First off, let me start by saying I have been getting my nails done since acrylic nails came to salons in the late 70s, so I'm very aware of how my nails should be and how polish should be going on, with that being said I have been in Colorado since 2016. I have yet to find a nail salon that I can call my home. I am from California my first nail tech,I had five years, my second nail tech I had 10 years and so on. I love to have a rapport with the people who give me service. I first came to this salon a few weeks ago and Nancy did my feet,( excellent) and Lam did my nails, I got a full set, I didn't really question the price or anything because I got a pedicure and a full set. It was time for me to come get a re-base so I came back to Lam To get that done, I'm going on a trip so I wanted to look good but I didn't get nothing too fancy cause I needed most of my money for the trip. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had to ask four times to see the color chart Because I needed to find the color I wanted, I also had to keep saying no I need to keep it basic because I'm going on a trip and I need all my money.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I kept saying that she kept pushing for the ombre, especially after I found out the ombre would've cost me more so I didn't want any of that as well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I guess she did not like that, she was mumbling up under her breath. I think she didn't think I heard her, but I did.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I said Nothing kept going as if I did did not hear her. I was talking to the young lady that was sitting next to me so I just kept her mumbling under her breath. . The first time she did my nails we collaborated we talked about it and I really didn't have no money issues so she was happy. Anyway she polished my nails very very thick. I said Nothing because we already had a confrontation not a big one, But I needed to understand something that was on their menu. It was explained I was satisfied she did my nails very, very thickly , a few hours after I got home they started peeling by the time. I went back the very next morning to get it taken care of ,three of the nails were already peeling. The owner said that it was because of the yellow polish,It wasn't a good polish, that is not true when you do gel polish is supposed to be done in thin increments to be cured between each polish. She pile it on thick, I said nothing again because she was the professional.I got charged because I wanted the polish on the tip of my nails and not on my full nails, so he charged me $10 for that even though I had to come back because it was something his employee did. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I kept my decorum I paid that $10. I even gave him a five dollar tip, but they will not be getting my business.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I am a very loyal customer and I do give very good tips. You make me happy I make you happy. so now I'm still on the move trying to find a honest salon.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] And what I mean by that is who really listen and cares about their customers that's one thing I miss about Cali, I always long-term text who really listened and if they made a mistake or if somebody messed up, they always always fixed it with a smile. But I gotta say the owner he did fix it and he is awesome, but because he didn't acknowledge the wrong and didn't offer complementary because of the trouble that's not good and I didn't even want anything outrageous, I just wanted the tips.

Wednesday morning walk in about 10 mins after they opened. I love my nails but it did definitely take a while. I was there a little over an hour for dip with tips. The girl who did my nails was awesome and so detail oriented. I really appreciated how much care she put into my nails. I'd love to come back when I have more time!! Hi everyone, wanted to let you know about Bomb Nails in Aurora CO. First time for me to visit. They are wonderful! I asked for a holiday design that I had a picture of and without hesitation that's what I got, although I was told it was better than the original picture. Lan (sorry if I spelled this incorrectly) free hand the design. She was super fast. So Cute! Price is comparable to other places I've gone.

I think it's really important to note that most of the 1-4 star reviews are from 5, 6, 7, even 8 years ago, while almost all of the 5-star reviews are from the past several months to one year. The ownership/management changed here about 3 years ago and they remodeled recently. Me (the manager) is wonderful and this is one of the better-looking, better-smelling nail salons I've been to in a very long time.

I was visiting from out of town and in desperate need of a pedicure -- Bomb Nails came to my rescue. They were able to get me in without an appointment and fixed all the wrongs that I had been doing during my at-home nail painting sessions. Nails came out fine but my boyfriend pedi +mani was horrible they finished both in 35 mins. My basic pedi took was 25 minutes alone.

Honestly I had high hopes when I came in the front desk was welcoming& the lady who seated us was kind at first too. I got a basic pedicure + full set. My boyfriend got a pedi DELUXE. Which was rushed and done horribly, nails weren't cleaned, the foot mask + gel that I paid Extra money for was put on and wiped off... not how a mask works... the lady who did my pedicure was honestly wonderful and I have no complaints, it seems as if the other lady who did my boyfriends pedi she thought he wouldn't mind or notice her not actually doing a pedi but why did I receive more care on my basic pedi? We walked in at 4:45 and by 5 he was almost done , I got the deluxe for him to relax and kill time He didn't even get half of what I got. 155 and for half done services... will go somewhere else and get my moneys worth, nails are already chipped from his pedi after one day

Very horrible Service Katie took tooo long to fix them over and over because she's horrible With acrylic they over charge for service that's not provided and they don't clean equipment after it's used I literally got out of my pedicure and watched another lady sit and my same seat and they didn't clean shit !!! Then had the nerve to give herself a tip on top of the 120 I was charged for shitty ass nails I've had on for only 4 days and one is coming off if you like acrylic DONT let Katie do your nails worse place since the other staff wasn't there

Simply Nails was definitely one of the cleanest and most organized nail salons I've experienced. The manager and everyone who worked there was so nice and welcoming. I keep trying to give this nail shop another chance every once in a while to see if they have better service or better people and I am always disappointed. I paid $40 for a manicure and pedicure which is a great price don't get me wrong. BUT if it's done correctly. My pedicure took maybe 5 minutes I told the lady I had an ingrown nail that was bugging me and she didn't bother to take it out even though I asked. My manicure lady was good to talk to but my nails looked horrible she was in a rush and didn't take the time to actually do a proper pedicure on me . This place sucks everyone should go to American Nails on Ironton st they do a great job unlike here.... read more

Katie is the QUEEN OF ACRYLICS. So detail oriented. She caught and corrected every little imperfection immediately, and they came out perfect in the end. Their acrylics start at $30 but I paid $40 for this set. You won't get better acrylics for such an affordable rate anywhere else. read more

This is usually one of my go to places, and most of the technicians there are fine. However, the last time I went in was horrible. I went in to get my acrylics removed, and the technician was so rough, so rough that he scrapped half of my finger nail off and while filing my nails proceeded to file the skin below my nail and bruise that part of my finger. They did not offer to waive the payment for that service either... Pretty disappointing and overall unpleasant experience. Also, some of the technicians don't use gloves and take smoke breaks while working on you. Not too sure if they wash off before touching their clients either. read more

This is my go-to place! I usually have an amazing experience here and have a great time and have been happy with my manicures and pedicures. I get my nails done about 3 times a year, so it's a treat for me! I went in yesterday and was so disappointed with the technician. She said a total of 10 words to me. Her attitude that I brought my own polish colors in was stand offish. I chose a lighter color for my fingernails and was concerned that my nails might show through. I simplified my question to the best of my abilities and she still didn't understand, so someone had to come over and translate for me. Frustrating, but whatever. The polish is inconsistent at the edge and bed of my nails. Worst of all, my right pinky is all cut up! I have a cut underneath my nail, on each side of my cuticles. I will be back because I do enjoy this place, but will ask to be placed with another technician. read more

I'm disappointed that I had to give this review because the ladies were so nice. The main guy who did my nails as well but he did a fast sloppy job of filing my nails just because they ran late on my appointment that I was ten minutes early to. Now less then 2 week my nails are braking even with Shellac top of them. This has never happens any where else. Not to mention I can get the same work at U.S.A nails for cheaper and better quality. I never going back there over hyped read more

If I could do no stars at all I would. My nails came off after a week and paying $75 they should have lasted longer. Never again will I ever come here. It is such a ripe off and bs. I wish I could have my 2 hours and my money back so ridiculous. read more

I have to say I'm quite disappointed. This was my favorite salon and I went in about a week or two ago to get a shallac manicure. I got the Cat eye polish which was cool but however my polish was painted super thick and started chipping and peeling easily. read more

I am currently sitting at the dry bar of the best "basic" pedicure I have ever received. This place is a breath of fresh air in the Aurora nail game. The facility is extremely clean, and technicians use clean and new tools on each person. The chairs are extremely clean and well maintained. The massage part of the chair was unbeatable. There is a strange part to the seat massage that can be turned off, and then it's fantastic. My pedicure was really fantastic and it was the lowest level they offer. My technician really did take her time and did a fantastic job, but don't expect to be in and out of this place quickly. She was also really good at massaging my feet. I can't wait to come back to this place and try other services they offer! read more

I'm in town from LA and came to get my nails done with my mom. I have to say this is the cleanest and most pleasant nail salon I have been to. The entire salon is so clean, organized, and tastefully decorated. Angie and Ramy (not sure how to spell her name) were so much fun to talk to and made us feel very comfortable. They really took their time doing our manicures and pedicures and our nails look amazing! I definitely plan on coming back the next time I'm in Aurora. read more

On my first visit, my first impression of the salon was that it was very clean and organized. There is good, recent, upbeat music playing. You check in at the front and you're greeted immediately by the staff. I was helped by Li (Lee) to get a black French tip shellac polish and manicure. She was really attentative and gentle. The other staff members came by to chat as well and everyone was personable and accommodating. I also noticed that they greet their regulars by their first name. Seen about 4 come in and they knew exactly what they each came in for. I was offered green tea while I got my manicure done. Very happy with the service and will be returning soon! read more

Based on the other reviews, I stopped in today - mostly because they open at 9:30. I am so impressed with Simply Nails. Remy gave me the best pedicure I've ever had, and it was their basic. She is so thorough and careful, I felt like I was getting the royal treatment. The salon is extremely clean, they use new tools on every person and the chairs are super comfortable. The price is the same I pay to get treated shabbily at the other place by Target. I can't recommend Simply Nails highly enough. read more

I went in on Valentine's Day for a pedi/mani, being new to town, I chose their salon from other's reviews on here and I was not disappointed! The best thing about this salon is the staff. They were so friendly and accommodating! They make you feel so welcomed and relaxed! My pedicure was wonderful and thorough. The whole establishment is super clean. My finger nails were really messed up from acrylic nails I got in Oklahoma a month ago. Le really took the time to shape and buff my nails for my shellac mani; even though my nails were really short, she still made them look beautiful! I am super impressed and will absolutely return. I got a full set done, asked for square with rounded corners and the lady I had (older lady who count speak much English) could not do that! I kept telling her I want square with rounded corners and she just kept making them worse. Finally I asked the the lady sitting next to her to show her what I want and she did. The lady that was doing my nails tried to fix them and they looked a lot better than before but definitely not the best! I the acrylic is so un even I honestly don't know how she has a job! I've had my nails a week and they're turning like black (they look dirty) I believe it's the top coat! Will not be going back to this salon! read more

I moved from North Denver to South Denver last year and since it is my birthday (treating myself) I've been looking for an affordable nail salon with great quality. First time in about two weeks ago. Had a rebase and polish change. It was a horrible job. The polish is missing on half of a couple nails and the rebase goes up on to my cuticle which is catching on everything. I'm now going to have to pay to have them redone. The friend that went with me for a manicure was cut and had something poured on it, I'm guessing in an attempt to stop the bleeding, which caused quite a bit of stinging. This is a gorgeous new nail place in Aurora. These lovely ladies take their time and do a beautiful job! I've always gotten a great massage with my pedicures and they take their time to really make your cuticles look great on manicures. They also do all of the popular and trendy nail designs! I was so happy to find this place after trying many of the typical fast-paced and rushed salons in Aurora. If you're looking for a new nail salon to call home, this is it! read more

Zoya did my mani/pedi and she was great and knowledgeable. Rita did my sister's and she really loved her too! The place was clean and didn't smell like chemicals at all. I live out of the country and very rarely get the opportunity to get a decent pedicure. I found this little gem through Yelp during a recent business trip and was not disappointed. When I called, the owner was very friendly and was able to take me same day which was a bonus! The salon is very clean, organized and in a great location! Very friendly staff who make you feel at home. I got the deluxe pedi by "REMY" and she/it was fabulous! I would like to add that the massage chairs are in great operating condition! They also had a decent selection of polish, gels and shellac. I am going back for a wax and facial before I leave! read more

Place is clean and inexpensive but you definitely get what you pay for. I went in for the first time for just a pedicure (which I've always thought you can't mess up) but it turns out you can. My toes were cut so incredibly short when I asked to have them just filed down. The technician smudged the color on both of my big toes when putting on the little flip flops, when I asked to have it redone she just painted over it. Needless to say I just spend 30$ to redo them at my house.. read more

Let's get straight to the real tea! Until recently they have had a couple of very bad seeds that have performed horrible service, treated everyone that came in contact with disrespectfully, and were down right mean. This has been changed. New owners have come in and cleaned house. The bad seeds have been removed and the positive energy restored. God bless Angie, she did her very best and always did what she could to fix a problem. So many factors go into a service being done that it's hard to predict the result, but a certain level of expectation is acceptable. Ask about the price before hand with what you want done. Don't wait to be surprised because this or that cost extra. The prices are extremely fair and generally based again on what is being done. The establishment is very clean, well kept, no overwhelming chemical smells. I have tried countless salons throughout the entire city. From bliss bar to "nails" in a random part of the mall downtown that was a closet with a woman doing nails. I still come back time and time again knowing what I will get. Did I mention they aren't going to give you a hard time for coming up with crazy nail ideas and do their best to figure it out? Yup. They will do that too. The bad reviews you are seeing are absolutely about the bad seeds that have been removed. Give this place a try for the first time or another try to see the changes they are making. Its worth it. read more

However they do have private rooms if needed for your service. $11 for armpits and $30 for half legs. Often times when I visit there's a line of 21 people, but it goes by so fast. Usually you put your name on the list and then wait for the service. If there is a long wait, then sometimes I will go and have Korean or Afghanistan or Mexican food in the same shopping center or walk across the street to Milkroll for ice cream. Very convenient, fast process/service and this location has been here over 10 years but run by Nirmala for 7 years since 2019. Please support this small, a local, woman owned threading and waxing salon. They do offer other services Threading, waxing, lashes, facials and hair treatments with Henna.

I wanted to kindly share some feedback regarding my visit to your salon on July 23rd. I came in without an appointment to have my nails done in preparation for my birthday celebration. The staff was welcoming and offered to help, and I truly appreciated that. However, I was assigned to an elderly technician, and unfortunately, the results were far from what I had hoped for. The manicure was done in a very poor manner. She didn't remove the cuticles until I asked her to, and even then, they weren't properly taken care of. The nail polish application was uneven, with visible brush marks, and some of the nails were left looking too thick and oversized for my fingers. She tried to cover the imperfections with oil, but I still left the salon feeling unhappy and unconvinced. When I showed my nails to my husband, he was genuinely shocked by how messy they looked. What was supposed to be a joyful moment before my birthday turned into a really disappointing experience -- I even ended up in tears that day. I don't do this often but I felt like it was a must! I decided to call around to get a last minute appointment for a full set. The first 2 places wouldn't take me, but 3rd times a charm! Simply nails was very busy but still was able to squeeze me in last minute. Upon walking in I was amazed at how beautiful the inside design was. Very modern, clean, unique! The staff was also very friendly asking if I needed any refreshments and if I was doing ok. My nail tech - Katie was so welcoming and gave me exactly what I wanted and More! Maybe it's the fact that she's a bit of a perfectionist like me, or her attention to detail. But her work is on Point! love this place as soon as I walked in.... I was greeted by staff member without having to stand feeling always for a long time even though they were busy.. I had an appointment so the was was minimal. it was my first time so I wasn't sure what to expect but the salon was very clean and put together. I did a pedicure first and the only thing wrong about it was the techambers used a different scent then what I asked for but I was still good.. turned out very nice, I then when on to have a full set of nails with flowers and jewels and they turned out beautiful. I get so many compliments. I started going to Simply Nails pretty much since they opened and I still LOVE IT! This is definitely my to-go place to get my nails done. I'm there almost every two weeks. Usually when places open they look great because everything is new. Angie and Charlie, the owners, definitely make an effort to keep this place spotless, so it still looks as clean and beautiful as the beginning. I just moved into this neighborhood and have been looking to get my nails done. I was in a position to go all out on my nails and decided it would be a perfect time to give this shop a try. Enter Etoile Salon, where professional technicians transform what can only be described as feral hiking hooves into respectable human feet again. They truly are superb. Gentle, focused, and extremely professional. No rushing, no chaos. Just skilled people quietly performing the miracle of turning your feet back into something you wouldn't be ashamed to parade around town. For the record, I usually go with The Classic Etoile Pedicure. 35 minutes, $50. It's the perfect amount of time for someone to politely and methodically restore order to your feet while you sit there contemplating life choices. There are also plenty of add-ons if you want. Scrubs, treatments, upgrades. The spa equivalent of "would you like fries with that?" Then something unexpected happened. I started adding color. At first it was tentative black. You know...safe. Masculine. The gateway color. Then came money green. A little flash. A little attitude. Fiscally responsible. And most recently...royal purple. If this continues, by summer I fully expect to be sitting in that chair calmly selecting something called "cosmic mermaid chrome." The owner, Nara, is an absolute rock star. She's been in the industry for nearly two decades and that makes you realize the person working on your feet knows far more about taking care of them than you ever will. But credentials aside, what really stands out is how she runs the place. Nara has mastered the rare hospitality skill of making every customer feel like a longtime regular. People walk in and greet her like family, and she somehow manages to keep everything running smoothly while making sure everyone feels welcomed and relaxed. Which makes sense, because the entire vibe of the salon is calm and comfortable, not rushed. A logistical tip: they get slammed early on weekends. My last appointment was 1pm on a Saturday and it was practically serene. Six chairs, three customers, zero chaos. Now here's the part that tells you everything you need to know. I live in Cherry Creek, which has roughly one nail salon per block. I could walk to several of them while holding an Americano and pretending I'm productive. Instead, I drive 15 minutes to Etoile. Because when someone is responsible for maintaining your toenails, you develop loyalty. So gentlemen, if you've been avoiding pedicures because you think it's not your thing, let me offer a perspective. You maintain your car. You service your HVAC. You sharpen your kitchen knives.
