Pretty nice place, the 1st time I went loved it. Went again a month ago and the chatty lady in the front did my dip nail and I have to say I felt discomfort when she was taking off the dip from previous. If felt like something was burning my nail and when I tensed up, she told me to relax, and there was no problem. That rubbed me wrong cause she did it 3 more times and making it seem cause I wouldn't relax is the reason this was happening. So today I got the older guy in front and no discomfort at all loved his work. They are close to home. So I got dip (or power) on my nails and a deluxe pedicure and it cost me 105.00 without tip ( 55. For nails and 50 for feet). To me kinda expensive, but I guess price to pay if I want to grow my nails. read more

My natural nails have been strong till I came in to see her. She also kept bashing my current nails the entire time.. I don't even know where to start...I should have driven away when I saw how dirty the door and windows were at this "Upscale" place. I was in a major time crunch and gave it a shot. That was a big mistake. I let the manager (Mai?) know that I was looking for a gel mani and pedi. I was rushed over to my pedicure chair and when I asked about how I would pick a color, I was thrown a ring of gel polish colors. She told me that the price list that her employee gave me was the only option I had for a pedicure. I thought, $45 is my only option? Weird. The employee was nice and very thorough but after checking out her polish job, she had to redo one nail. Upon returning home, I noticed that my nails weren't properly or evenly cut and the polish was on all my cuticles. On to the manicure...what a total disaster. Mai kept coughing into her mask - not turning away or covering her face. Pretty gross. She was very rough with my hands, didn't ask me or tell me that she was moving the gel light when my hands were still in there, and got polish all over one of my hands. Instead of removing it and apologizing, she left it on and said that it will come off with water (fun fact, it didn't). She was very frustrated by the end, because I was noticing her imperfections. Upon finishing, I went to the bathroom and noticed she didn't fix one of her many problems. I returned to her station where she was already helping another client and let her know that there was a problem. She had another employee fix it, with no apology. $90 (without tip) for a crappy gel mani/pedi that started chipping 3 days after. Stay FAR away from this place. read more

I got dip powder nails and she filed to my liking and got rid of the nasty acrylic mistakes I had prior. Loved this nail salon! The price was also very fair, considering she had to remove the acrylic and do the dip powder. Highly recommend! read more

WOW! Upscale Nails & Spa has absolutely blew the other nails salons out of the water! I just visited with my Mom as a walk-in customer for us to both get shellac pedicures. Although we didn't have an appointment set, the staff made us feel very welcome! I have never been to a nail salon that has an upgraded pedicure choice from 14 different specific scents to choose from - which includes; scrub, mask, and lotion for your legs that are all the SAME scent and quality product - KUDOS! The space is clean and they use the sanitary bags for the bowl that your feet go in. They also have a HUGE selection of shellac and soak off polish which has always been a big struggle for me - I could never find a salon with enough color selection and it's the end of that road for me, finally! I love the atmosphere in this salon. It's very laid back and professional. No kids running around. The salon is kept clean and neat and every person does a super job on my pedicure. I got a pedicure and the lady barely cleaned my cuticles or dead skin and she filed my skin a few times! I hate when nail techs hurt me. They do not look very sanitary so I hope I don't I get an infection from her filing my skin off. She barely applied a base coat literally just tapping each nail. For the level of effort I could've saved myself $30 and did them myself. She didn't even thank me for the tip even though I was nice enough to still leave her 20%. She should've received 10% for the sloppy and quick work. Don't think I'll be going back there again. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I will NEVER go back. I got acrylics, and both ring fingers and a pinky are horribly crooked. One of my ring finger nails literally points the opposite direction. And they didn't give me a discount, and tried to fight me on if it was crooked or not. Said it was my finger that was crooked??? And then wouldn't even fix it until I begged them too! Then they weren't able to today, and I have to go back if I want it fixed. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Like are you kidding me? Also, they're extremely rude. Update: went back in to just get my money back because my nails are seriously so bad (they look like stick ons), so there's no point in getting one fixed when they all need fixed. So after about 10 minutes of being told I was a liar and it never happened, and arguing back and forth, I finally got it back. However, I was disappointed that my shellac chipped on day 3 and didn't last more than a week. My shape is awful and the designs I paid extra for are smeared and look terrible. After two days the shellac is peeling to show wet polish underneath. I've had multiple shitty experiences here! I was debating posting this but the many people I've told about my experiences have literally been like "wtf no way" I went to Don this last time, he was very very rough. He kept talking shit about how bad my nails were and that I need a new set (which this was only my second rebase) so unprofessional. I've never had someone flick literally flick my fingers/nails before polishing them???? and then to top it alll of when I went to pay he charged me an extra $5 because "he had to do more work" lol has anyone ever heard that? No. My nails looked good at glance but then I started to realize how crooked he made them and didn't really clean off the Acrylic under my nails. Horrible!!!! I really wanted to give this place a second try after the first time but when all this happened, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone and I literally tell people not to go bc I live right down the street. read more
