I really love this place! The threading team does an amazing job and is honestly the best around. That's why I keep coming back. One thing that can be frustrating, though, is that the shop sometimes closes unexpectedly with just a sign on the door, and the hours on Google aren't always updated. It would be incredibly helpful if hours could be kept current online so customers know what to expect before making the trip. They said that they open at 10 and no one was there and then when I called to ask if they were open, the lady on the phone was super rude and she's like I'll be in there in 20 minutes 10 minutes. you can wait if you want all sassy and stuff I think if you advertise that you're gonna be open at 10 during the holiday season, you should probably be open at 10 even earlier if it's the holiday season, I don't know who arrive to work like 30 minutes late. That's ridiculous. There is no sort of accommodation either. It was just very bad service and at that point with this lady attitude I don't even wanna get my eyebrows done there cause she'll probably watch them just to be mean so don't go to this place find a new place. read more

Bella is an artist. She's kind, thorough, abd professional. It's always worrisome getting your eyebrows done in a new place because you never know what you'll get. Bella follows the natural contour of the brow, doesn't take too much and is very communicative throughout. I was very happy with the results and it seems that it lasts longer than waxing. The only drawback is that it does hurt. Threading works by tangling you're hairs up in threads and tearing them out. There is no way to make it not hurt. It's comparable to waxing. Cost of beauty. She did tell me next time I come will hurt less because there will be less length. I got mine done about a month ago and still look great. My daughter has difficult eyebrows, they grow in different directions. She is also quite particular about them and Bella was very kind to check in often to see how she liked them. Love it. My go to for eyelash tint, eyebrow threading, and waxing! (It's oddly hard to find a place that does all three and doesn't cost $$$). The prices here are completely unbeatable and she takes both walk-ins and appointments. I think she prefers appointments for more involved appointments, but she will work with you regardless. I'm an eyelash tinting snob lol, and she does a great job as long as it sits long enough! So thankful to have this place close to home. Do plan to wait a while if you go after work. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Doesn't know the difference from shaping and thinning! Came in with full grown, thick brows and "she" shaped them thin and crooked. Is condescending, rude and acts like she's perfect, makes no mistakes and your brows are just bad since you come in! Will not be going here again, there are so many other places, downside is that other places are always busy. I went in for a face wax the day before a wedding. She waxed way above the hairline all the way up near my eye. Consequently, some of my skin was ripped off as the skin near the eye is so thin.
