Despite having an incredible aesthetician at European Wax for my bikini line, I wanted a more permanent result. I decided to do their package deal so I can keep my dolphin status. The packages are great because you will need at least eight treatments if you have little or light hair growth like myself. More if you have coarse or stubborn hair. Do I believe it is effective? For me, yes. My husband maybe a 5-6 success. Maybe because men have more stubborn hair, but he certainly has very little on his chest and the regrowth was still significant. We both completed our packages and I've had little to no regrowth and his is slightly improved from shaving. It's relatively painless mostly for the quickness of the nurses and the cooling fan. Any time you have laser near your body, it's going to heat up. If you can bear through waxing, this is much less painful. But caution, the smell of laser burning your hair follicle is unpleasant. My bikini appointments are 10 minutes max and husband's chest is more like 15-20. I not sure about their other services like tattoo removal or facials. I did try to book a complimentary hydrafacial but again, my appointments got rescheduled / cancelled. The biggest issue with LaserAway is the lack of nurses available. You'll set an appointment and then get a text or call within short amount of time before your appointment that it is cancelled. Unprofessional. Disrespectful to customer's time. It is always due to lack of nurses because the various locations share the nurses. Spend the money to hire people. Then you'll have customers set appointments and return often. It also alleviates the pressure and demand on your front office staff from customer complaints and frustrations. With what is available on the market, the competition will easily take your customers unless you improve your staffing needs.
