This was the worst decision I've made..The procedure it self was very uncomfortable, my eyes were watery and irritated and it seem like it was very rushed. Didn't care for me after I said I bought Groupon. Two days later I wake up with a red rash/ irritated eyes and I know I'm having an allergic reaction. She used toooo much glue on my eyes. I was going on vacation that afternoon and was going to take a flight and be gone for about two weeks.. I text her as soon as I wake up and she does not respond to try to help me. ALL I WAS asking for was to remove my eyelashes, NOT even a refund back. I had to call several times to the actual store. When she answered she said she didn't get my text message, yet little does she know she has her read receipts on her iPhone ARE ON. She says she has no time ? Are you kidding me. I just need a solution on my eye, it takes 20 min. She tells me " take allergy pills and apply coconut oil on your eye and it'll fall off". Thanks. Had a crappy time with my eyelids during Coachella. A week later I still have clumps of eyelashes that will not fall off bc she used TOO MUCH glue. She only cares about people who she thinks will pay more or continue to come back. As soon as I mentioned I was a student it was like she didn't care about me. Update: she still has not reached out to see how I'm doing or respond to this. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS !!!!!! I honestly feel like I wasted my money I think my skin looked a lot better before I went and got Microneedling done here. I feel like the extractions were not properly done either, my pores and scars look bigger and worst. I want to peel my face off I can't believe I invested so much money into this just to get worst results. Go to a real professional, go to someone who actually wants to see your skin improve and not someone who's only doing it for the money. I was first very sketched out because she said she could only do one session when I paid for all 3 online then said she only does that to promote her business, but wait there's more.. she said she would only let me use the coupons if my mom came in to use them when I called bs and told her she's scamming people and I wanted my money back she agreed to do the 3 sessions on me. SAVE YOUR FACE AND MONEY. Wandana performed the worst eyebrow threading of all of my experiences. She started without asking me if I was there for a clean up or wanted a certain shape, etc. I told her I wanted just a clean up. The process seemed fine until she said she was going to trim my eyebrows and I felt her using her finger to brush the hair instead of a comb. When she gave me the mirror to see the final product, I wanted to cry. My eyebrows have never looked so butchered. The tops look like she threaded hills in them and she completely changed the shape of my eyebrows into rainbows. To top it off when it was time to pay she asked, "Cash or credit?" I said credit and as she was hooking up her square reader she said she'd really appreciate cash. That statement completely rubbed me the wrong way and put a cherry on top of the entire, horrible experience. I tried touching my eyebrows up when I got home, but they are so far gone that I just have to wait for them to grow in. read more
