I'm sad to write this review. I was in the area and my friend recommended this place, she lives near by and she's had good experiences there. I was too far from my usual place, and I needed to get a basic manicure since I was attending a special event the next day. They hurt one of my fingers and I was in pain for three weeks. I applied antibiotic ointment and took ibuprofen. I have never experienced so much pain after a manicure or pedicure and now I don't want to ever get one after this traumatic experience. I got hurt around my right ring finger cuticle and I know for sure it happened there. I will never go back to this place for sure. I hope this helps someone, I wish I remembered the name of the lady who did my manicure. I don't want to get her in trouble, but I hope she's more careful with her clients in the future. Every visit we've had here is one of the better, if not best we've had. I always do the deluxe pedicure. They are thorough, take their time, put one is always great! And reasonable prices! I usually love this place and have been coming here for almost a year. Almost all the techs are great- try to get the younger ones because they have less experience so they're very thorough, take their time, and are gentle. The only tech I haven't had a good experience with is Susan, she goes too fast and is very rough, has little attention to detail, and mostly just seems like she wants go get you out the door. I would recommend Kim, she has been the best to me. I would recommend this place overall. read more

My technician's name was NINA. She's young, professional and very caring. I like her neat and gentle job. I had gel pedicure and manicure with her. If I could give zero starts, I would. Walked in, the guy was asleep as I washed my hands, woke up, then went to do my nails. He didn't let me pick my colors, he chose the ones I got. I asked him to cut my nails, and he didn't. He then cut the cuticles multiple times which was unpleasant. Once he started to paint my nails he was getting it everywhere, so instead of wiping it he used his long ass thumb nail to get it off. He yanked on my hands to move them where he wanted when painting them. Then at the end my nails were all scratchy, and just not good. Really bummed for $35 read more

This place is really hit or miss. I had my favorite nails ever done by V and once by the gentleman who works there. However, the young lady who sits in the front right is beyond rude! She ripped a hole in the middle of my nail taking off my old set (even though I just needed a rebase she insisted on taking them off), she talked on her phone with a headset on the entire time, and then she over-charged me. I was near tears when she ripped into the middle of my nail and she just kept talking on the phone- wouldn't even look at me. It's a shame because some of the people there are so good and they have a nice salon. read more

I LOVE this place. I found it out of the blue and on accident. They offer a new service called Dip, which is fantastic. It strengthens your real nails underneath, while also applying acrylics on top. Just like other reviewers have said, it completely depends on who you go to. I've been going here for over a year and I always make an appointment with Angel. Most of the technicians working there have been there for as long as I can remember, which I think is great. They are always fast and helpful. I do see that they quote walk-ins with a much shorter time than it will actually take for them to get to them, but that's pretty typical for all nail salons in my opinion. I'd definitely recommend making an appointment, because they are usually really attentive to the time and hardly ever make you wait longer than 5-10 minutes after your scheduled appointment. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Went in to get nails done for my wedding, scheduled an appointment and was ignored until 45 minutes after that appointment. They were extremely rude to my bridesmaids, yelling at them to stop talking so they can do their nails. Since then I have realized they charged me TWICE for me to get my nails done. I gave a giftcard first and they said it didn't work, so I used my debit and BOTH got charged totaling to $90!!! Now I have to call them, go in and make them give me my damn money back. The name says it all 'snappy'. I don't normally do reviews but felt obligated to save you the time and money. Worst nail salon experience I have had. I spent all of 15 min in the pedicure chair. No nail trim, quick swipe over my heels with Punic stone and she quickly cut my cuticles. Key word 'quickly', she did it so fast and was so distracted that she cut my toe which made my skin burn the rest of the time, ruining the rest of the experience. She slapped on the polish and said go over there. Sorry. I will pay more for quality work. I think these ladies need some time off to relax and rejuvenate. read more

I have been going to this location for a couple times in a row and really liked the quality of service. But that all changed when one day I made and appointment with angel at 12:30. I get there and she comes up to me with a horrible attitude and told me she couldn't do my nails because her 1:00 appointment was in. I asked her if she was already planning on doing my nails in 30 minutes and she gave me a rude remark and told me it was my fault. I have noticed that they tend to overbook and put on more than they can handle. I guess I wouldn't have had an issue with it if she didn't give me attitude and blame it on me. Came here after my fitness trainer recommended this salon to me. Jennifer did my nails. She was rude and did a very rush job. She was more concerned about helping others that came in after me. This is the best salon I drive 45 minutes just so Susan can work her magic. 2 years ago I started with a full set she applied and never had a lift or broken nail. Every 6 weeks I get a rebase done and always beautiful results. Other salons I have tried over the years burn my nail beds filing to fast or cause cuts on my fingers. My daughter and I went in for a pedicure. We were out of there in 1/2hour. Quick yes, because we were not given a foot massage! She rubbed lotion and a hot stone on our feet for only 2 minutes! 1 star is being generous. Save yourself the time and money and go to Venus Nails a little bit farther down the street. I like to have my acrylic nails long and almond shaped. I also work with my hands a lot and tend to break my nails quite a bit. I always go to get them fixed and Snappy Nails is the closest to my house, since I'm busy I've been settling on going there lately, even though it's terrible! Whenever I do break a nail, you would think that they would add more of the acrylic to the nail to make them all even shape and length. Nope. They just file my broken nail to be shaped like the rest. EVEN IF ITS A QUARTER OF AN INCH SHORTER THAN THE OTHERS. so many chances j have given this location and I am done. They are beyond rude and I'm done WASTING my money on these lousy workers. Don't waste your time or money here! My daughter had a white tip acrylic set done last week. Within a couple days her nails were cracking and popped off.I took her in to have them repaired two days ago. Then today 4 more popped off! I took her there to get those fixed. My daughter said that they didn't put the powder under the light to activate it the original time she had the set done. We think this is why they were coming off. My daughter didn't do anything that would of compromised the manicure. This time the guy doing her nails cut her skin with the filing machine and made her bleed. The guy and another lady employee were talking in their native language and laughing, they made my daughter feel really uncomfortable. They charged her $8 to repair the nails. I tried to talk to the manager about the situation and he was blaming my daughter for the cut, saying she had a cuticle there. He said they only guarantee their work for a couple days.
