I came here after researching lasers and finding that Zap uses the same laser as Milan laser, and strong lasers than laser away- but they do not require you to get a lifetime membership. Their pricing is transparent, and incredibly competitive. They are located in an unassuming building complex, but inside they are very clean, knowledgeable, and professional. I purchased laser hair removal for my underarms and Brazilian and they were so patient and thorough. Their laser is stronger than you can purchase for at home use, therefore it is more painful- the feeling is similar to a rubber band snap. However, it requires immensely less treatments because of its strength. The entire laser if process took around 10 minutes for both areas total and they use ice to cool the area which is a god send! I will absolutely be returning for the remainder of my laser treatments. read more

I got a recommendation for hair removal from a friend's friend, and I'm glad I took it! They did a great job doing a consultation my first time and letting me know what it normal. Milana has recently been doing my treatments, and I have had amazing results! It is definitely painful but she uses ice to help and there is aloe and soothing lotion. They also have a sliding scale in pay the longer you come so your payments will decrease with time. read more

They are a scam. Agreed to go with 5 treatment deal with expectations that it will help with hair issue. After five treatments there was no response and so more and more treatments are needed. I am officially lasered! I was scared, real scared, because I'm fair skinned and burn easily. I just knew I'd be like those horrific pictures you see on Google of lasering gone terribly wrong. Thankfully, that was not the case and was only a tad bit red right after the procedure. The gal who did my procedure (I feel horrible for not remembering her name - she was young, tan and had more hair than I have ever seen - I'm a tad bit jealous) was absolutely wonderful. She was calming and answered all my questions, and I was probably overly chatty due to being nervous, but she didn't seem to mind. The place is clean and the procedure room was bright, nice and comfortable. The lasering itself probably took no more than 8 minutes. I will say it isn't pain free, and it feels just like a hot rubberband snapping you (as she told me it could feel like). That said, I'm heavily tattooed, so nothing pain wise compares to that. Plus the procedure was so quick, I didn't really even think about it. The worst part? The smell of burning hair...ewwwww! It has been a little over a week since I was there. I followed the aftercare and did sit with an ice bag on the various lasered parts the first night, but I was probably being a little bit overly dramatic. The hair is falling out as it should be. Nothing weird to report. I go back in 5 weeks (4 weeks now) for round 2. It's not cheap, so it is nice to save up in between appointments. I am a fan! read more

Had I to do it over again, I would not go here. Milana laser-ed off the outsides of my eyebrows, which I never asked her to do, saying that I "will like it." I don't. It apparently gives me the physical characteristics of a thyroid problem I don't actually have. It is permanent. Eyebrows do not grow back after being laser-ed. The upper leg procedure burnt and scarred me badly every single time. All I got for that was one small bottle of aloe for free. After the one bottle, they had no more to give me nor did they offer any treatment for the scarring. I wanted to stop after the first burn but they said it would be a waste to stop. I should have stopped because it never stopped burning and only gave me more and more scars. I would have been better off never doing this. read more

Loveeeeeee it all! Yes, you may need more than 5 treatments but the results are unbelievable. My most favorite thing about laser hair removal is not having to grow out my hair for two weeks. You can shave a day or two before your procedure and it works so great. I am to a point where I need a little touch up once a year or so for some stragglers that keep growing back, but trust me, I'm willing to take that over shaving every other day, dealing with the razor bumps and irritation, and then repeating the process all over again.
