I came for my eyebrows only. Unfortunately, I can only give this place 3 stars because of the customer service and the quality of the threading service. I get my eyebrows done every month but I was looking for a new place so decided to try Karm's. I called in advance for a same-day appoint and the store confirmed I could come. However, she literally spent less than 3 minutes on my brows and the whole process felt super rushed. She let me check my brows before she trimmed them too so it was hard to see what it would look like. I also realized after the appointment that she didn't clean up the top of one brow at all. I tried to go back after I checked the mirror in the car, but she was already gone. I don't think she is bad at threading but it seemed like she was in a rush and didn't do a complete job. read more

Quick and efficient! I got my eyebrows threaded in just a few minutes and I didn't have to wait long either to be serviced. Karm did my eyebrows and it was pain free. She was super sweet too. Update 2/7/17: After posting my previous review below, Karm personally reached out to help me with my eyebrows. In all honesty, finding another salon to do my eyebrows is so much work so I decided to make an appointment with her. She was very apologetic for my last few experiences but it wasn't her fault. She does an AMAZING job which is why I loved this place so much in the beginning. Even though there were some rocky bumps, Karm has made it so much better and my brows are back on their way to perfection. I have been going to Karm's Threading since May 2015. I thought I finally found the perfect place for my brows. After meeting Karm at my place of work, she personally invited me to come see her when she saw I had a cut under my brow from a different threading salon I had been to. She did my brows maybe twice out of the many times I've been there (I go every 2-3 weeks). Her assistant has done my brows many times over and she always seemed to do a good job. However, recently (about the last 5 visits) my brows have turned out to be significantly different from each other. My right brow would turn out perfect and my left brow extremely thin. It's so frustrating to have to grow your eyebrows back and having given her the chance to reclaim herself, she's failed. I am no longer going to come back. read more

Karm is not only so sweet/nice but she's amazing at what she does and gives great advice on beauty treatments. They were really nice, but they messed up my eyebrows a bit. This lady was practicing on my eyebrow, then the owner came by and did the rest for her, and she kept threading one of my eyebrows and made it supper thin! This is a review after 6 visits. After having visited multiple threading locations in and around Denver, I really thought I had found my dream threading AND waxing place, but unfortunately not. The Brazilian wax resulted in the worst next day pain I have ever experienced. I could barely stand to allow the water to hit my body in the shower it hurt so much. The first few threading experiences were also great, but I finally decided I had to move on when one visit resulted in uneven eyebrows (one arched, one flat) that is taking quite some time to correct and another visit resulted in several small scabs along my eyebrow. Came to Karm to have henna done on my daughters hands. We showed her a pretty intricate design and she copied it perfectly!! She's very good at what she does!! My daughter loved it and was extremely happy!! Karm is very sweet and friendly! The shop is very clean and welcoming! Price for having the henna done was very good! Per the Yelp reviews I decided to try Karms thanks to its location and rating and let me just say I AM HAPPY!!!!!!! The owner was extremely courtesy and sweet asking the right questions because I've never had threading done before. I was very pleased with how quickly she worked and how she did exactly what I asked!!!!!!! I will never go back to waxing after I've seen the wonders of what threading can do. They're amazing at their job & prioritize customer satisfaction every time. Once a new girl threaded my eyebrows, making one big & the other small & when I requested her to fix it, she did it & oh yeah, I was satisfied..though she was new, she attempted to satisfy me & she did... They're customer friendly and know your needs promptly... Mistakes are humane, that can be fixed & recoverable...I totally disagree with friends exaggerating things online, that is prone to degrade one's reputation & also carry a false mask to others on the look out for it... Me and my mom always come here to get our eyebrows done. They always keep them thick and true to our preferred shape. The only thing that bothers me is that I always get an acne rash where the threading had been done. They offer witch hazel but I need a stronger alternative.They're reasonably priced and they offer a range of threading and skincare services. Karm is amazing! Her salon is a hidden gem. I just went to go get my eyebrows & face threaded for the first time and she did an excellent job. She kept the shape of my eyebrows thicker like I prefer, and she did my full face so quickly and easily so it barely hurt.
