Their laser is stronger than you can purchase for at home use, therefore it is more painful- the feeling is similar to a rubber band snap. However, it requires immensely less treatments because of its strength. The entire laser if process took around 10 minutes for both areas total and they use ice to cool the area which is a god send! We were happy with the results. The problems came when we tried to schedule appointments to use the remainder of our banks. We could never find appointments at our closest location online. We would call the location and they would confirm that there were no appointments available - even 2-4 weeks out. We were FINALLY able to get appointments on 8/23/26, booked a couple weeks in advance. We arrived 15 minutes early only to be told, "Oh, we just sent you a text...we had to cancel. We don't have a nurse here today". When I went home and tried to call the location (Denver Cherry Creek), nobody would answer the phone. I literally put my phone on speaker and let it ring for at least five minutes. No answer. I hung up and called later and did the same thing. Again, NO ANSWER. I called their corporate office and requested a refund for both me and my husband's accounts. They told me "someone from finance will call me back'. They never did. A couple weeks later, I called the local office and again got nowhere. I advised them I would file a complaint with the BBB. A few minutes after hanging up, a woman named Leah called me and we spoke for quite awhile. I will note that she was very nice but not much help. When I mentioned how many reviews I was seeing of people having the same issues with not being able to get appointments or having their appointments canceled, she told me that there is a nursing shortage and that's why they are having these issues. She seemed very skeptical about me getting a refund due to their policies but told me she would speak to her manager and get back to me. Guess what? She never called me back. I again called the corporate office and went through everything all over again....and was told the same thing...."we have to forward this and someone will get back to you." No call. No text. No email. NOTHING. I filed a complaint with the BBB and explained very thoroughly that I was requesting the refund for the full value of what remained in both me and my husband's banks which were all paid for on my card. About a week later, Laseraway responded to my BBB complaint and refunded me for my bank only. Just an FYI, if you're in the same position as us...no one at this company seems to understand the concept of cross referencing accounts. I am still fighting to get the over $500 balance of my husband's bank refunded. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

I've been going back for over a year now, getting better results for almost PAINLESS microneedling as I did for insanely painful laser treatments that I had at other places. My skin has never been so clear, and my hyperpigmentation from years of acne is basically gone. At other places, microneedling has kind of felt like being slapped in the face repeatedly with a meat tenderizer, but whatever Kim uses to numb your face works like a charm. Seriously. Not to mention: As soon as you meet Kim, you realize there's something very deeply beautiful about her. She is maternal, warm, tuned into your needs, and (above all) masterful at what she does. After discussing the medications I was on, he said it would not be a good idea to get the treatment I purchased the voucher for, but could go ahead and schedule a Carboxy Face Mask to see how that worked for me. I asked if I could have it done right there and then and he said he would go ahead and do the treatment for me. Steve is very professional, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He really know his stuff. The exam room was comfortable and after changing into a gown, he started with a very thorough microdermabrasion followed by the mask. It was a weird sensation (really feels like pop rocks), but I only had a little bit of tingling but no discomfort. He then did some light therapy on top of the mask. I was very pleased with the results and he gave me a salon credit because the mask was cheaper than the laser treatment voucher. Steve and his staff are awesome! Felt very comfortable and they also provide massages, wax, laser hair removal, botox/fillers and a variety of facials (especially for people suffering from acne). I like the fact that they are medically directed and supervised, and their medical team is often on site. Plenty of free parking and there is a hot dog cart in the parking lot which I will try at my next appt!
