I'm super disappointed. I came in for an acrylic fill... I had to wait like 20 mins after my scheduled time (which is fine, I get it) but when I sat down the nail tech was clearly trying to rush. She def nicked me on two of my nails and have a little scab on one finger. I requested one big snowflake on my ring fingers and they were so poorly done. In addition, several of my nails have the dreaded air bubbles in them plus nearly of the fill ins don't even get close to my cuticle. Today, 4 days later after one fill from a fresh set of acrylics, my pinky nails are both popping off on the bottom. I usually never leave bad reviews but I'm beyond upset. I decided to try this place despite the bad reviews and boy I'm glad I did. I asked for a gel manicure and chose the beautiful color 059 sheer pink. I asked for 3 coats because I'm familiar with this color and it is very sheer. Gwen worked on me and she was very efficient. She was very gentle and so courteous. I was very impressed with the final result. Additionally, the place is beautiful and very clean. Lastly, they have a big color selection. I recommend trying this place out. read more

It is so unfortunate that they have a nice staff. We asked for a few designs knowing that we might have to change a few if they couldn't be done. We showed her the picture and she became very rude about adding more color. Then she left me with this. She is the general manager and I was told this was cute by the other staff. This looks AWFUL and is the worst out of the 4 designs I asked for. One included diagonal lines- they are not even or straight. She told me they looked good and charged me $15 for this. I tipped $5. I have given this place several chances and I always have to go back to get something fixed. This looks like a child drew on my nails. I came in to make them better not worse. I went with my two friends to get full sets. Two of us had amazing nail techs who were very sweet and supportive. But, my other friend's nail tech was extremely rude and mean. He would yell at her and completely messed her nails up. He would whisper things under his breath and laugh at all three of us. I don't recommend this place anymore due to his treatment of his customers. When I confronted him about his behavior, he stood there, laughed, and started talking in Vietnamese. I normally go here all the time to get my nails done. But today was a different vibe, I like how I got in right away and I was out within 30 minutes. But the guy that did my nails was very rude, I was looking for nail ideas while he was grinding my old nail polish off, and he took my phone away from me and put it to the side and then He cut my finger not once, not twice but three different times, not once said sorry. When putting on the polish he filed them a little but didn't brush them off so I have like powder under my polish so it looks bumpy! Then after he was done to my nails, he asked if I liked them and of course I said yeah, he mumbled under his breath" you better" like really!? Time to pay, I always give a tip no matter what, but it wasn't very big and he got upset about that too. read more

WOW, can you say lack of customer service! We stood waiting to get checked in; was hastily told that we would be in two chairs at the end. Gal rushed up and told us they were heating water. Then we stood some more, never were told to pick our color of polish but I knew we needed to do that before going to our chairs for pedicures. (I had taken a friend along with me.) We picked our colors as they looked at us like "come on!" and the gal took our polishes to the chairs. We had NO idea what to order; I had a gift card from my husband and when gal handed me plastic card with different services, I went by price so I could have enough left to get a manicure later. Both of our techs rushed us to get in water, what did we want, etc. and my water was COLD which was very uninviting. I stated 3 times that my water was cold and she kept on with the treatment but was adding more warm. It was finally doable but NOT relaxingly warm. Then she started grabbing products out of drawer next to her and proceeded to put products onto my legs. The way they were administered to my legs sent product all over and onto my blouse-she said "oh sorry" and kept on splattering it all over with each product. She would motion for me to put my foot up on stand, down in water again, etc. and I never could understand her to know what she wanted me to do and she wasn't patient or polite. Not a very fun way to spend your time. I got two different scrubs, a clay product and a wax on my feet which really did feel good but she had me put my feet up on edge to start and I had a cramp in my calve and she still wanted me to "put up on edge"! She couldn't understand me and I couldn't her.....she spoke in a way that I couldn't figure out what she wanted. My friend had a lesser priced pedicure and her guy didn't help her get to dryer, take her things to her, nothing!! RUSH, rush and more rush. I felt like we were cattle in a pen. Then we were told to pay upfront and couldn't find anyone to take our money and they were plenty glad to get a tip when the time came. My friend's tech finally acknowledged her and grinned when she handed him a tip of which he didn't deserve. He left lotion all over her leg, didn't show her to the dryer area or help her know how to use it, on and on! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT THERE! I thought it would have been fun to have a flower, something on my nails but was told NO. $60 pedicure isn't enough to get that. No explaining what the cost would be IF I'd wanted that, which I did. Most unrelaxing time I've ever had and I didn't even get my large toe nails filed to match each other for $60. My husband was sorry he'd gotten gift card from this business. Definitely not my best pedicure. My nail tech did not seem to care about the job she was doing. My nails were cut extremely short. She cut the skin at the top of one of my toes. She wasn't careful or gentle at all. I have a cyst on one of my knuckles which is very sensitive. She was very rough & made it bleed. I asked for a pink/lilac chrome and even showed them a picture the lady said they had the exact shade & I ended up getting what now look like unicorn horns. I would have chosen a different design if she would have just said they couldn't do what I was asking for. At the end when I saw what chrome it was, I asked if they had any other colored chrome and that's when she tells me they CANT do what I was asking for. Please do your research before going here!! I've been to this salon many times and the service has gone down dramatically. I just left the salon and I'm extremely disappointed. This salon is very unsanitary. My pedicure was rushed as the young man doing it was more interested in being on his phone. He stopped what he was doing to me so he could text, this happened 4 times in my 30 minute DELUXE pedicure. (Yes, 30 minutes) He used a callous remover tool with no callous remover gel. A dry foot with a dry tool makes for a painful experience. He draped the hot towel over my calf in a clump. My previous experience has been the towel is wrapped around feet and legs. He definitely rushed through the process. I watched as another employee used an already used callous scrapper on a client. She also took the used plug out of the tub of one client and immediately put it in her tub. Very unsanitary! My daughter got a manicure while waiting for me, which turned out terrible. The employee searched through her 3 drawers looking for nail clippers, she pulled them from the bottom drawer. (Not sterile) She cut her nails very short, was rough, cut her finger and left a cut around her cuticle. The nail polish is not only on her nails but also on her fingers. These employees are so rushed and did I mention very unprofessional?! I gave one star only because I had to give something. I will never go back!! It is really unfortunate that the owners do not value customer service because the majority of the technicians who work here do a good job. I would say I am a fairly regular patron and have rarely been disappointed with the quality of the services. My shellac lasts about two weeks and the color selection is broad, almost to the point of being overwhelming. My hang up is with the owner, The gentleman who sits at the front of the store. He is rarely courteous, in fact for the 1+ years that I have been coming to the salon, his behavior and demeanor is probably closer to rude and than courteous. Most recently a bridal party of which I was a part, made an appointment for 10. Most were planning on getting manicures and pedicures. The bride explained that we were part of a bridal party only to show up and have virtually every single chair in the salon full. Apparently calling in for an appointment FOR 10 is pointless. No apology, no explanation, just a curt "it will be 10-15 minutes." No less than 25 minutes later half of the party left to go to another salon. Poor poor demonstration of customer service. The stars are for the quality of work. Certainly having second thoughts about continuing to patronize this place after the experience today. read more

I've been here once before my last time going, the first time it was good, this last time was not. I went in wanting a gel manicure, thats what i told the man at the front and he told me to pick out a color. When I was seated and the process began, the lady kept pushing dip and i repeatedly said no and gel was fine. She then told me to pick a new color since they were out and i did. She came back with a fuller pink than what i wanted and began doing dip. I couldn't even stop her time because I didn't realize what was happening till it was too late. She charged me for dip ($40 rather than $30) without telling me when I only came with $45. This salón did not do the manicure I wanted, the color I wanted, and two of my finger nails burn underneath the dip as I'm pretty sure she messed them up. read more

One of the worst gel manicures I've had in a while. It wasn't even busy and they did such a sloppy job. Asked them several times to even out the length of my nails and every time just made it worse. They cut my cuticles too far and made me bleed. The gel is not even where it meets my cuticles and it dried lumpy because they did not smooth the layers out. This used to be my go to nail salon in Greeley. Emphasis on USED TO BE. Last time I went here the lady did my full set of acrylics in 20 minutes and they looked so shitty!!!! They were uneven and there were bumps all along my nails. The store wasn't even busy and she rushed, for no reason at all. I was going to let it go until I went to get my acrylics removed and the lady ripped off my nails, MY NAILS. Three fingers were red and starting to bleed, and this dumb lady didn't even pay attention and rubbed the nail file across my bleeding nails and didn't stop until I pulled away and said "Not those fingers, you made them bleed!" After waiting a couple of years I started going back because they changed management and was recommended by a friend. But again another bad experience has now made me never want to enter this place again. If I could give this place a zero I would. And not because there bad at doing nails but one member of their staff is so f***ing inconsiderate. I have been coming my to this place for over 2 years (highly recommend Mya and Alex if you want to get your nails done. They should not be included in this review) but today was the first time I wanted to walk out of that place halfway through my appointment. I went into get a new set of acrylics and a pedi. My nail technician for my pedicure was great but when it was time to get my nails done I got the WORST technician. I don't know what his name was but he was at the third row of tables on the inside left table. Some muscular dude and he would not get off his phone!! I sat down and he had me soak my nails in acetone to remove the old nails and he got up and went to the back and didn't come back for 20+ minutes. He then proceeded to work on my nails but he stopped after every step and once stopped during the filing of my nails to check his phone which took a solid 10 minutes. From start to finish I was in that salon for 2 1/2 hours. When it was finally done, one of the other technicians came up to me and said "finally you're done, that took forever" because she knew he was on his phone through half the appointment. I was astounded that he did that and when I would make a request he would say some snide comment and get all pissy. I asked for him to do a third coat because the polish seemed thin and see through and he proceeded to tell me "the polish isn't see through or thin. But whatever, I'll do a third coat". I was just floored by how much of a do**he this guy was. He then proceeded to overcharge me for a service that I have received 50 time at that store. But because I would have ripped his head off I left after tipping 5 dollars (only cause I didn't have direct cash to give to my first technician who did my toes and I didn't want to tip nothing cause I felt that was rude to her) but if I could, I wouldn't have tipped. Because he deserves nothing. I will never come back here again so management needs to deal with their technicians being on their phones because that is completely unacceptable. So save your money and go somewhere else or RUN LIKE CRAZY if they assign you that guy. Ugh. Still pissed. read more

Super disappointed with this place. It seemed very busy, and there was no social distancing protocols in place, as there are with all other nail salons. The man who did my nails made them crooked, and when telling him they were crooked he just kept saying "it's not done yet it's not done". When he was done and I told him two of my nails were crooked, he repeatedly grabbed my hand and twisted it to show me that I needed to look at the other side instead of the top of my hand. I immediately told him he was hurting me and he was not right. When I was done I had blue goo all over my fingers that wouldn't come off, my nails are lumpy and the color doesn't even match what was the example because he kept running a file over my nails! Update to my previous review. I went in and Hebe no longer works there. No problem. They put me with Vicky who wasn't friendly at all. She rushed through everything and refused to remove the gel polish the way Hebe did when I asked. Instead she barely soaked the polish before just grinding it off. This wouldn't have been too bad except she went too far and left divots in my nail tips. She also ended up cutting me while trimming the skin around my nails, on every finger. A couple were so bad that I thought they might be infected. The whole process took maybe 30 minutes. So disappointed at the lack of consistency. read more

The service here is horrible. Technicians are always rude and aggressive. They will add on charges without asking permission and the pricing is inconsistent. I took the time to create this business' location because I'm just that frustrated. All I wanted was to get a quick mani and enjoy the rest of my day. I understand the concept of suggestive selling, but no means no after the third time- please drop it. From the moment I entered I was told no one ever gets regular manicures anymore. Well I do. The sales pitch continued about how they will chip really quickly and my nails will break. Again, another firm "no". I pick out my color and sit down. More suggestive selling the entire time my nails are prepped. Okay I'm ready for the polish and then asked "so you still want a manicure?"... I really can't believe this guy! There is absolutely no one else walking in so it's not like I'm wasting your time for some big spender client. I am the customer! When I noticed one nail was clearly uneven (I mean it was embarrassing he thought I wouldn't say something). A worker named Maya has done my pedi and was very rude. I chose a color an when it came time to almost paint I decided I just wanted the same as my fingernails and she literally argued with me that SHE preferred the mint green. All because she was too lazy to go back and get the other color. So her coworker spoke an asked her why she was arguing with the paying customer an she got up an walked away to get the polish. I came today to get a pedi and a fill. The lady started my pedicure and then stopped half way through to go wax a girls eyebrows and just left me in the chair waiting for her to be done. I think that is horrible customer service on her part. She should have finished my pedicure and then went ahead with the other girls services. I sat here for about 15 mins with my feet still in the water. There were other employees standing around that she could have directed to finish my pedicure while she helped the other girl.
