First and last time coming here.. I had a terrible experience here. The young woman rushed through my eyebrow service in less than 7 minutes, despite me clearly asking her not to make them thin. Not only did she completely ignore my request and shaped my brows extremely thin, but she also cut me on both sides in the process. My skin was left irritated and my eyebrows look nothing like what I wanted. Very unprofessional and careless service. I will never be coming back here again. & they out the thread in their mouth- this is a hygiene issue.. where I've gone, they usually have a necklace so that they saliva isn't getting on the thread. When she saw me bleed she just gave me a napkin.. didn't apologize or disinfect, and she charged me full price. read more

Im so impressed! My eyebrows were an absolute mess and uneven too, but she had them cleaned up in less than 10 minutes. The shape is now very neat and polished. It was my first time trying eyebrow threading and it was a weird sensation and a little uncomfortable, but she was done after only a few minutes on each eye and it was worth it. Every time I come to Denver I have to always make a quick stop to get my eye brows done. I live 2 hrs and 55 mins away but it's worth the stop; when I do come into the city to unwind from my business work week. I've been coming to them ever since last year and I'm super impressed with the quality work I get. I've been going to the same lady and she always leaves me feeling good and stylist with my brows. She knows where to place the arch back into my brows and evens them up. The vibe there is quiet and the ladies get you in and out when they can based on their traffic flow. I have been here 3 times now. New to the area. Tried a few places and thought this place looked great. First time, the woman was just not friendly but that is pretty normal. Charged me $15. Not nice, did a decent job. Second time, same woman, she insisted on doing my side burns and cheeks even though I told her a few times I didn't want that part done. She charged me $25. Again not friendly at all but did more than I asked and then charged me for it. Next few days, had to pluck many hairs that were left or broken Third time, different woman. She was much nicer but literally just broke all the hairs. I have had so much regrowth few days after. It barely hurt and I know way... she charged me $20 This place is about 30 minutes from my house. I like it because it's near H Mart and I like going there too. I thought this would be an authentic place with good prices but I am just getting inconsistency and am really not happy each time I leave. read more

Anusha did a fabulous job with my eyebrows! Kept them thick and kept the shape! She got all the excess hair as well. Her prices are unbeatable for the area ($9 eyebrows) and she's super friendly. What's not to love?? Follows COVID protocols with mask and gloves while threading. They also give out a loyalty card and after 9 visits you get a free threading. Wow! Eyebrows often display feelings and/or emotions for individuals by providing visual body language cues to the receiver. For example, when eyebrows are raised up (minus any permanent placement due to Botox), it can indicate surprise, wonder or WTF are you kidding me cues. If tilted downwards, they can indicate worry, fear, sadness, or even bad makeup application. Eyebrows can also make an individual look older or younger. If too thin, you will look older unless you fill them in. If you have a the ability to shape a higher arch, you can instantly look younger by making your eyes look bigger. The point being it's an art that's not achieved by plucking.... nor a facial feature self-pamper session you should test the waters perfecting on your own. Go to an expert. I'm not getting younger and if my eyebrows could accurately depict the not so surprised look on their own then I would look like a constant jerk or smart a*s during my zoom calls. Thank goodness I discovered eyebrow threading by these ladies who want you to leave without a look of surprise on your face. The place is immaculate and the process takes less than 10 minutes also depending on if you want eyebrow tinting for $5 more. It's worth it to not have to fill in your brows for a couple of weeks and also they have a punch card after for free threading after so many visits. Don't be surprised anymore when someone can't read your facial cues due to your insane in the membrane eyebrows. These ladies will get that whack back on track! read more

Jyoti was her name, but there was another nice lady whom I didn't quite catch the name-- both cordial and gave me a personable visit. Walk ins aren't a headache, and the service is affordable. I don't personally enjoy getting my upper lip threaded, so wax is the way I go. It was stunned by how hot the wax feels on my skins, and thought the girl could've been more gentle-- she did get every bit of hair, so I can't discredit her. The salon is also a very simple, and still a very cute place targeted for the female consumer. The walls are a mellow green and with wall art. I especially love the bold, flirty eyes that are there. Kinda want that in my room! The two chairs are also not a problem for me because the wait time was minimal. Bad experience unfortunately. I really dont like to ever write a bad review but this service was for something on my face. I had my eyebrows threaded and they came out uneven to a point where I will have to get them fixed. I had asked for just a clean up but more was taken off on one side to the point that any fixes will result in both eyebrows being thinner and more miss shapped. I also had my eyebrows tinted and the dye smeared right below my eye and onto my forehead. I know it might be difficult to get all of it off at times but still concerning when its that close to my eye and lightly burning. I've been lucky so far not to have this happen and I had thought I'd try somewhere new before a wedding we plan to attend. Sadly this was a mistake. read more

I tried this place today. I called to make an appointment I was able to go in within an hour of calling. The place is clean and neat. I wore my mask prior to receiving services and they were in masks as well. She disinfected the chair before I sat down. I can't remember her name exactly but she did a great job I got a full face thread. I love my eyebrows I think it's been a long while since they looked almost identical.
