I paid around $100 for my nails, and I've been trying to live with them for the past three days, but they look so bad that I'm actually going to another nail salon today to have them fixed. I even helped remove my old nails before she started because she was having difficulty removing them, yet I was still charged for the removal. I also asked if we could do a specific design, which was simply cheetah print and some lines, and was told they couldn't do it because they didn't have the supplies. I completely understand if a salon doesn't offer a particular design, but the quality of the nails I received was still extremely disappointing. Honestly, my 12-year-old niece could have done a better job. I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially for a salon I otherwise enjoy for hair, but for nearly $100, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I would not recommend getting your nails done here.

This past Saturday (9/18/21), I had my very first facial with Michelle! I had the…read morehydrodermabrasion, RF treatment, jelly hydromask facial. This was 2 hours of bliss!!! Before starting, Michelle asked me when my last facial was and what my main concerns were. It started as any facial where Michelle washed my face, neck, and upper chest. Then she did the hydroderm, which was a tad different feeling than normal hydroderms, but in a good way. Then she did some other treatments and also extracted my face. After putting on some gel onto my face, she did the RF treatment, which is supposed to tighten my skin. It was warm, but not uncomfortably warm. After removing the gel and cleaning my face, Michelle put a hydrojelly mask on my face, which is supposed to even my skin tone. She warned me that it would go over my eyes and mouth. While the mask dried, Michelle massaged my neck, arms, and hands. Before peeling the mask off, Michelle rubbed ice globes over it. The cold feeling was so awesome!! This facial took 2 hours and now I'm hooked. I have my next appointment scheduled in Jan 2022!!

We started the appointment with paperwork, choosing a color from her vast array of inks, and a thorough explanation of the procedure. Once we started, she was kind enough to say that I was middle of the pack when it came to dramatics, but I know I was squirming, and twitching like crazy. She was so patient with me and gave me plenty of breaks to compose myself. When we wrapped up, Eva went over the importance of after care, sent me home with ointment and swabs, and then checked on me via text at certain intervals to make sure I was healing properly. It is rare for me to Be SO complimentary, but Eva deserves it. She is such a great mix of professional and knowledgeable, while being equally caring and patient. I will definitely be returning for microblading.

I have never seen such attention to detail as she drew, erased, designed my brows. It was a long process for her, but she didn't stop until they were perfect. Not only was she kind, thoughtful and considerate during my appointments ( which I discovered was important to me, considering I have been ashamed of my condition since its beginning) she was incredibly knowledgeable. So I had my eyebrows tattooed 3 years before, and it came out uneven so I was SO skeptical about…read moredoing it again once I managed to get the ink to fade. But I wanted to give it another go cause I'm tired of filling in my brows everyday. In the before photo, you can see how the ink was faded and you can see my natural hair again, along with the red tint from the previous job. So I decided why not try again with someone more experienced. Jessika did my brows and it was comfortable, almost painless, I could have fallen asleep. (I fall asleep when she does my lashes) I asked for a more natural look than the bold design I had before. It's just a personal preference for a subtle brow for me....and she executed it perfectly! She did a color correction, reshaped them to fit my eyes and shape of face better. I forgot to save a freshly done pic :( but here's the end result! 3-4 weeks healed. I also got my eyebrows done and they were uneven. The way she shaped my brows also looked pretty weird. After this experience, I will not be getting lash extensions again and am still looking for someone to work on my eyebrows. I then continued on, to give her the benefit of the doubt, and let her know it sounded like a lot since I am fairly young (34) and have never received more than 20 total units at a given time with very great results! She literally said "go back there then, because that's a miracle"!! Who says that to a customer and when they own they own salon!?? I should have left after her first unprofessional comment. How ignorant do you have to be to represent your own salon this way? I felt like I was in a twilight zone, and was completely disgusted as I have never had an issue with anybody I've ever seen for any service.
