I've struggled to find nail techs that are experienced in gel and nail art. So moving to Central Park and being closer to Aurora I hoped for great finds in nail salons. After a few subpar experiences, I stumbled in Bomb Nail and I couldn't be more ecstatic. They are THE BOMB!!!! Easy parking near the GW Marketplace shopping, I never struggle to find parking or get an appointment. I call ahead because they are always so busy. Staff is incredibly talented. Bright, cheerful space with lots of seating. Repeat customers tell me a lot about a salon and I have become one of them. You won't find anyone complaining about their services. The techs are friendly and very talented from pedicures to dip and nail art. Everyone is quick and efficient in the services. I'm usually out in two hours for both nail and toe services. Additionally, Bomb probably has the most extensive nail color choices too in gel and dip color. Debbie is my all time favorite and phenomenal. She's an artist. She free styles the dip on my nails and is spectacular with nail art. I come up with an idea and she usually adds more style to it. Regular pedicures are a full service with hot towels and callus removal. It will run about $45 with gel color. Despite the prices listed online, I can't figure out the exact cost for my nail services. My first time, it was only $65 for my dip and nail art. Then the last few times my nail service jumped up to $100. I had the same service of overlay and art on my nails. I also am surprised you don't get any nail service like cuticle removal when doing the dip and for that cost. Leaving with a $145 tab (not including 20-25% gratuity) is a bit pricey and unexpected. If you're on a budget, perhaps stick to regular or gel services. They are worth it because my nails never chip, crack or break. My nail service lasts over 4-6 weeks but I come in sooner since they grow way too long. Nails are such an accessory statement for me and I'm thrilled I found a Denver salon that compares to my Arizona counterparts. Wednesday morning walk in about 10 mins after they opened. I love my nails but it did definitely take a while. I was there a little over an hour for dip with tips. The girl who did my nails was awesome and so detail oriented. I really appreciated how much care she put into my nails. I'd love to come back when I have more time!! Second time here first time was great but my nails did NOT hold up a lot of them broke. I came for a fill but she said I should do a new set. She hurt my nails so bad I flinched so many times and she kept taking off my old nails not caring about how it hurt me or damaged my nails underneath. I'm typing in pain and my natural nails feel non existent under these acrylics. My nails are ruined. I asked for a certain color and she painted it a different color . Came out to $60. I work in the beauty industry and if someone is in PAIN I don't keep putting them in more pain by doing the same things. She just said "sorry" and kept hurting me the same way. They said okay, and they started to do the pedi. Once it was time for the 3d flower, they said they couldn't do it. So I gave them a second option. They were little flowers that could've been glued on, and they said they were going to draw them instead. So they did. They decided to do their own style rather than what I asked for. I have been here twice and had two different technicians. Both have been professional and courteous. The first time I got a shellac mani and the second level of the pedicure. The nails last about two weeks and the pedicure lasted almost a month. I just walked in today to get a basic pedicure and it is comparable to most places second level. She did a great job. update 7/16/16. Katy did my nails today and I love her! She put anchors on my two nails bc my son is leaving for boot camp soon. I will not go anywhere else! I chose this salon because the owner at my regular salon was never there, during opening hours or when I made appointments. I needed a rebase and could not find one I liked. THIS salon is a keeper. Melanie is wonderful. She is one of the two that do pink and white. I had some nails crack, which has never happened, and after going back 2 Saturday's in a row, the owner, Angie, told be to come back to put on a new set of pink and white, at no charge. Very clean salon and the nail files and buffers are not reused, they are given to the client. I can't wait to get my pedicure. I had the new set done today and am very happy. I keep trying to give this nail shop another chance every once in a while to see if they have better service or better people and I am always disappointed. I paid $40 for a manicure and pedicure which is a great price don't get me wrong. BUT if it's done correctly. My pedicure took maybe 5 minutes I told the lady I had an ingrown nail that was bugging me and she didn't bother to take it out even though I asked.
