He filed so hard it burned my fingers! I told him multiple times that he was hurting me and he didn't care! Instead of soaking my nails off like a normal person, he chose to apply this product that made the top layer soft. A process that took longer to achieve my goal than doing this service like a real professional. Even an older peer of his told him to soak the nails and he refused. When he FINALLY got the nails off, he filed my natural nails down so thin they split and broke! I bled! It has taken two months for my nail beds to fully heal, and now they're warped and lumpy because of the injury.

When she was doing that she ends up cutting two of my toes and make me start bleeding, she didn't apologize or anything even tho I jolted back pretty hard because it hurt quite a lot. After that she tried to change the color after I told her I liked the color I had or brighter. She went darker so I asked her to do the brighter color that was already on my toes, so overall I wouldn't recommend this business because they were very rough and don't do what you ask.
