My mom arranged for me to have microblading and eyelash extensions here for my birthday. Veanessa,…read morethe owner, was super sweet and easy to talk to while I laid there. She made sure I understood the process and what to expect in the days following my appointment. She did a great job on my brows and I LOVE them. She also did a great job with my lashes but I think I must be allergic to the glue that they use. They looked great. So I am bummed that it didn't work out. But I am super happy with my eyebrows. I am now considering additional services such as lip injections and possibly permanent eyeliner. If I decide to do either of those I will definitely go to Affordable Enhancements!

Consult on brows and also had lash extensions done here. Staff is great, attentive and friendly…read more Consult on the brows was less than worth it. I got the sense she only knew one way to do brows and wasn't experienced in the most up to date methods. Lash extensions, first round was awful, WAY too much glue, my eyes were burning for days, even in the shower, it was painful and awful. Also, I had to go back and get them filled in because the first round was minimal lashed for $150.00. She was awesome and allowed me to come back and fill them in at no charge. But... I still had to go back and schedule another 1 hour to get them done the way they should have been done the first time, this has a lot to do with why I didn't score this company so high. Again, they are nice and all, but for me, I went elsewhere for more modern up to date first time good experience.

Booking online was super easy and I was able to fill out intake forms online so I didn't have to do it in person. I was checked in by Ana, very friendly and concise! They offered their facilities to me before I was taken back by Hayley. Hayley was super quick with my bikini wax and it was completely painless. Conversation with her was so easy. I booked an appointment for three weeks without a second thought. I was nervous because I just moved to the area and didn't know where to go and who with for my waxes but I'm happy I took a chance with EWC and Hayley! They're great and I'll be back!!

I am still undecided about how I feel about my first and only interaction here. It was really easy…read moreto make and reschedule an appointment. The parking is easy and plentiful. The check in reception was quick and friendly. I'm on the fence about the timeliness. They are very strict about checking in on time for your appointment and it's obviously a sticking point for them. I was 15 minutes early and I still got the spiel about it. They were not on time for the clients. The front desk apologized to client after client when ladies were checking on when they would be seen. My own appointment was 15 minutes late with minimal communication. I didn't ask, but was told I would see someone different than I was booked with, but that ultimately didn't happen. They are very heavy on FOMO sales and the presentation was over the top in my perception. It was made to seem if I didn't purchase certain deals as a first time client, I wouldn't get a great deal in the future. I think a mention is fine, but most people don't appreciate this hard sell approach as well as all the product upsells. The appointment itself was fine and Kristiyona was super fun and friendly. I was disappointed that she missed a couple obvious areas that I paid for. Hopefully next time will be better. I see that there are a lot of issues reported online about their pricing practices. I wish I would have done some research beforehand.
