A couple years ago, I had a monthly VIP membership for a few months but decided to cancel it as summer got closer. Unfortunately, the cancellation must have gotten misplaced by a staff member, and I realized I was still charged after I had cancelled. The owner was amazingly kind and not only refunded that amount as Sun Dollars, but I'm pretty sure she added even more for my trouble because I went back several months later to find a lot more time on my account than I had expected! And the best thing is that the Sun Dollars don't expire like they might at competitor's places, so every time I go back to get a little bronze before my yearly beach trip in the winter, I have some still waiting for me!
