I waited less than 10 minutes upon arriving, and then they started with my pedicure. The technician helping me recommend a particular shade of red (I requested red to match the dress I planned to wear for the wedding) and did a great job! The only bad thing was that I had requested the classic pedicure (the most basic one, $32) with regular polish, and they ended up doing gel (+$15). By the time I realized, it was already too late. Nevertheless, it looked good, so I didn't mind. I had someone else do my dip manicure, and they also did a good job. They shaped my nails into almond just as I asked (+$5) and also cleaned my cuticles (+$5). I went for a simple, clean look to accentuate my natural nail. All in all, the dip manicure was $60. I found the prices to be reasonable, and I felt that the technicians did a thorough job. The only reason why I am knocking off a star is for a slight lack of communication regarding what kind of polish to use, as well as for the lack of decor/aesthetic in the salon. A few of the pedicure chairs had seen better days -- they were ripped up and showed obvious signs of extreme wear-and-tear. I showed him the reference photo again, hoping to steer things back on track, but by the time he finished, the results were miles away from what we discussed. The service felt rushed and careless. I left the salon looking nearly identical to how I walked in, aside from a slight root color correction. When I voiced my concerns, Brandon admitted he had rushed the service due to overbooking. Apparently, I was expected to be grateful and wait patiently on his terms and timeline. This entire ordeal has been unnecessarily long and deeply frustrating. I've allowed more than enough time for a professional resolution. The salon has ignored the issue entirely and taken zero responsibility. How this has been handled speaks volumes about their professionalism or lack thereof, and how little they truly value the customer experience.
