The skin above and below my eyes was red and peeling for two days after the service. When I asked about it, all I was told was to put Benadryl on my skin. Cortisone near one's eyes is not a great idea from a medical standpoint. It was too late to stop her as I didn't know what she was doing til she pulled the wax linen strip off. I thought she was still using the template when she was touching my face. I also had to ask for the color fill although it was included in the price. $55 is very high for the factory like service I received. I felt as though my service was not individualized and everyone going to Shante gets the same exact procedure no matter what you pay for. The only reason, this was not one star, was because it was very easy to book on the website. Other than that, there is no positives with booking at this beauty Lounge. Many places do a much better job, and cost 20 to 30% less. I definitely will not be back.

I asked for a credit and she told me that this was my problem and if I wanted to be a "bitch" about it that she would make complaints against me. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She could have offered to remove the eyelashes or offered other helpful advice. Instead she called me a bitch and hung up the phone. I had to go to another company to have the eyelashes removed. Be careful of this company!!

He also took forever and smelled so strongly of cologne, I had an allergy attack. I have been having my brows threaded for 10 years and have never had such an awful experience! Save yourself time, money, and pain by not going here. TeeGee eyebrow threading on Havana is awesome!

I first saw Rachael for eyelash extensions using a Living Social deal and I've been going to her ever since! She does my brows and brow tinting on a regular basis and I don't think they've ever looked so good. Rachael always takes the time to make sure they're absolutely perfect and has helped them "recover" from the walk-in places I'd been using previously. I've also never left an appointment with the tell-tale red, irritated skin around my brows. She definitely knows what she's doing and I'd trust her with anything from brows to facials! Absolutely love Rachael's lash extension and brow services! I had lash extensions put on before I went on vacation to Costa Rica, and they were amazing! No need to wear mascara or really any eye makeup while on the beach and in the ocean - so nice. I have had my brow's done several times now, and I won't go anywhere else. I found Rachael online after not being happy with my other lash technician. Turns out my lashes were a total mess and glued together. Rachael was able to remove the lashes that were glued together and give me a beautiful full fill of healthy lashes!! She is so friendly and knowledgeable. Making someone's eyebrows 2000s thin is something you might wanna clear with them beforehand in 2025. Then when it comes time to leave they don't have enough bills for the change the woman in front of me needs so they tell her they have to give it to her in quarters unless she has exact change. She fishes through her bag for a good 5 minutes before I can finally pay and leave angry. And the wifi is down so this annoying visit didn't even count towards my rewards.
