I have since gone back for regular TrueBrow Maintenance as well as the Lash Lift & Tinting. I find the whole process, from then until now, just awesome. It was fascinating to see the before and after during that first appointment.. and just how straight my eyelashes were - aside from the light coloring. My eyebrows, which I thought just wouldn't grow back (I had kept them too thin for years), was just a case of not REALLY allowing them to grow back fully, along with super light hairs that were 'found' after tinting as well. I had taken the route of lifting & tinting since the maintenance of extensions, etc. are just too much for me, personally. I am 100% happy with the lift & tinting. I have always been a eyeliner & mascara person and won't leave the house without either.. and with this, all I have to do is throw on some quick eyeliner, if anything at all & my eye lashes are ALWAYS perfect. I haven't had to use an eyelash curler since! My eyebrows have come a long way since February and after each maintenance visit, they look better every time. I had someone recently comment about my 'pretty eyebrows' and it was such a huge compliment to hear. I also was kind of clueless, and had no luck with purchasing the right pencil or color to fill in my eyebrows - or even the right way to do it, so with some instructions from Caroline, I also purchased the TrueBrow collection. That is one great product I could not live without now. It's so easy, and fast and it lasts all day long. It's become some a routine for me to take care of eyebrows whenever I'm doing the rest of my makeup, I now feel naked on the days I don't. All in all, a super fantastic experience. I feel very lucky to have 'found' Caroline; she is an amazing esthetician/specialist. She takes her time waxing, tweezing, coloring.. it's a very comfortable space and I find it a peaceful moment out of my day at each appointment.

She cares about the health of your lashes and really knows her stuff in regards to different styles and methods! I was really expecting very little lasting time, but I was shocked at how long my lashes stayed looking great! She was sensitive to my skin concerns and reactions to adhesives and had many options! I am now addicted! As for eyebrows- she blew me away with the idea of tinting. I like the color of my brows, but tinting them in the same color adds more hair to work with by dying the lighter hairs! I'm probably not explaining accurately, but it literally blew my mind!

If you have fine, thin, or sensitive lashes, find someone who prioritizes isolation and prep. I…read morecame here after moving from SF, where I had a long-term lash artist who never gave me any issues. I've had lash extensions for years, so I have a good baseline for what proper application should feel like. From my very first set, my extensions felt heavy and uncomfortable, and several came off within days. She offered a touch-up, which I appreciated, but the second set and the fills that followed had the same problems. The main issue: extensions kept falling off with two of my natural lashes attached at the base, meaning my natural lashes were getting glued together (stickies). This points to what I understand to be an isolation problem, which can damage natural lashes over time, and it happened on both the original set and the fills. Placement was also inconsistent as some extensions looked glued partway up the lash shaft rather than close to the base, which made them feel unstable and look gappy as they grew out. The service also felt rushed overall, which may explain some of the inconsistency in placement. When I raised these concerns, the conversation didn't feel productive, so I decided to find a different artist. One more thing worth flagging: at my appointments, there wasn't a full lash bath with lash shampoo and water before new sets or fills. My previous SF tech did this every time, and my new current Colorado tech does too. After the switch, I think this step was part of what was going wrong. If you have sensitive lashes especially, I'd look elsewhere.

There is legitimately a lack of lash artists in the area that do quality service. I have been going to Andrea regularly for over 6 months and the quality of what she provides is unmatched - and I have been to a lot of lash people.
