LOOK NO FURTHER! Absolutely LOVE this nail salon, it's a true JEM!!! It's CLEAN, everyone speaks english well, free wifi and refreshments. They are all so sweet! I have a few gals I can recommend for good acrylics. Tiffany, Katrina, and Remy are all so great!! It's always a great experience. Nice music, beautiful decor, wide selection of polishes. Even has a system that sends you alerts of your appointment to your phone. They really take your average nail salon to the next level without the over priced high end salon price tag. I had a terrible experience here due to the service. I came in to do a pedicure, but about 15 minutes into the service I had a health issue, which flared up out of nowhere. I told the woman doing my toes that I wasn't going to get the pedicure and if she could just clean them up, that would be good. She was all surprised and shocked. Kept asking me over and over again why and if I wanted something else done. I kept telling her no thank you. She gets up and tells the woman up front, who I think might just be the owner. THAT woman comes up to me and asks again "did you want a pedicure??" I told her no, I am just going to get them cleaned up now. Again, the look of surprise and dismay on her face, as if no one has ever changed their mind ever in this place. I was done about 5ish minutes later and went up to pay. She told me $50. FIFTY. I said to her, I didnt get any polish or anything, I didnt get the full service, why are you charging me full price??" She said that I asked for a pedicure and that's the service I have to pay for, whether I get it all done or not. I was so flustered, my health flare up was getting worse and I just wanted to leave. I said "my god, this is completely not okay, I have to go due to my health issue, how can you charge me for an entire service I didn't get, people are allowed to change their minds!!?" She then asked me what my health problem was, which was beyond inappropriate at that point. I wanted to get out of there fast. I paid FULL price after being in their for 15 minutes, and I still tipped the rude woman who worked on my toes. Very poor customer service! I walked in fairly early and they asked me what I wanted. I told the gal I would like a shellac mani and a pedicure. She said they wouldn't have time, which is fine. The problem was how rude she was about it. She didn't ask if I could come back, come another day, nothing. So I walk to my car and get ready to leave and her and another gal run out waving me down. Um no, even if they ended up having time I would not have gone back in due to the extremely poor customer service. Will not be back. read more

I stopped by yesterday to make an appointment for today, and was impressed when I was greeted by my first name when I walked in. I needed a rebase on hard gel nails with shellac polish. The salon in very clean and modern. Tiffany did my nails and she was super gentle! No pain at all, which I appreciate. She did a great job and the price was very fair. I will definitely go back. One word: rude! I walked into a mostly empty salon and asked hopefully for a pedi today. The man looked at me like "b----, please!" Then the (receptionist?) gave me a dirty look and shook her head in disapproval like I was an idiot. So my daughter wanted us to get out nails done for a while so when she got her paycheck she told me "let's go get out nails done mom" next thing you know we get there and they start doing our nails and they shape we got started coming out all weird and ugly so we let the ladies doing out nails if the can fix them but they didn't do anything about it and left them all uneven shape and and bumpy they're just the ugliest nails we've ever gotten the even do better at a salon on Colfax and we talked to the owner and charged us $115 for this crappy work I would never go to this place again and I would recommend it to nobody!!!!!! read more

I have received excellent friendly service both times I have come to this nail salon. The place is clean and inviting. The early hours are fabulous. The process are very reasonable and is reassuring to see that they own a new /sanitized pack of tools with each customer. I will continue to return here for my shellac nails. read more

They are a little on the pricey size and the $35 pedicures don't come with leg massages. The massage chairs are very comfortable. They also have a great selection of dip colors which is also a plus. My toes and nails looked amazing for my trip to Vegas. It's been a week and my nails and toes still look great. read more

Looked on yelp for reviews, and liked that this salon was close to my job, as well as open earlier on weekends than other salons. They are all very friendly ladies, the salon is new, just open this summer. They offer you a drink, and place your purse in a basket so its not laying on the floor. Prices are reasonable too. I recently moved to the area and decided to try this salon out and I am glad I did. The salon is very clean, new tools for every customer - which as some of you know, at some places you have to request your tech to do so (gross!). The owners are friendly and accommodating. My first time in on a busy Saturday, I was able to get squeezed in for a mani/pedi even though they were swamped. I am now a regular and Remi does my nails. Love her! Literally the worst gel manicure I've ever gotten. She was really sloppy and careless. She moved the nail file over my nails but literally didn't change the shape at all. It was like she was faking it. The lines are horrible and not clean. She smacked my hand around. And finally the "massage" was the woman just slapping lotion on my hands and "rubbing" it for three seconds. I asked for a refund and was give. $10 back of the $30 I paid. She didn't clean under my nails before or after the manicure so I had to pick off extra polish and there's bubbles in the paint. I've never not tipped or asked for a refund but this was horrible. My skin was crawling the whole time it was so anxiety provoking. Will never return. read more

Seriously don't waste your time. First time in and based on reviews I called ahead to ask for an appointment-- same day, asked if any was available. The front girl says we are available anywhere from 2-4pm. I said perfect I'll be there in a few. I show up before 230. Front girl asks if I'm the girl who called earlier and I said yes, had a seat and WAITED 15 MINS before she said well um we had some appointments just come in super late so you can maybe try and make an appointment for another day or after 430. Are you kidding me??! I called ahead, made an appointment and then my time was wasted and told sorry. The front desk girl is not only completely incompetent but she even acts like she has no idea what's she's doing. Plenty of better places around that deserve my patronage. read more

I would never go here again! Iv'e came in a few times and given this salon ample amount of chances. Every time I got my nails done, the acrylic was continuously lifting causing my nails to crack and break off. then to top it off, I was always getting cut by the nail drill. I also came in to get my eyebrows waxed and this is what eventually stopped me from coming here! DO NOT got here to get any type of waxing, I repeat DO NOT. Especially if you like the way your eyebrows look. TGhe girl doing my eyebrows but lines in the middle of my eyebrows, and there was no shape to my eyebrows, almost as if she was new and I was her first customer. Update on previous review: The lady who did the awesome designs is gone (I believe she left with no bad vibes). So now there seems to be only 1 lady who feels comfortable with designs, and she only does basic ones. Sad sad day! I sent a friend to this location, who wanted to get acrylic done. Their acrylic lady was busy, so she could not get serviced. It seems not all of their people know how to do everything, so in a place that is already small, this makes it smaller.
