My gel polish chipped after one day. The nails were not filed evenly. Service was cheap but not with it since now I have to go get a repair. read more

Bomb Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Aurora, Colorado

I had acrylics already on but a bad set from another salon. I read Yelp and Simply sounded good. I even got Remind, a gal mentioned as really good. Beware!! She did a nice job, one nail is crooked but that's not all! She said she had to take off the set on me, which is fine except she said she wouldn't charge me for it. She wound up taking another client and giving the bill to the girl at the register without showing me first. The extra charge was there. Lying is Bad customer service. read more

Bomb Nails - Index finger is too long and crooked - Nail Salons Near Me - Aurora, Colorado

I scheduled an appointment to do a mani/pedi with my daughter for her birthday. Katie (one of the owners) did a great job of doing her nails and my daughter walked away happy. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The tech who did my mani clipped my left toe. I ended up having to go back to the salon because one of the nails chipped and had to be repaired. Once I got home I realized there was a crackling on the nail so I AGAIN had to go back to the salon to get the nail fixed but decided to ask for a refund since there were so many issues. The salon does not provide refunds but why would I want to go back AGAIN just to get to crappy service. I spent $200 in that salon and it was a waste of money. I don't recommend. read more

I had a gel manicure and gel pedicure done, costing $80. The gel manicure was decently priced but the way they priced their pedicure is a little ridiculous. I believe it was $25 for the pedicure and then $35 for the gel, on top of the $25 they already charged you. I have a lot of breaks in my nails from working with my hands. Usually nail techs will apply glue to where it's broken to prevent it from tearing completely. This nail technician applied a "hot glue." It was coated on my entire nail like an additional coat of nail polish before she applied the gel. The finished product looked okay, but 2 days after the gel polish fell off of every nail she applied the hot glue to (5 nails). The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because when I went back for her to fix my nail she was very nice and apologetic. Unfortunately 2 more nails fell off after that I would not recommend them. read more

Amazing owner!!! They do a great pedicure and your shellac actually stays on for 2-3 weeks!!!

Definitely come to this salon! The employees are extremely accommodating and nice! I had Porsha and she was amazing in doing my french pedicure. She took her time and really honed in on my areas needing attention. I would recommend this place to anyone! read more

LOOK NO FURTHER! Absolutely LOVE this nail salon, it's a true JEM!!! It's CLEAN, everyone speaks english well, free wifi and refreshments. They are all so sweet! I have a few gals I can recommend for good acrylics. Tiffany, Katrina, and Remy are all so great!! It's always a great experience. Nice music, beautiful decor, wide selection of polishes. Even has a system that sends you alerts of your appointment to your phone. They really take your average nail salon to the next level without the over priced high end salon price tag. I've been going about half a year and I'm so so pleased. Thanks Simply Nails Team! read more

I walked in for 3 manicures and they took care of us right away! They are up to date in the trends! Clean and courteous!!

This is my first time at Simply Nails and I must say I am impressed! The whole establishment is very clean and orderly. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Prices are fair. I will definitely be coming back! read more

This is the worst nail salon I've ever been too . Not only did my nails fell off with in a matter of days . But the shellac came of after I washed dishes. I ask for a simple design and was rudely told " Nope I don't that" and she walked away . Don't waste your time or your money here ! read more

This place is a gem!! The nail techs and owner are super friendly and provide great services! Melanie was my nail tech today and did the nest set of acrylics I have ever had. They are short and look natural like I wanted. Really they are perfect! I highly recommend this nail salon! read more

I have received excellent friendly service both times I have come to this nail salon. The place is clean and inviting. The early hours are fabulous. The process are very reasonable and is reassuring to see that they own a new /sanitized pack of tools with each customer. I will continue to return here for my shellac nails. read more

Looked on yelp for reviews, and liked that this salon was close to my job, as well as open earlier on weekends than other salons. They are all very friendly ladies, the salon is new, just open this summer. They offer you a drink, and place your purse in a basket so its not laying on the floor. Prices are reasonable too. I will be going back! read more

I had a terrible experience here due to the service. I came in to do a pedicure, but about 15 minutes into the service I had a health issue, which flared up out of nowhere. I told the woman doing my toes that I wasn't going to get the pedicure and if she could just clean them up, that would be good. She was all surprised and shocked. Kept asking me over and over again why and if I wanted something else done. I kept telling her no thank you. She gets up and tells the woman up front, who I think might just be the owner. THAT woman comes up to me and asks again "did you want a pedicure??" I told her no, I am just going to get them cleaned up now. Again, the look of surprise and dismay on her face, as if no one has ever changed their mind ever in this place. I was done about 5ish minutes later and went up to pay. She told me $50. FIFTY. I said to her, I didnt get any polish or anything, I didnt get the full service, why are you charging me full price??" She said that I asked for a pedicure and that's the service I have to pay for, whether I get it all done or not. I was so flustered, my health flare up was getting worse and I just wanted to leave. I said "my god, this is completely not okay, I have to go due to my health issue, how can you charge me for an entire service I didn't get, people are allowed to change their minds!!?" She then asked me what my health problem was, which was beyond inappropriate at that point. I wanted to get out of there fast. I paid FULL price after being in their for 15 minutes, and I still tipped the rude woman who worked on my toes. Never going here again, your customer service is beyond unprofessional, never have I had an experience like this read more

This place is wonderful. It's not cluttered and they take their time on you. Set up an appointment with Katie. You won't regret it. My full set lasted for more than a month with a rebase. I'm sure ot would have lasted longer if my job wasn't so hands on. read more

One word: rude! I walked into a mostly empty salon and asked hopefully for a pedi today. The man looked at me like "b----, please!" Then the (receptionist?) gave me a dirty look and shook her head in disapproval like I was an idiot. They said they were "booked solid" even though all pedi chairs were empty and their next clients weren't scheduled for another 45 minutes. Not a good first impression. Bye, Felicia! read more

Well...I stopped in without an appointment to unfortunately be turned away. I've heard great things about the salon however next time I will make an appointment. I am giving review two stars because although I did not get serviced the staff was very kind but I wish they would have attempted to make me an appointment while I was there. Also, shop was very clean. I will try again. For now I am heading to Elegant Nails Salon and Spa. read more

Tiffany did a great job on my shellac manicure. She was fast and efficient. I was able to get right in without an appointment. The salon is extremely clean and the technician used clean tools. read more

Very poor customer service! I walked in fairly early and they asked me what I wanted. I told the gal I would like a shellac mani and a pedicure. She said they wouldn't have time, which is fine. The problem was how rude she was about it. She didn't ask if I could come back, come another day, nothing. So I walk to my car and get ready to leave and her and another gal run out waving me down. Um no, even if they ended up having time I would not have gone back in due to the extremely poor customer service. Will not be back. read more

I stopped by yesterday to make an appointment for today, and was impressed when I was greeted by my first name when I walked in. I needed a rebase on hard gel nails with shellac polish. The salon in very clean and modern. Tiffany did my nails and she was super gentle! No pain at all, which I appreciate. She did a great job and the price was very fair. I will definitely go back. I would recommend this place to my friends. Next time, I'll try a pedicure. read more

Wow. I decided to try Simply Nails on a whim because I was getting a little burned out of my regular nail salon and this place had great reviews on Yelp. The quality and price of my gel manicure is unbeatable. Katie is super sweet and everyone at the salon is incredibly friendly. I'm excited to become Simply Nails' newest regular. Highly recommend. read more

Great customer service. Rita was my technician and she was amazing. Very nice and clean facility. This will certainly be my nail spot from now on. read more

Best nail salon I have ever been to! My gel manicure lasted longer than anywhere else I have ever been to, and it was perfect!

I recently moved to the area and decided to try this salon out and I am glad I did. The salon is very clean, new tools for every customer - which as some of you know, at some places you have to request your tech to do so (gross!). The owners are friendly and accommodating. My first time in on a busy Saturday, I was able to get squeezed in for a mani/pedi even though they were swamped. I am now a regular and Remi does my nails. Love her! She is funny, detail oriented and listens to what her clients want. I highly recommend this salon - even if you don't live in the area, its worth the drive! read more

So my daughter wanted us to get out nails done for a while so when she got her paycheck she told me "let's go get out nails done mom" next thing you know we get there and they start doing our nails and they shape we got started coming out all weird and ugly so we let the ladies doing out nails if the can fix them but they didn't do anything about it and left them all uneven shape and and bumpy they're just the ugliest nails we've ever gotten the even do better at a salon on Colfax and we talked to the owner and charged us $115 for this crappy work I would never go to this place again and I would recommend it to nobody!!!!!! read more

Found this place on Yelp, wasn't the closest to my place, but decided to give it a go when I found out that it was open at 9:30. Remy was great, she was pleasant to chat with and she did an excellent job on my manicure. Will definitely be coming back! read more

They are a little on the pricey size and the $35 pedicures don't come with leg massages. The massage chairs are very comfortable. They also have a great selection of dip colors which is also a plus. My toes and nails looked amazing for my trip to Vegas. It's been a week and my nails and toes still look great. read more

Zoya did a great gel manicure for me today. I've never had such gentle treatment of my cuticle. She's a true pro!

Go every 2weeks and service is wonderful. Place is clean. Staff is pleasant. Pedicures are great too. Keeps me from having to go to the Podiatrist to take care of my ingrown toe nails. read more

Meghann did a really great job on my daughters nails and when they ended up too long squeezed us in to fix them on graduation day.

This place was fantastic! It was by far the best pedicure I have ever had. I highly recommend the deluxe pedicure! They were incredibly accommodating when I called to make an appointment the day before for six of us. If I lived in Denver and not in Seattle, this would be my salon of choice every time. read more

Seriously don't waste your time. First time in and based on reviews I called ahead to ask for an appointment-- same day, asked if any was available. The front girl says we are available anywhere from 2-4pm. I said perfect I'll be there in a few. I show up before 230. Front girl asks if I'm the girl who called earlier and I said yes, had a seat and WAITED 15 MINS before she said well um we had some appointments just come in super late so you can maybe try and make an appointment for another day or after 430. Are you kidding me??! I called ahead, made an appointment and then my time was wasted and told sorry. The front desk girl is not only completely incompetent but she even acts like she has no idea what's she's doing. Plenty of better places around that deserve my patronage. read more

I would never go here again! Iv'e came in a few times and given this salon ample amount of chances. Every time I got my nails done, the acrylic was continuously lifting causing my nails to crack and break off. then to top it off, I was always getting cut by the nail drill. I also came in to get my eyebrows waxed and this is what eventually stopped me from coming here! DO NOT got here to get any type of waxing, I repeat DO NOT. Especially if you like the way your eyebrows look. TGhe girl doing my eyebrows but lines in the middle of my eyebrows, and there was no shape to my eyebrows, almost as if she was new and I was her first customer. Unfortunately you guys have lost my business. If I could give you zero stars, I would. read more

Literally the worst gel manicure I've ever gotten. She was really sloppy and careless. She moved the nail file over my nails but literally didn't change the shape at all. It was like she was faking it. The lines are horrible and not clean. She smacked my hand around. And finally the "massage" was the woman just slapping lotion on my hands and "rubbing" it for three seconds. I asked for a refund and was give. $10 back of the $30 I paid. She didn't clean under my nails before or after the manicure so I had to pick off extra polish and there's bubbles in the paint. I've never not tipped or asked for a refund but this was horrible. My skin was crawling the whole time it was so anxiety provoking. Will never return. read more
