I have since gone back for regular TrueBrow Maintenance as well as the Lash Lift & Tinting. I find the whole process, from then until now, just awesome. It was fascinating to see the before and after during that first appointment.. and just how straight my eyelashes were - aside from the light coloring. My eyebrows, which I thought just wouldn't grow back (I had kept them too thin for years), was just a case of not REALLY allowing them to grow back fully, along with super light hairs that were 'found' after tinting as well. I had taken the route of lifting & tinting since the maintenance of extensions, etc. are just too much for me, personally. I am 100% happy with the lift & tinting. I have always been a eyeliner & mascara person and won't leave the house without either.. and with this, all I have to do is throw on some quick eyeliner, if anything at all & my eye lashes are ALWAYS perfect. I haven't had to use an eyelash curler since! My eyebrows have come a long way since February and after each maintenance visit, they look better every time. I had someone recently comment about my 'pretty eyebrows' and it was such a huge compliment to hear. I also was kind of clueless, and had no luck with purchasing the right pencil or color to fill in my eyebrows - or even the right way to do it, so with some instructions from Caroline, I also purchased the TrueBrow collection. That is one great product I could not live without now. It's so easy, and fast and it lasts all day long. It's become some a routine for me to take care of eyebrows whenever I'm doing the rest of my makeup, I now feel naked on the days I don't. All in all, a super fantastic experience. She cares about the health of your lashes and really knows her stuff in regards to different styles and methods! Before the appointment, Kiana messaged me explaining that she wasn't unfriendly but preferred not to talk during appointments. I completely respected that\. However, she brought it up several more times while preparing my lashes, which made the interaction feel guarded from the start. During the consultation, Kiana explained that because I have some missing outer lashes and I'm a side sleeper, she didn't want to do a cat-eye because sleeping on my side would "ruin her work." She repeatedly recommended an open\-eye set instead. I explained that I'd already tried that style and didn't like it, and that I'd previously had a beautiful cat\-eye set done successfully by another artist. We went back and forth respectfully, and I was simply trying to communicate what had worked for me before. During that conversation, she also made several negative comments about lash bars, claiming their technicians misrepresent their experience and criticizing the glue and products they use. I found that uncomfortable and unprofessional. Ultimately, Kiana refused to provide the service because she was concerned I wouldn't be happy with the results. I respect any professional's right to decline a service and give their professional opinion. However, as a paying client, I also expect to feel heard and for there to be an effort to work together toward a solution. I booked this appointment specifically so my lashes would be done for my birthday, and after being refused service, I called around but couldn't find another artist in time. What should have been an exciting part of preparing for my birthday became stressful and disappointing. I left feeling unheard, frustrated, and without the service I had planned for. There is a difference between offering professional advice and completely shutting down a client's preferences without trying to find a solution\. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business, and I hope future clients have a more collaborative and welcoming experience.

I also got my eyebrows done and they were uneven. The way she shaped my brows also looked pretty weird.
