to, the dip manicure was very no frills, and I was a bit disappointed to miss out on the massage I'm used to. But my nails looked much better, so I got over it fairly quickly. 4 days later, my nails have already chipped and have visible cracking. Every other dip manicure I've ever gotten has lasted at least 3 weeks, so I'm a bit annoyed that I'll have to spend another $45 so soon. I may give them another shot at some point, but for now my search for a go-to nail salon will continue read more

I was so nervous about finding a new nail salon after moving to Fort Collins a few weeks ago. This was the first place I tried after seeing it while I picking up food in the same shopping complex. I had one of the best pedicures I've had in years! The technician was very thorough and gentle. I was one of the last clients of the day so they were starting to sanitize and clean and I witnessed an equally thorough and detailed cleaning, literally every surface was cleaned and I was very impressed with the process I witnessed.
