I was referred to her by my massage therapist that works in the same office as her. I am so glad that I went to her! Itzel was very friendly and her room was clean and welcoming. She made sure to clean up my eyebrows only and did not try to alter the shape like other estheticians have done in the past, which have ruined my brows. I used a groupon for lash extensions to try them out the first time. They looked great but I woke…read moreup the next day with an eye infection and had to go to urgent care for eye drops. I also got my eyebrows done and they were uneven. The way she shaped my brows also looked pretty weird. After this experience, I will not be getting lash extensions again and am still looking for someone to work on my eyebrows. Hi Heather, to respond to your public comment below, I had an appt 4/9/2018 and I did call you the following day to inform you that I had an eye infection and you mentioned to come back to get the lashes removed if the infection didn't go away in a few days.

I did microblading and microshading. I did not think it hurt at all, but she made sure to check in on the pain and offered more numbing cream. So I had my eyebrows tattooed 3 years before, and it came out uneven so I was SO skeptical about…read moredoing it again once I managed to get the ink to fade. But I wanted to give it another go cause I'm tired of filling in my brows everyday. In the before photo, you can see how the ink was faded and you can see my natural hair again, along with the red tint from the previous job. So I decided why not try again with someone more experienced. Jessika did my brows and it was comfortable, almost painless, I could have fallen asleep. (I fall asleep when she does my lashes) I asked for a more natural look than the bold design I had before. It's just a personal preference for a subtle brow for me....and she executed it perfectly! She did a color correction, reshaped them to fit my eyes and shape of face better. I forgot to save a freshly done pic :( but here's the end result! 3-4 weeks healed.
