Don't go here. My tech was rude and when I walked in, he was sitting barefoot in one of the pedicure chairs. He messed up my nails and when I told him the water was too hot TWICE he made it hotter. He pulled my cuticle ski on my toes on purpose and when I flinched and said ow he ignored me and tried to push my toes down like was inconveniencing him. He did a terrible job painting my nails and I'm convinced he did not use a clean clip on my toes. He slayed water on my toes and not alcohol. I came home and put alcohol on my toes to disinfect and my toe started burning which means broke my skin. My toe hurts and I'm praying I don't get an infection. The place was dirty and I honestly should've left immediately!! I just didn't want to judge but should've trusted my instincts He did not oil my feet, he was on his phone, used one hot towel for both legs. Very Rude. I wanted my eyebrows waxed and I showed her a pic of ME and how I wanted my eyebrows. They lady looked and got an attitude and called for someone else. I just got up and left. They also had their child laying in the eyebrow bed. read more

This salon was very nice, clean, and the staff was very friendly and meticulous with their work! My mom and I both went in for mani/pedi and LOVED our experience there. I got a simple manicure which was nice with fast walk in service. Unfortunately I asked for my eyebrows to be waxed after my service and I would recommend definitely not getting your eyebrows waxed here. They put the wax on too hot and ripped it off with paper towel. Along with the hair went my skin. Hurt pretty bad, stayed red and burned to the touch for 3 days. read more

They do a decent enough job. But if i go in for a pedicure, i want more time spent on my feet rather than massaging my legs.

Pedicure was painful. The tech was rough and her 4 y/o child had meltdown. I won't return.

Gave this place a try over the weekend. Wasn't terribly impressed. The staff was very friendly and service was prompt but the place itself is so run down and dirty. The nail station looked like it hadn't been wiped down in some time. The carpet (yes carpet) was dirty.. Some fresh paint and a thorough cleaning would do wonders. I got a shellac manicure. My nails were filed at an angle and I had to ask for several fixes. My nails came out okay, but it wasn't worth the savings. I would rather spend a few extra bucks to go somewhere nicer where they get it right the first time. read more

Came a few days ago to get a pedicure and a dip manicure. The pedicure was pretty good, but they use those drill tools for EVERYTHING. My toes were constantly being burned by the drills. When it was time to do my manicure, again: same experience. The drill made my nails really hot and it was burning me. The dip nail also didn't last for more than 4 hours. I got home and the top coat started peeling off of my nails. A UV light was never used to seal or activate the dip, either. Disappointed that I wasted 70 dollars on this place. read more

Service was wonderful and with a smile, but the actual work wasn't worth the money. When I asked the gentleman to file all my nails down to my shortest one, he proceeded to clip and file my shortest nail even further. None of my nails are uniformly filed. I got gel colors and they were very globy and bumpy. The tech didn't paint up to my cuticles or near my nail beds even after I asked him to. . . Overall, I would find another place to visit regularly. read more

Im not giving this a 1 star rating because the service was bad. Everyone was nice and i like the way my nails came out.. i am giving it a 1 star because of how unsanitary this place is. First of all, the utensiles that were used on my pedicure were only washed off with water and then used immediately after on my boyfriends pedicure, makes me wonder whos feet thise touched before mine.. secondly my boyfriend got his eyebrows waxed, the wax room was messy. The stick they used for the wax was used i can tell because i saw it sitting there with old wax on it. She used that same stick for the entire service.. i went to cosmetology school and was told to dip once and get a new stick every time. I will never go back to this place. Sanitation is a huge deal in the beauty industry. Please clean this place up, i would hate to hear someone getting an infection caused by this business read more

I think people are being overly judgmental and extreme. I routinely go to Kacey's and I love it. They are a lovely family and extremely accommodating. Fair priced and do a wonderful job. I have never felt that it was an unpleasant or dirty atmosphere. They are kind and I will continue to use them. read more

This was the worst manicure I have ever received in my life. The technician was twitchy appeared to be on drugs, told me he was up too late the night before partying. I doubt he even went to bed. First off...burnt me hand on the coffee cup warmer/acetone soak. At this moment, I should have walked out. I unfortunately stayed. The tech proceeded on with my manicure, he would forget things along the way such as forgetting to file my left hand nails all together, forgot my right thumb as well. When he trimmed my cuticles, he tore away the skin and caused me to bleed several times. It was really painful and again, I should have left at that moment. He also filed my nails with my hand flat on the table causing the sharp file to cut my other nails and fingers as he roughly filed them. They were all different shapes and lengths. Then when it came to painting, he did a terrible job. I asked for a clear nail with glitter, he said he could not do that. So I decided on a standard french manicure. Again I am kicking myself for staying at this point. The gel was applied on so thick and sloppy that it sealed my nails to the skin, it also has overrun into the cuticle area. The very next day, my gel manicure looked two weeks old. It was chipped and gross looking. The place is also very dirty and hot. I would never in my life return. read more

Place is filthy and run down. The lady that did my nails was rude I tried to tell her how I liked my nails and she said 'I know how to do nails' and they came out looking like crap. Looks like a 5 year old painted them. Her husband told her to give me gel nails not acrylic and they started bickering in front of me...it wasn't her decision I chose acrylic and glad I didn't let them convince me otherwise. I was looking for a full set of gel coffin nails. I showed them the picture and apparently it's too hard to do rhinestones on nails and they quoted me a price of over 100 dollars for some rhinestones. Mind you I am a cosmetologist so I know how nail services work and I also know the pricing. The place was dirty and had two people working. They were nice but couldn't communicate to save their lives. I should've left and gone elsewhere. I did not get what I came in asking for nor did i get what they said they were going to do. I paid $40 for nails I will have to go get redone within a week. I don't recommend coming here unless you enjoy being disappointed with what you spend your money on. Buyer beware. read more
