This salon is located in the shopping center across the street from Target, but you can't see the salon from 120th since it's around the back of the building. I feel like they'd get soo much more business if their entrance was visible from busy 120th St. I came here on a Sunday afternoon for a gel rebase. There was only 1 other customer besides me at this salon which was nice since my other salon was completely full and couldn't take any walk ins for 1-2 hours. A gel rebase is $40 which is similar to every other salon that I've been to in the area. Glam Shop Nails has a wide variety of gel colors which I appreciated. The only bad thing about my visit here was the drill burned my fingers a little bit. Monique did my rebase and applied my gel polish way better than how they applied it at 360 Nails. If you're looking for a nice relaxing place to get your nails done this is NOT it. You will feel judged as soon as you walk in the door. If you don't look like you're going to spend a lot of money you will be treated awkwardly. Kinda like you're bothering them! I went in to get my nails removed per my new job. The lady who did this for me was so rude and even commented my nails like "oh you didn't get these done here huh??" & looked at my nails with disgust. They weren't even that bad lady This salon fits the stereotype where they talk bad about you in a different language so you don't understand. The vibes here aren't so welcoming. 1st time and very interesting. I asked for a basic pedicure, which you feel guilty for getting and not upgrading, but I also still had the nerve to ask for regular polish, not gel or shellac. She told me if I got that it would fall off when I walked outside, lol. She said it's only $10 more for shellac. I was there with my daughter and wanted us both to have a nice experience so I said OK that's fine let's go ahead and do the shellac. When I was paying she charged me $15 each more, which I paid, but then carefully asked why the extra when that's not the conversation we had? She got upset with me in front of the other customers and told me everywhere in town charges like this. I will never go back .. it was a horrible experience just at the very end because of her attitude and unwillingness to be honest. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. Terrible experience the last time I was there, first time seeing someone different, was a male technician (didn't catch his name). He was incredibly rude to me after I mentioned the shape/length wasn't what I wanted. He didn't even care to make it right and instead tried to blame me and make me feel it was my fault, IT WASN'T. I've been going to TK for a few months now, and I've had really good, consistent experiences. I've received beautiful work from both Candy and Ann, but Ann has become my go-to. Ann always takes her time to really sculpt and shape my nails into the style I'm going for; when I sit with her she goes through several drill bits and makes sure I go home happy. I also enjoy getting the Deluxe pedicure when I visit, and while everyone has been great at their job, I really liked the pedicure that Lily gave me. Scheduling has always been easy, but I usually come in during the day on a week day. They have a digital punch card, be sure to sign up for that. There are several parking spots reserved for the salon at its main entrance, so keep an eye out for them. TK is located right next to the Drivers License office on 120th and Washington. read more

Very rude almost showing signs of racism and very unclean. It's been very cold and My friend has been sick for over 3 weeks. I gave her a ride to get her nails done for Thanksgiving at the place she would normally go to Honestly They seemed annoyed when we got there (we called before we came). After picking a color my friend started asking about fall designs for nails. When we were trying to show examples of designs for creative ideas this nail tech lady not even the one working with us she seemed like maybe the boss. Her demeanor was unfriendly she mentioned their shop dont have foil or 3D art options . I explained to the lady that we are using the photos for ideas and understand that the exact image on the photo is not an option. She had a very nasty tone and said she wasnt talking to me.. So yes i told my friend we could leave and go north south east and west and find much better options and friendlier services .. I sat down waiting for my friend to get her nails done.. Then my friends 2 year old daughter wasnt sitting still and was running back and forth. i was trying to make her laugh when a nail tech man told me to keep it down. I said I'll try but she is 2. He stated this was a place of business and basically needed to leave for too much noise and for stating we could leave and go someplace else. I questioned him "so your kicking a 2 year old out for laughing". He said he was calling the cops I said ok I'll wait for them to co.e kick me out themselves the man got on his cell phone and proceeded to call but the cops never came then at the end of it all after they finished doing her rebase i go to helped my friends kids to the car while she paid and the lady asked my friend if i ate shit this morning. Nasty and rude I never came here for my own personal services and because of this experience I will make sure to go someplace else and i will never recommend it. Tk Nails are horrible . I refuse support small foriegn businesses that treat their guest so poorly.. They gave off the impression that if you are brown or black your not going to recieve friendly services .. The staff is very friendly, however this review is purely about the service- the nail tech ended up giving me 4 cuts along my cuticle lines and left A TON OF POLISH around the base/ underneath the nails... I've been scrubbing with acetone at home and they still look like a child completed my set... incredibly disappointed considering they cost me $65. If You want a good clean and polished acrylic set, do not go here. Don't even try this salon out- the tools they used looked like they hadn't been cleaned and I watched their closing routine- I'm sure it doesn't meet standards. My family has been going to this salon for a while. It is a good salon, but on my last visit today, in not exactly happy with what I got. My thumb nails are shorter then the rest of my nails. My pinky on my left hand is totally sideways and most of my nails were uneven. It has grate service and very friendly staff, but my manicure felt very rushed and messy. Tell me why I was so excited to go here because the designs are AMAZING. I had a HUGE night planned and since I work a very busy schedule I called to make an appointment a week and a half in advance since my only availability was the evening before the event. Tell me WHY they scheduled me an appointment after business hours? Took my name number and everything and said they'd see me Sunday at 5:30. For my event on Monday. Good thing I called to confirm that morning and was told there was no appointment and they would be closed at 5. I called the same number in my call history so I know I called the same salon. Super sad because I had to resort to a salon that cannot do designs I was hoping for. I'm new to town and was going to make this my new local nail salon spot until I went back in to get my chipped nails fixed. This is one of those places where none of the employees want to be there and you can tell. I went in 55 mins before close (kinda shitty but not really for just a fix up) and was there for only about 20 mins, so I was out with 30+ mins to spare before close. I felt awkward and unwelcome the entire time even though they were the ones who tell you to come back if it chips within 7-10 days and it was the 9th day. All I have to say is if you don't want people coming in to get their nails fixed don't offer and if you don't want people coming in at 5:35 when you close at 6:30 then change your hours. My experience at LC nails was so so. Not the best but not the worst. The place itself is very nice on the inside. Clean and very presentable. Parking is kinda hard to find because it is right next to the dmv. I needed to get the acrylics I had removed and I wanted to just get a gel polish. See I have a nail biting problem and I want to get rid of it. So I need to keep something on my nails at all times but it can't be acrylics because of my job. During the process the lady commented a number of times how fragile and small my nails were which I didn't have a problem with because that's the exact problem I was trying to fix. Being that I just had acrylics removed I knew they were going to be fragile so that didn't matter. However she made a comment saying "I don't like them" because of how fragile they were. This is a comment I think she should've kept to herself. Now I want to try the salon out again when my nails are longer and stronger and see how that goes. Positive things about the salon are they have lots of space to accommodate many people at once. Pedicure stations look really comfortable and relaxing and their hand washing station is gorgeous. With large sinks, they have a wide selection of polishes to choose from and they have a punch card system so you can earn discounts. Overall I say try them out if you have nails that are in decent shape. read more

TK is my #1 choice. The staff is always very nice and professional and do excellent work. The salon itself is very clean, pretty, and comfortable. I've been to other establishments and I feel they rush and my gel manicure chips almost immediately. I can always count on TK for great service and a lovely LASTING manicure and pedicure. The parking lot is a nightmare but there are two spots in front of the business that are usually open. TK is also closed on Sundays which can be inconvenient, but it's worth the wait.
