I was referred to her by my massage therapist that works in the same office as her. I am so glad that I went to her! Itzel was very friendly and her room was clean and welcoming. She made sure to clean up my eyebrows only and did not try to alter the shape like other estheticians have done in the past, which have ruined my brows. I also got my eyebrows done and they were uneven. The way she shaped my brows also looked pretty weird. After this experience, I will not be getting lash extensions again and am still looking for someone to work on my eyebrows. So I had my eyebrows tattooed 3 years before, and it came out uneven so I was SO skeptical about…read moredoing it again once I managed to get the ink to fade. But I wanted to give it another go cause I'm tired of filling in my brows everyday. In the before photo, you can see how the ink was faded and you can see my natural hair again, along with the red tint from the previous job. So I decided why not try again with someone more experienced. Jessika did my brows and it was comfortable, almost painless, I could have fallen asleep. (I fall asleep when she does my lashes) I asked for a more natural look than the bold design I had before. It's just a personal preference for a subtle brow for me....and she executed it perfectly! She did a color correction, reshaped them to fit my eyes and shape of face better. I forgot to save a freshly done pic :( but here's the end result! 3-4 weeks healed. This was a rough appointment. I called for an appointment and was delighted that there was an…read moreopening with Mary the next day. It started out well, I explained what I wanted and showed photos. She was kind, had lots to tell me about her life story, kids, in-laws and whatever else came to mind. The treatment for the hair consult as well as anything to do with touching my hair was where it got rough. She pulled my hair, whapped my in the head with brushes, the hair dryer and curling iron. The shampoo process was so painful with all the hair pulling and her whacking my head. My neck was sore for 2 days after the appointment from where she dug her fingers into me. She started cussing while telling me her stories. It was really kinda frightening and the first time I ever thought about ending a hair appointment early and walking out. When all was said and done, the bronde balyage we agreed on was mostly brown with red highlights. I wanted to cry. That is 2 hours and change and over $300 that I'll never get back.
