The pedicure wasn't 90+ dollars and we got the deluxe! The massage was so relaxing & thorough! Way more than just rubbing in the lotion, which is how most places do. They actually removed the callus's on my feet which I also feel as though most places don't. The treatment for the hair consult as well as anything to do with touching my hair was where it got rough. She pulled my hair, whapped my in the head with brushes, the hair dryer and curling iron. The shampoo process was so painful with all the hair pulling and her whacking my head. My neck was sore for 2 days after the appointment from where she dug her fingers into me. She started cussing while telling me her stories. It was really kinda frightening and the first time I ever thought about ending a hair appointment early and walking out. When all was said and done, the bronde balyage we agreed on was mostly brown with red highlights. I wanted to cry. That is 2 hours and change and over $300 that I'll never get back.

It was 15 minutes before I was seated at a pedicure station, and then I soaked for at least 20 minutes. I made an appointment because I truly didn't have extra time in my weekend. After finally getting my toes done, Ivy left me there at the pedicure station to attend to another customer. I finally was fed up and almost 2 hours in, I went up to the front and they had me sit at a dirty nail station while I waited for someone to take care of my fingernails. Finally I was placed with a gentleman (while sitting right next to Ivy who was attending to yet another client) and got one of the least appealing set of nails I've ever had.
