They got me in right away when I called when though it was an hour until closing and dip usually takes an hour and a half, and even stayed past their closing to finish my nails while taking in new customers. I got a pedicure and my nails looked great, massage was amazing, no complaints there what so ever! I felt respected by the technicians and had pleasant conversation! One of the employees who worked at the front desk spoke Spanish as a resource to Spanish speaking customers and I thought this was such a wonderful aspect of the salon due to the demographics of the area. On the door they had a sign posted that said only 5 customers would be allowed in the salon at once due to COVID-19 and that appointments were required to limit the amount of people (and I would assume to also save time for sanitation). There were more than five people at times in the salon and many people came to the salon for walk in appointments. 2 technicians were not wearing masks while walking around the salon, and many of the technicians were not wearing their masks over their nose/correctly. I was in the salon for about 45 minutes and not once did I see any sanitation procedures. Women left and were replaced by new guests and sat in chairs that had not been sanitized. I understand that getting a pedicure was not necessary but with the Covid policies they advertised I felt comfortable with the idea. Once I was already sitting and my technician was working on my pedicure is when I realized that all of their "policies" were not being enforced and I felt very uncomfortable. COVID policies are certainly tedious and confusing, but it is imperative that if places are going to remain open during a pandemic, safety procedures are properly implemented. read more

This wasn't the worst mani pedi I've gotten and the employees are super nice. I got a dip manicure and a regular pedicure. A couple concerns: the colors were supposed to match and my fingers are a pale blush pink and my toes are a vibrant coral color. My toes also came out pretty sloppy. The edges don't have any paint on them and from far away they look fine but it's pretty rough up close. I went back in to get them fixed and they honestly look better but in the picture you can tell they're still really not that great. My fingernails look amazing just not the color I wanted :( Probably won't return. read more

I had on off feeling about things when they were setting up the water and getting his tools. But I trusted them to be professional and uphold health standards. I was dead wrong to have trusted them. Friendly staff and did an okay job on my pedicure. My manicure is a much different story. It looks horrible and isn't the design I asked for. I wanted all solid color except one nail with glitter. She put glitter on all nails. Towards the end she rushed everything and the final clear top coat was put on too thick and not put in evenly on the nails. I had an appointment to get to so I wasn't able to have it corrected while I was there. As the clear coat dried it looks all wrinkled. This salon has the calcium dry powder to dip your nails in; after taking off my acrylics, I needed a little extra strength for my shellac manicure. I have tried other places in town and always had the worst experience. Either they don't do as I ask or do and give about 60 % effort. I found out about this place and never thought twice. I'm never one to make appointments, but even when they're busy they welcome everyone. They always offer water or tea and a message from chairs well you're waiting. I have recommended friends and family to start going. Some have no feelings in their hands and feet walking in. After a treatment to both they can get some feelings back. As time progressed we added more treatments and visits. We've tried the hot stone treatment, the parrifan treatment. Both have helped with the wellness and care of their hands and feet. I had recently had gone and my day hadn't been the greatest. The whole place was calm and relaxing. They started with my toes and then my hands. They asked me questions throughout my stay if I liked what they were doing. When everything was done they had given me a small gift as a thank you for coming in. I'm so disappointed to have to write this review because I've never written a bad review in my life, but this experience has been bothering me since I had it done. I'd give it negative stars if I could. Yesterday, my roommate and I decided to spoil ourselves and get our nails and toes done. I even went a step further and got my eyebrows waxed. I did some research beforehand and picked eden because it looked so promising and the reviews seemed generally good. Now I'm seeing where all the 1-stars came from. The salon itself is very nice, big and spacious. The experience, I feel like should have been a relaxing one with their protocols. However, for me it was almost anything but. We got our pedi's first. The whole time, the ladies made it blatantly obvious they were either making fun of us (me) or straight up shit talking. I would watch "my" lady point something out on my foot and they would both laugh. It was uncomfortable and made me feel extremely self-conscious, but I tried to brush it off. When our feet are done, they lead us to the nail tables. Man, lemme tell you, this was physically the most uncomfortable nail salon experience I've ever had. She not only made fun of my short fingernails (I have extreme anxiety and slight OCD, so when my nails aren't done, I pick at them) the same way she made fun of my feet, by she filed each one so aggressively, even after it was just fingertip that she was filing. It literally started burning my fingertips as she filed each one so rough, I'm still cringing just thinking about it. The "massage" also felt like she was taking her anger and annoyance at me out on me. Granted, I came in super polite and smiling. At this point, I was ready for it to be over. But I still had my eyebrows to get waxed. This lady, while nicer than the other, seemed to rush through the process and I had wax on both sides of my face for the rest of the day because she didn't clean up very well. I ended up paying $65 or so, which is pretty standard. Usually I would tip automatically, but I was so upset with my experience, I already felt robbed of the $65. As we started leaving, the cashier kept (basically) yelling behind us asking for a tip. Now I know in the US, it's standard to tip on good service, but by NO MEANS is it EVER an obligation. I'm one to tip 20% everywhere I go, so when I decide not to tip, you've given me a horrible experience and upset me. We reluctantly had our cards swiped a second time each so they could get a $10 tip out of each of us while everyone in the salon watched. Never in my life have I felt so robbed and frustrated with a service. I'm a very young, very new widow. I just moved here. All I wanted was to treat myself and take just one hour away from sitting on the couch depressed and crying all the time, ease some stress, and this experience had me leaving even more self conscious than when I went in. I have half a mind to call my card company and dispute the tip because that's how humiliated and upset I felt. I will never be back and I will ALWAYS tell everyone I know how horrible the service was. I will be a bi-weekly customer somewhere that treats their customers with respect. He asked to see my punch card, then yelled at a gal and RIPPED the entire set off. It hurt! He then did them over, but still charged me for it. But gave me "shellac" for "free". I came in to Eden Nails & Spa for my first time, on my birthday, this past Saturday. I had a great manicure and the WORST pedicure of my life. The woman completed it in less than twenty minutes, refused to use the same natural color polish I used on my nails because "it'll look weird" (???) - so I relented and let her show me a darker pink color, which she quickly applied and that was it. I paid, but once I got home and actually looked at my toes and omg, she didn't even get all of the previous color off my toe nails! I came in with a deep, dark green color and it was still clearly visible on Every. Single. Toe. Now I understand why she didn't want to use the light pink - she didn't want to have to work to get the previous polish off. But the color she picked still allowed the green to show through. All over my toes. It looks like I have a fungus in every crease on all 10 toes. I took pictures to post on my review, but I can't even do that to the Yelp population because it truly looks disgusting. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. I'm not exaggerating when I say that my 7 year old daughter could and does (!!) give a better pedi than this woman did. The whole thing was rushed and the actual polish job was a complete joke.
