I only live a few houses away from here and it's about time I tried it out, so Sunday (3 days ago) was the day! I went in at about 2.30pm and was asked to come back in about 35 minutes as they had just started a few pedicures. $32 for a basic mani pedi combo. Everyone was very friendly and they lady doing my nails was very thorough with the cutting and shaping of my toenails. Bit so so with the callous removal. Only slight chipping on one nail that I can see right now. Overall hygiene seemed ok. No liners in the foot soaking tub but the nail clippers etc came out of a sealed bag. As per usual, you pay before you get the nail polish on your fingers, I tipped more than 20% and she gave me a $10 off 10 visit punch card. The thing that got me was that the service stopped as soon as you were under the dryer - and i had already tipped. I don't know how long I sat there for, it was a while, but I was ignored till I asked if my nails would be dry yet and the response was "maybe". I think I could have sat there till closing time and they wouldn't have said anything. They had everything they wanted from me. I Still had the foam wedged between my toes and everything. read more

I figured I would try out a new place. So I did. It appears to be clean and the techs and I believe owner seem very nice. Water is offered when services begin. I was given opportunity to choose from their selection of pedicures. I decided on the spa pedicure since I'm not a fan of clay. Pedicure was nice and do was the massage I received. However, the color application was not! I'll go home and take it off. Color is/was applied over cuticle bed and just looks sloppy. I don't often get to spoil myself with the luxury of a pedicure but this one was fantastic. The gentleman doing my toes was very professional and very focused. He consistently applied the right amount of pressure to keep me from giggling my head off due to my ticklish tootsies. I wouldn't recommend this place.. I've been here many times and have loved it until I discovered I developed an infection under my nail bed called pseudomonas or also known as "the greenies" caused by the nail tech not cleaning her drill bits properly therefore allowing bacteria to grow. read more

Walked in as a new client. Asked for nude nails, full set and removing old set. Tech was very nice. Took her time and helped me choose a color. I can't have nail beds that aren't smooth and seem less, she didn't even finish file all she did was buff. I didn't notice until a day later how they would look when they grew out. And she charged my $50!!! I just paid and now have to complain when or if I go back for the lack of filing and shocking price. Not super happy with this 1st time experience. read more

I got a gel manicure. They had mislabeled their colors, after the first coat I told the nail technician the color isn't what I chose but she said it was the correct color and would look different when she was done. Nope. When she finished I told her again the color was wrong and I didn't like the color, but I didn't have time to have it redone at this point. They apologized but still had me pay for a color that I didn't choose, even after I addressed it. Won't go back. read more

I really like this salon. Every manicure and pedicure I've had here had been a great experience, and the polish always stays on. I get shellac nails and they always do a great job, no chipping for up to 3 weeks. I also bring my daughters occasionally and they really enjoy getting their nails painted. This is my preferred nail salon. They are extremely professional and always accommodating. If you were to walk in minutes before they closed, they would still see you (though I make it a point to not do that). I always get the spa pedicure. Massage chairs are great. I try to keep in mind that sometimes there is a little bit of a language hurdle for some words with a couple of the nail techs (they are Vietnamese), so a little patience and taking the time to make sure they understand go a long way. The speed at which my mani/pedis are done are within good time frames. read more

This is my go to nail salon, I won't go anywhere else now. I always get my acrylics applied by the owner and she is AMAZING. My tech gave me a wonderful hand massage. She was professional and she seemed to really know what she was doing. I have been to salons in which I have wondered if they actually had a license. I love, love, love this place!! The owners are very nice and accommodating. The place is very clean but also decorated quite nicely! But my favorite part is that they have the best massage chairs that go forward and backwards and up and down. They also give you a choice of manicures and pedicures with different price points which works for every budget. I went to this salon because my regular salon was so busy and I had somewhere to be...I guess I got what I paid for. I get the shellac done and at my normal salon it last up to a month. AS of TODAY 4 of my nails are already chipped off....Its been 6 DAYS!!! I would not recommend. My daughter and I stopped in on a Sunday and they only had two customers. They did not look busy at all. The young lady didn't want to help us. I told her we needed one full set, one pedi and a manicure. She asked me if I called in several minutes ago and I told her no. Two ladies walked in right after us and she asked them the same question and they answered yes. She totally ignored me and my daughter so we walked out. They lost out on business since there are nail salons every half mile. They obviously don't need the business so we drove to another salon. Since I just moved to this side of town, I am trying different businesses to find what I like out here. My friend and I went in for a pedicure and shellac manicure and we were there for over 2 1/2 hours!! I'm totally fine waiting at a salon but this was ridiculous. I sat in the pedicure chair with my feet in water for about 20-30 minutes before anyone even came over (same thing happened to another lady in there at the same time). Also, my shellac manicure lasted just over a week before it started chipping/peeling off. Pedicure was nothing spectacular either. I will not be going back. read more

I tipped with cash and with a recent look at my bank statement, I noticed my card had been charged an additional $6. The owners, Vincent and Phuong, are so welcoming and kind. They always make sure to greet you and if you are a repeat customer, they take pride in remembering your name. Vincent is always quick to offer a bottle of water. In addition to their customer service, the prices can't be beat. You can get hot stones, hot wax, scrubs, etc. as part of your pedicure package. The owner was very nice, but the nail tech I had was terrible. Everyone else was offered water except for me. I had to ask her several times to do things differently, which she failed to accommodate. I thought about just stopping her and walking away several times, and I probably should have. She kept filing my previous gel manicure off, and quite frankly, picking at it agressively instead of just letting it soak off (even though I asked her not to). She had to keep picking at it even after the manicure started. She kept filing my nails shorter even though I asked her to stop. After the manicure, I had to pry my skin from my nails and had polish all around the skin close to my nails. It will wash off in a couple of days, but I was terribly disappointed in the rushed hack job that happen to my nails today. If you want to give me a rushed, half-assed effort, then charge me $15 or less to at least make it fair. It's ridiculous to still be expected to tip on terrible service. read more
